The book I needed was cheaper than anywhere else I could find it. The shipping time was reasonable for when I needed my materials.
I use Bigwords.com to get all of my books online. They usually direct me to Valorebooks because the prices are the best.
I like the way it listed various books to order and the price for each. It listed the books in order of price so you did not have to go down the list to find the cheapest books.
The order was completed in as few clicks as possible. The option to fill out a survey to waive the shipping fee was a nice added bonus.
Website easy to use, no account needed just order number. Hopefully my textbook will get here fast since the seller I bought it from says they ship from TX.
I've used Valore books to get the cheapest books--skip the campus book stores because they'll rip you off. Valore books has quality books for cheap and I've never had an issue getting the wrong book.
Overall, my first experience on their webpage was easy to navigate. I was confused when certain prices disappeared but quickly assumed it was due to others buying those faster than I can get to them. Absolutely LOVE the prices, especially since I have to order 4 books for just ONE of my courses this semester. I will update whenever I receive my shipment. I have three books delivered from different parts of the U.S. on standard shipping.
My critique would the website having some higher quality used books, but I understand that's not something completely within their control. Fantastic website though!
I had a lovely experiemce on valore ad got my expensive english book for only $10 it was great! I am so thankful for websites like this that really help out college students get books for a very low price!

It didn't tell me anything about the rental, i. E. when is book due back, do I have to pay to ship it back, etc.
It didn't tell me when the order will be delivered when I chose expedited shipping, so I'm paying more but don't know whether it's worth it since I don't know the delivery date.
Never a hassle. Been in college for 6 years and counting. They make it easy and convenient! Says this thing needs more characters. Who is making the criteria for the survey needs to not make it 100 words minimum cause now you have people like me who will do this just so they could submit their review. Or worse yet, will just back out and not submit it at all. NEVER force people to do something more that is already out of their way. Haha so besides this survey Valore Books is A-okay in my book!
Quick and easy to use. I found the textbooks I needed and an excellent price. I have used this site before and have never had a problem. They even offered free shipping and free return labels. I would recommend this site to anyone in need of a textbook.
I never look anywhere before I look here first. Most of the time I find what I need here. Class books are expensive, whenever you can find the books you need at a discount, go for it. This is why I am a tried and true Valorebook shopper.

Make sure to update on the most cost efficient books asap. It is a reliable site for purchasing textbooks compared to Amazon or Ebay but it can be improved further.
