When I ordered my purchase I was informed signature upon delivery. Halfway thru the process I was informed there was no signature required for delivery. The whole point WAS TO get a signature due to the rough neighborhood I live in. My purchase was treated as if my order is ok to be lost!.

I previously ordered a size to small before I got married thinking it would fit but it eventually ended up being to tight. When I went back on the Vancaro website a year later the set was know longer available so I contacted customer service and they came through from me and customized me my actual wedding set in size 6 where before I had a size 5.
