The company has garnered a generally positive reputation, with customers frequently praising the ease of the booking process, friendly staff, and prompt email confirmations. Many express satisfaction with the quality of experiences offered, indicating a strong likelihood of repeat business and recommendations to others. However, some customers have raised concerns regarding the pickup process for vouchers, particularly issues with communication and accessibility at certain locations. While the overall sentiment leans toward positive, addressing the inconsistencies in customer service and ensuring reliable voucher access could further enhance customer satisfaction and trust.

Quick and easy... but it does not say what the dinner consists of?
Relatively easy to use but very inconvenient that I have to pick up my voucher feather than having it emailed/sent to me!
This site was easy to use to book an event. I wish I could have booked more than one at a time before checking out.
Ps. I later found the option to book more than one at a time.
Great discount! But my confirmation does not show the cost of my package & it should.
Great experience, easy options, great prices and easy to follow.
Ok so far... easy to order.
The gal who helped us when we picked up the tickets was very helpful and personable.
Ease in use, if I don't get turned away at the door for the show it will be even better.
It was nice and easy and everything was well explained.
Excellent and so easy to use. I have used before and will definitely use again.
Purchased tickets for a trip, knowing we would get into town the night before the event. We read the instructions, had our friends read the instructions, and we all believed we would be able to get our tickets the day of the event. We couldn't. The place to get tickets was closed. Called customer service right away and received a lot of comments about us taking responsibility for not getting the tickets, how it was our fault and tons of people have no problems with their methods (not true - read the reviews). We spent three hours talking to people trying to work out a $600 issue that I would call a scam. No one else could pick up our tickets because VME's rules, they claim they called the vendor to try to get a reschedule and it couldn't be done. This also was not true; we called the vendor ourselves who said they had never heard from VME. We called VME back and asked them to call again; they made us wait 15 min and came back on and said they called and gave us a woman's name they spoke to. I called the vendor and they said they hadn't heard from them and didn't have anyone working there by that name. A rep for the chamber of commerce called VME and they promised they'd take care of it right away and get this worked out being it was the poor ticketing service that really was an issue, but the never followed up on that either. Turned them in to BBB. VME said it was our fault still but they decided to refund our money. More likely the proof we had of inaccurate directions, poor communication, catching them in lies about calling the vendor and lying to the chamber of commerce helped with that decision.
The whole thing is a scam. The vendor told us they want to quit working with VME because the main idea is you buy the tickets, have to go to a "ticket site" where you're pushed to buy more tickets for events, before you can get your packet that actually gives you the information for your event. I asked what happens when someone gets in the night before and they said they hear it a lot that people are getting messed over by VME. Will never ever book again. Have used similar services in the past and have NEVER had an issue with any of them. First time and only time with VME.
We had booked a Happy Hour cruise for my friends 50th Birthday celebration aboard the Bleu Wave. Unfortunately, because of the Caldor Fires the EQI levels and evacuations going on in South Tahoe, we had to cancel our trip. I called Vacations Made Easy and spoke with Kristin to see if they would honor a 100% refund due to the circumstances of what's happening there. She advised that they will not refund 100% as they have not cancelled any of their cruises at this time. How on earth can they still be operating with the smoke and air quality. She was very adamant that they were going to stick with their policy of 65% refund or 100% credit for future use. Why in the world would I want to use them in the future if they were not willing to work with me in this instance. That's insane to not change your policy due to the circumstances and not offer people full refunds. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking into this cruise to not book with them as they obviously do not care. If there was a negative star I would of chosen it
Hello Sharon, I definitely want to look into this for you. I have sent you a message with my contact information.
Do not order through this site. Ordered tickets by mistake on the day before being in town. It was sold out the next day. Realized literally 30 seconds after ordered call and they would not cancel and refund. You can book the same events through other more reputable and honest websites for cheaper prices with better refund policies. Stay away.

THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE! SCAM ARTIST! Even stated on the BBB site that the are not a reputable business! Our family was charged $47 for $25 tickets if we would have purchased directly from pirate adventure site! Very poor customer service. Even states on their hold message while waiting for a supervisor something like. "they understand that you are upset, but please still be courteous!" Yet when I pressed for a solution the manager hung up on me!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We booked a bus tour in Nashville for today and it never happened. First of all it says nothing when booking that u had to drive to a timeshare place to pick up the vouchers. We spent 80 bucks to hire someone to take us there. Today was the day of our trip. We showed up to the address that we were told to. Waited for the bus to show up and never did. Called the customer service line and was told that we went to the wrong address. I said we went to the address on the voucher. What now? She said I'm sorry I have no answers. I started giving the lady a hard time but when she told me that she is just a worker at a call center I backed off. She said she is positive that under no circumstance they will refund our money. We will be contacting our credit card company to dispute the charges. We were definitely scammed.

Wouldn't charge my credit card twice. Thankfully it bounced back because my security pin wasn't working for some reason. Probably because it wanted to charge me three times before it let all of the payments through and get their tickets at 2x their value.
It was my own fault. I thought I was on the Anakeesta Website. I was not, this site popped up, and i fell for it. The first clue was that all of their emails went straight to the junk mail folder. Since the site says "no printer, no problem", I thought, mistakenly, these would be electronic tickets. They are not tickets at all. I DID get my Vouchers for what I (turns out) overpaid for. Only, I had to drive to the welcome center to pick them up. And to be solicited to attend an open house, which, of course, I declined. Then, I still had to go through the box office line to redeem the vouchers anyway. Much time wasted, and their vouchers confused the ticket window agent for awhile. The real kicker? I was only minutes from the attraction on foot, as we were staying right across the street. So dumb. Never again! Let the buyer beware!

They charged me $20 EXTRA per person on the Pirate voyage show! You can buy the tickets much cheaper through the actual show! They are a rip off! Their number is on the website when you google the pirate show so be careful what number you call! They say it isn't on there but it is so BEWARE! RIP OFFS!

Would have done zero starts but couldn't. Do not go through these snakes. Can buy tickets from actual business for cheaper. Supervisor could do nothing for us and their guarantees are trash unless you book excisions on 1st night. Supervisor hung up and was very unprofessional and back tracked whole time.

Hard to get in touch with anyone on the phone. When I did, they didn't have the Initial reservation I booked available anymore. Had to book it for a day later, had to pay for a hotel
For another day to be able to go. The location where you pick up tickets is not close to the site, even though they claim it is. When I left I was clearly in a hurry and the rep was trying to get me to sign up for what I can only guess is a timeshare or some other money making scheme. Completely ridiculous! Not a vacation made easy by a long shot. More like a bad middleman between you and the fun you want to have.

Answer: Overall scam and a front for timeshare. Buyer beware! Purchase directly from the source
