The overall reputation of UPS is marred by significant concerns regarding service reliability and customer support. Many customers report frequent delays in package delivery, errors in shipping, and inadequate responsiveness from customer service representatives. Complaints highlight issues with lost packages, unfulfilled delivery promises, and a lack of accountability, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction. While some customers acknowledge the company's long-standing presence in the industry, the prevailing sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, with calls for improved communication and service efficiency. This feedback suggests that UPS must urgently address operational shortcomings to restore customer trust and satisfaction.

I shipped a package at Staples and got a tracking number 1Z9WX*******874. UPS claims they have not received and staples claims UPS has the package. May I get a refund because it seems you cannot track the package and yet the tracking number is there.
When you tell someone you are going to do something, you need to DO IT, or you are a LIAR.
Telling me you're bringing my new $1200 guitar (signature REQUIRED), then LEAVING ME HANGING ALL DAY, only to EVENTUALLY get around to letting me know it will actually be TWO MORE FREAKING DAYS is a very good way to make me angry.
From this moment on, I intend to do everything in my power to AVOID THESE INCOMPETENT A55HATS.
I have been trying to over 3 months to get UPS to allow me to file a claim on a package they lost. They keep denying the claim even though they admit they lost it and I have the right to file the claim, it keeps getting stopped. It does no good to pay extra for insurance when they lose the package and you try to file the claim it will be rejected.
I find it incredible that this company is still in business. Even though there is a UPS drop centre in our town, the closest they can get a package is about 100km (60 miles) away. On top of that expect a 30% brokerage/tax fee, and an additional charge if they don't feel like delivering to your area. Don't expect to be notified, unless it's to tell you the package has been returned. If it were possible to give less than 1 star...
It is my sincere hope that this company goes bankrupt/burns down/drowns/etc. You get the general idea.
I ordered a tidbit from Apple and they shipped it via UPS. UPS refuses to deliver the package without a signature. Their web site will not allow me to tell them to deliver the package without a signature. I also can't change anything about the delivery. The package is now four days late and no delivery.
Waited a whole day for my package and it never even showed up. Package was then delayed for 4 DAYS.
Contacted customer service, they didn't do anything to help my delivery or give me any kind of compensation. All I can say is I'd rather have urethra cancer than get delivered by them.
We took several pieces of original framed artwork created by our father/ grandfather to the UPS store on Tamiami Trail in Sarasota Fl. The pieces were all wrapped and packed by the UPS store staff in 2 separate boxes. One box was delivered timely, the other was not received. We tracked the second box and were told that "All merchandise was not recoverable and was discarded". UPS made the decision to destroy our property without consent and without notifying us about the damaged shipment! We contacted the UPS shipping store, and they referred us to UPS corporate. UPS corporate sent us back to the UPS store. Since then, we have received a complete run around and still do not understand what happened to cause such damage and why UPS took the liberty to destroy our property without consent. The store owner and team have stopped returning calls and UPS corporate will not do anything to compensate or assist.
Absolutly the WORST service. Our business had fraud on our account because UPS puts our account # on every package, grrr. Our business has NEVER sent anything internationally in 29 years and never will. I have been transfered at lease 15 times now with ZERO results or help. I talk to Billig they say I need to talk to international. Then I talk to international and they transfer me to billing or Tech suppors... I have emailed fraud with no response. I have reqested all international shipping to be blocked with Zero response. I have requested a new account number with zero response. I have been charged 8% interest on an international bill that I did not send and refuse to pay. The scammer litteraly put "Cheif Lyer" in the address. It's disgusting how UPS has NO customer service. I hve spent days and hours with NO results and still the same account # for our business that a scammer has.
Opted to work from home to specifically wait on a UPS delivery. Delivery was expected between 11:45a and 3:15p or so. Next thing I receive a notification that an attempt was made and no one was home and another attempt would be made the next day. I was furious! To make matters worse, apparently, there is no live customer service support. Everything is automated and it's just one complete circular mess. If you want to possibly change the drop off or pick it up at a UPS location you have to sign up for their UPS My Choice® program but when I log into UPS it tells me I'm already enrolled in the program but when I choose to make changes it tells me I need to enroll in the program. I basically gave up as there are no other options. Will just tape a sign on the front of my door letting them know I am at home and to please ring the bell multiple times. It's incredibly disappointing that such a big company has such meager and basic services available to its customers.
They checked off "Sorry we missed you" - There were 6 cars in the driveway, 8 people in the house & 3 Dachshunds that bark like banshees when anyone knocks or rings the bell.
A slip was left stuck to the glass on the front door. They DID NOT even check off they'd try again. They checked they "were taking the package to a UPS pickup location" & wrote the address on this slip they left. I called UPS, told them we were all there in the house, said they didn't knock or ring, just left the sticky note. (My guess is because the box was heavy, they didn't want to bother taking it off the truck) They didn't knock/ring, someone definitely would have heard it. The woman I spoke to ("TJ" I think) said she would have it re-delivered the next day & it would be at around the same time. She was apologetic & said it shouldn't have happened & assured me it would be delivered at the same time indicated on the slip the next day (Which was around 5:00) I waited for this package & when 6:00 came I decided to track it & it was still in the UPS pickup site from the day before. They never put it on the truck to go out as promised. So I had to go pick it up. I'm sure my brother paid plenty for it to be delivered to the house so it should have happened.
