Was offered an owner update with Club Wyndham. Would have preferred not to have that happen. But it wasn't high pressure to attend.
I found booking online very easy, when I had not received any confirmation the next day I called and was attended quickly and efficiently. Thankyou
Scheduled a trip for mid October and less than an hour later needed to cancel it. Was informed of their "policy" of for cash refunds you only get 65% of your total back. Refund policy not noted prior to purchasing. If I had realized how disreputable this company was prior to booking, I would have run like the wind. They have no BBB accreditation. Hundreds of complaints. And apparently you have to sit through a sales pitch at their "office" to get your vouchers. Unbelievably horrid, unreasonable, and probably illegal business practices. I am still waiting for my account to be refunded, and will likely have to dispute the transaction through my bank. From now on… going directly to the venue for tickets. Be aware. I wish I had been.

RESERVATIONS FOR SHOWS WAS EASY TO MAKE. NEXT PROCESS WILL BE RECIEVING ACTUAL VOUCHER UPON ARRIVING AT WELCOME CENTER. HOPEFULLY WILL BE AS EASY AS MAKING THE RESERVATIONS.
Called to cancel in plenty of time couldn't get full refund website not very clear on policy. Or stops and can't purchase tickets on line have pick up vouchers at different location. Too inconvenient
