I accidentally booked the wrong day and when I called to correct this, they did it quickly and to my liking.

I was pleased with the whole experience except for the fact that we have to pick up our vouchers. I don't understand why they can't be sent digitally. I am excited to see the show and the representative that I spoke with was very helpful in getting the aisle seats with no stairs. That was so great! Thank you!

You said only 21 seats left! There weren't 21 people on board! No LIVE entertainment. All canned music. AND you overcharged me. 29.00 at the boat. For two people, I paid 80. I will never book thru you again.

Easy to use and book itinerary but received multiple emails with the same information.

They have extra hotel services fees that aren't mentioned initially and because of that, we canceled our reservation

The cruise was nice. Beautiful sunset, but no dolphins. Staff was very friendly and polite.

We were able to go back out after there were no dolphins on our first trip. Adam who handled my complaint was very friendly and helpful. We saw dolphins on the second trip. My grandson was so excited to see them.

I was able to book my tickets immediately with no hassle, my only complaint is that the website for the show never introduced your company as who we would be dealing with, now I get an emai from yet another company. In the day of so much fraud and spam, I never know who is legit and who is not. A proper introduction to the process of purchasing tickets would be very nice.
