I ordered a backdrop for my 50th birthday party. It arrived quickly HOWEVER, it was on the wrong color canvas and was blurry. It cannot be used. I contacted customer service and they refuse to correct or refund, they want to give me a credit for future use, as if I would use them in the future. See pics attached. I ordered a yellow banner for my House Party themed birthday. They sent an Army Green blurry product and refuse to take accountability

I had a great experience with UPrinting customer service while navigating the website and placing an order for a custom banned order. My banner came in the mail right away and it is beautiful. Color matching is spot on. LOVE IT!
I designed and then purchased two car magnet signs from UPrinting. I submitted the design on Oct 21st, approved UPrinting's interpretation on Oct 23rd, and it was delivered on Oct 30th. This simple/complete project cost 70% less than the re-interpretation fee (JPEG to vector file) quoted by a local business; I did not get a quote for the final product.

I have used UPrinting before at several companies. For some reason this order for this company seemed to be the most difficult to discuss with the UPrinting team and get right. 1 of 3 items arrived today. Waiting on the other 2. The one that arrived, was not what I expected. The color is pretty far off from what I sent, different than the proof, and different from what was communicated to support. The picture does not do it justice. I do not have much confidence that the other two items will be correct, and I have a feeling that the higher-ups will want me to find another company going forward. I used to love UPrinting. Never had an issue in the past. Not sure why this time was such a different experience. Disappointing.
I ordered only 25 hangtags they are saying I got to wait 3 weeks weeks no faster turnaround to receive my order
My postcards are nice, I was under the assumption they would be sent out sooner. Some of the postcard arrived after the women left to come to the conference.

When I received my 8 x 8 backdrop, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It looks great my guest really enjoyed taking photographs with the backdrop. I added a felt red carpet that I purchased on Amazon.

I submitted my s8gn and during the quality review by uprinting, there was an issue detected. The staff worked with me to resolve the issue so my sign would look perfect.

UPrinting went above and beyond to get my print jobs right. Very high quality and quick. I appreciate their high level of service.
Uploading was easy, proofs were emailed, production and shipping was a breeze and delivered when they said they would.
I commissioned a very small, super-quick turn print job over the holiday season, and kept my fingers tightly crossed that UPrinting would come through for me as they have in the past. I needn't have worried because of COURSE they did! The job was executed perfectly and arrived perfectly on time!

I've been a UPrinting customer for over 10 years, and I've been able to resolve issues with them before in a satisfactory way. Unfortunately, that seems to have changed in recent years. They sent me egregiously misfolded products (hello quality control?), and reacted with suspicion and incompetence when I reported the issue -- as though I had some control over their folding machine?! After a weeks-long back and forth, they refused to offer any discount or refund, responding instead with defensiveness and stonewalling. Mind you, these are holiday cards, so this huge delay has a serious impact on my ability to use the product at all! After 10 years and thousands of dollars spent with this company, I'll never use them again after this interaction. So disappointing.