Less than 2 weeks ago I went to a UPS store to send a small (a very lightweight) package to Europe. They told me because of Customs "in that particular country" it would cost over $200. I told them that was ridiculous, went to the United States Post Office & sent it for a little over $20. Funny, the US Postal Service doesn't have the Customs issues UPS apparently has in Europe. If you have any say in the matter of how you receive packages, I suggest you go through other than UPS; they are lazy, lying boneheads. The woman I spoken with (TJ) asked me to stay on the line to take a short survey. I thought that was pretty stupid to take a survey before the transaction was complete & I was right. She talked the talk & it all sounded nice as could be but she didn't do what she said she'd do & get the package delivered.

I recently visited the UPS Store on Red Run Blvd, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Not only did they overcharge me for a mailbox, but their representative displayed unprofessional behavior. When I requested contact information for the owner or manager, they outright refused.
Overall, I would caution others about using this particular UPS Store location. Transparency and professionalism are crucial, especially when dealing with customer inquiries.
Remember that reviews are essential for improving services, and I hope your feedback reaches the right ear
Garbage company. Absolutely makes it impossible to talk to a live human. In fact, its AI voice also has the rudest manner I ever have encountered with one of those situations, telling you right off the bat you will not reach a live person and then hangs up on you, especially if you do not play the pointless game with AI that produces nothing anyway. Furthermore, if you want to pick up your package at UPS, if that is even possible, as in most instances UPS makes that impossible too, you have to pay a $20 yearly membership fee just to even pick up one package. As said, the company is scum. Perhaps at one point it was something better. Fed EX is MUCH better all the way around.
There have been delays and my interaction with UPS customer support have been frustrating, for UPS did not seem interested in finding a pragmatic solution - even though, according to the progress, the package is currently located 10-15 Min from my place
I have finally given up on ever receiving satisfaction when ordering from any site the uses the USPS for shipping. Now UPS is attempting to take over the crown as the most useless at customer service. Like all companies nowadays, when you log on to their site with a question or concern you must first go through a living hell of attempting to get an answer through their computer system, which is the first circle of Dante's Inferno. When you have answered the same questions several times UPS gives you the option, finally, of sending an e-mail, the modern brush off. But to send an e-mail to have to sign up for their service. WHY IN THE NAME OF ALL THAT'S HOLY would I sign up for a service that, by it's very nature, is lacking in service. To all the vendors trying to sell things on-line, your customers stand a better chance of receiving their merchandise if you just stack the packages outside of your facility and hope somebody passing by will pick it up and deliver it for you.
Why have a problems only with UPS delivery? Courier didn't come I was waiting him and put my package to pick up location 38 min from my home
Why it's never happens with usps and fedex?
It's worse service in Beverly Hills not recommended ups
My experiences with UPS delivery have been a mixed bag. On the positive side, UPS offers reliable and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages within the estimated timeframe. Additionally, their tracking system provides real-time updates, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their shipments. However, there are areas for improvement. UPS's customer service can be inconsistent, with some representatives providing helpful assistance while others offer less-than-satisfactory support. Furthermore, delivery delays can occur without clear communication, leaving customers uncertain about the status of their packages. Overall, while UPS delivers on reliability, enhancements in customer service and communication would further enhance the delivery experience.
Terrible company. Even if you pay for the fastest service they are going to deliver to alk the businesses before they start delivering to residential areas. If something goes wrong with your order, there's no customer service you can talk to. DONT EVER USE UPS!
Bewertung:
I just closed my UPS account. Why? I kept getting billed for shipments from the same shipper in California. I'm in Colorado! Apparently it's quite easy for someone to just put my account number on a shipment, and I get the bill instead of them. This was the 9th and final time.
I bought a CD from target and it is supposed to arrive on March 27,2024, today it is April 4,2024 and I still don't have my package. Customer Service for both Target and UPS are extremely difficult, I still don't know where it is, except for Louisville, Kentucky. I'm not getting updates about what happened to it or if something bad happened (ex: tornado). I have never been informed on what disruption was caused. But I only know that it's in Louisville, Kentucky (which apparently has the highest risks for tornadoes).
I hope someone who has the EXACT problem please share to anyone who never used UPS before, so they'll understand it's an AWFUL company that is very careless about its own customers.
A little context about what I ordered, I bought it on March 19,2024 and it's one of my favourite album from a artist that I like.
Answer: Because there is ZERO accountability at UPS and they dont care about customers or having business ethics. Answer my question if you can.(Click on my profile and see it)
Answer: Because the management orders the people under them to do it, so it looks good on UPS. And most customers dont bother to complain or write reviews.
Answer: It's driver preference and they don't care. I complained about this. I'm constantly getting medical supplies delivered and they don't care
Answer: Because they don't care! For the life of me, I can't understand why anybody uses them as a delivery service.
Answer: Because they are a very poorly run company. It doesn't even run its offices domestically well, as you can see by the overwhelmingly negative reviews on this site. Use any shipping service over UPS.
Answer: UPS is a disgrace. They are a disregardful and careless business who lies to their costumers. Absolutely will not support ever again!
Answer: Sadly, today the term racist is used to define almost anyone that we disagree with. I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
