Product came quick and works great for my dord transit van. Of note it does not come with the exhaust sleeve. I recommend ordering one separately they are like $10 on Amazon or at a local auto store.
I ordered clamp-on pallet forks for my tractor, and when I received my package, I could see that the cardboard box was severely damaged and torn. Therefore, I was not surprised to discover that the threaded clamps were missing from the package. From other comments, this packaging issue does not appear to be an isolated incident.
I reached out to Vevor and explained that the packaging was damaged and was missing the parts. They asked for pictures of the product and packaging; however, the packaging had gotten wet and was destroyed when I opened it up. I sent pictures of what I received. They then followed up to say that they did not have the parts to send me and to reach out to Amazon to schedule a return... totally not realistic. These forks and associated parts are all heavy steel, and I do not have the original packaging. As a result, I decided that I would simply fabricate my own clamps. I have the equipment and ability to do this, but I ended up ordering the wrong dimension threaded rod!
In any event, the cost of this was only $132, so out of sheer frustration, I just ordered a whole other set of forks. And I pray that they arrive intact and with all of the parts this time! Otherwise, for the money, these forks seem heavy-duty enough. As others have reported, the welds, however, are not very deep.
Just be aware that the packaging is not adequate for the size and weight of the product. This is a common complaint. When you receive the package, I would carefully open it and inspect that everything is there. If not, take pictures and report the issue so you can repackage (with the original packaging) and return it.
This would have been so much easier if they had just had the replacement parts to ship. I would have reluctantly paid for them if they said that I needed to; I should say that, although I was not satisfied with the outcome, Vevor was very quick to respond.
Having had a house fire where the garage was destroyed and the floor tiles were Vevor I decided to order more when moving into the new house...
The flooring was as good quality as the last ones we bought, however, the older tiles DO NOT click in with the newer tiles...
You have changed the join pieces to a more square shape rather than the round ones...
I now have a gap in my flooring where the old and new come together as they will not join to make the floor seamless...

Tracking was another matter, a little bit more difficult to track but nonetheless it arrived on time and very satisfied with the product.

The commercial 10" slicer I got from Vevor is great! The price was very reasonable. This works so much better than my old slicer for meats and cheeses.
There are so many online stores these days that it's difficult to know which ones will meet expectations for quality and service. Bought a electric cook top, great quality and works great, as well as a tankless hot water heater for my shop, haven't installed as of yet but the quality of the unit seems to far surpass that of brand name rheem/eco smart units that I have used previously.

Once again a I have run afoul of a Chinese company cloaked in corruption and lies, peddling cheap products while they hide Communist business practices behind the American Flag. They sent me an incomplete product that did not have all the parts and they won't send the missing items or allow a refund. BEWARE THE DRAGON AT THE POINT OF SALE! :/

My package was delivered to the wrong address and there wasn't anybody for me to call for answers. I had to go search for my package after looking into the tracking number to find out my package had already been delivered, just not to my house. If I had someone to call about this maybe I wouldn't have been so concerned. You need better customer service.
I purchased a lawn/pavement sweeper. After less than 1 hour of use, the rivet that holds the cap of a snap connector on the hopper failed. There is no hole in the material as there would be if the snap closure had been ripped off. Just the cap of the top half of the closure was missing. The bottom of the top half of the snap was still snapped onto the bottom half of the snap closure

I ordered a 90W 80 mm CO laser tube (T-90) from Vevor via Amazon in September. The shipping box and labels all showed the correct 90W T-90 model, but when I opened it during a maintenance window at the end of October, the tube inside was actually a 60W 55 mm model. My mounts and power requirements are for an 80 mm 90W tube, so the 60W tube is useless for my setup.
I opened a ticket with Vevor, sent all the photos they requested (labels, box, tube, etc.), and they acknowledged they could not "repair" the problem. They initially offered what sounded like a good solution: they would send me a new product from their brand with similar function and price, and I would not have to return the wrong tube.
I selected the only comparable product they sell, the 100W tube, and provided the ASIN. At that point, they changed the terms and said the replacement could only be an item within $50 of the original price. Since there is no other suitable tube within that range, their own offer became impossible to use. When I asked for a refund, they refused and told me to contact Amazon. Amazon, however, will not process a refund because the normal return window has expired.
In other words: I paid around $289 for a 90W tube, received a cheaper 60W tube in a mis-labeled box, and Vevor offered no workable remedy. They would not send the correct product, would not authorize an exception return through Amazon, and would not accept a reasonable proposal to pay the difference for the 100W tube.
As a small business owner, I rely on accurate parts and honest support. In this case the error was clearly on Vevor's side (wrong tube in the right box), but they pushed me into a dead end between their own internal rules and Amazon's policies. I will not be buying from Vevor again and would advise others to be very cautious, especially with higher-value technical items.
