Nice scrubs. One day shipping is 6.99 next day 7.99. One day shirt is 17.99 next day 16.99. Do they think we are stupid?
I paid $84 dollars with expedite shipping to get the scrubs on time. They said that UPS lost it and it's not their problem. They will not refund the money even though I'm not in the states anymore to receive the product. Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone or email. This is the last time I'm buying from them.

I've ordered from UA for years because I really like their Butter Soft scrubs. The prices on merchandise is reasonable, but shipping expenses are ridiculous. Unfortunately, with my most recent orders something is always on backorder- and I'm not talking 1-2 weeks, we're talking several months! I'm disappointed but I think it's time to fine another brand.
Ok so far I am on my 5th person and awaiting a response from a senior level customer service agent. On 4/23 I talked to Jason about an exchange, he was supposed to ensure the exchange would take place. On 5/1 I see a refund on my bank account. The exchange never took place! So I chat with 2 individuals Zach and Sarah, both who assure me I wouldn't be charged a shipping fee and that they would note it on the account and all I had to do was call in and place the order... So I call in and Kevin transfers me to the department who can waive the shipping charge, I get cold transferred and answered by I think Alexis (at this point I forgot to write that name down) and am told she can't waive the shipping charge as well and a senior customer service agent will have to contact me back between 8-5pm M-F. My order was $137, my exchange was $57. I paid shipping to get the items and had to pay $8.99 to ship back. My exchange would have been $1 less then my original purchase... Why is this so hard? I am graduating May 18th and needed a white uniform, why must it take 6 people to process an exchange? Total lack of follow through and customer service!

Whenever you have a problem with this company big or small, they will treat you as if you don't matter. Fully knowing that my departure from the company won't cause it to go out of business. However, you can't continue to run a business and be dismissive. Don't even think of getting anything embroidered here. Their guidelines are petty and expensive. Only minor mistakes in the ordering. Larger problems were handled deplorably.

Place an order a week ago and received it in 5 days. Several items were big, so I decided to order smaller sizes and see which fit best. On placing the second order a week after the first, I was told the credit card I was using was not issued in the US (it was) and that they needed a copy of my driver's license or passport faxed over. I called and said that I would not do that and gave them my bank credit card instead of the "store" issued visa that I first gave them. Again they wanted the licence/passport info faxed. This is like giving out your SS number... I CANCELED THE ORDER! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Purchased 2 items both items about 2xs two big. Then I had to pay for the returns and pay for me to get the items back. It took over a month. When I called I'm on hold for over 30 minutes. Then they say we will call you back in 1 buisness day. Still dont return untill 2 days

I ordered two scrub sets and one top, then afterwards looked at the reviews for the store. I was shocked to see so many one star reviews, then scared I made a poor choice on where to spend my money. Turns out I got all my items perfectly in less then a week. No problems! I don't usually write reviews but with so many bad ones, I felt I needed to. And the scrubs are all great quality
I placed a large expensive order on 2/16/19. The online site does not show if items are on backorder until after you receive your email confirmation. Suddenly 2 items were on back order. Then the day they were supposed to be in stock I checked and they were pushed back another 5 days. I emailed through the website to cancel. No reply. I placed a call and was told they could only cancel the backorder items, and would have a senior customer service rep call me within 1 business day because nobody was available. I was also told they didnt know why I had not yet received my other items because they should have been sent, but it showed a shipping error that *again* only a senior rep could answer what was wrong. Nobody ever called. Called again to cancel. Two days later received the order (minus the 2 backorder items) that suddenly was overnighted to me (when I chose regular shipping) including 2 tops that I no longer wanted because I cancelled the matching bottoms that were on backorder. Nobody ever called me back or repied to any of my emails. An order placed 2/16/19 was received 3/7/19 and nobody from customer service ever replied to me. Now I'm stuck with 2 tops that don't have bottoms and cannot return to the local store. I either keep them or have to pay to return them. Oh, and the return shipping label was also missing off my invoice. I would have given them 0 stars if possible. I didn't realize the website was not the same as the local store or I would never have ordered. My local store is amazing and the staff is always great. The website - just stay away!
I ordered a week ago. 2 days ago I checked order status and it had not shipped, so I got on their chat page. He was going to check on it and email me. This morning I got an email that said one item is sold out so they're giving me 3-5 business days to select a different item. After 25 minutes on hold with customer service, the line picked up. I could hear breathing and keyboard clicking, but no one would respond. So I hung up and went back to chat. Told them I wanted the rest of my order sent overnight. Was told by Fernando he would "send an email to the concern department to expedite the order at no additional cost." I said, "so will I get it tomorrow?" He said no, they can't assure that but it will be "handled on priority."
Don't do it! Shipping is too high! If you need to return or exchange, they charge $8.99! Shipping makes items too expensive! I will definitely not order again. They should consider free shipping.
Absolutely horrible return and exchange options. They charge for shipping --which takes forever and to return items they charge to ship items back. Worst company ever... 0 stars if possible...
I was getting ready to place an order and estimated shipping cost for international shipping was almost 300 USD. It was bigger than the final cost of my entire order. Will never think of ordering from this site again and do not recommend it to others from European countries.
I ordered a scrub top with side panels that I LOVE, scrub pants with drawstring and elastic back, and a terry jacket personalized. It took a while to be delivered but worth the wait. I will DEFINITELY order again.

Never ordering again. I ordered a size too big (they apparently run huge) and it cost me half of the original order to return AND exchange. They didn't even do a fair exchange, I ordered the exact same thing just one size smaller and it cost $10 more. Terrible business operation

Shipping was alright but I'm very disapoint it with their material and their size. Their material is to rough and the size run super big not impressed at all.

I ordered a top and pants from them on 10/20/18 and it took 4 weeks to receive my stuff. When you check your tracking status you will see a message: 'Ready to ship' and it will stay there for 4 weeks.
Meanwhile I called the customer services to update the status of my order, all you can hear from them is "i dont know".

I am unsure why an order would take 4 weeks to ship. Most in stock and non-embroidered items ship out within 24 hours. Perhaps the items you ordered were on back order or were embroidered?

They cant do a size exchange on their BRAND! On a $12.99 top! Ridiculous! Terrible customer service! Cheap place to do business. Will never buy here again or recommend. ALL UNIFORM WEAR has better service and quality.

Option A: UPS Return Label - Enclosed in your package or Available online, $8.99 charge applies.
Send your return/exchange merchandise back to Uniform Advantage via the UPS Easy Return that is included in your package. If you no longer have the enclosed UPS label in your package.
Option B: Send Via Insured Mail - Carrier of your choice.
No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred when an exchange is processed for the same dollar amount as the return value.
