This company took $110. Did nothing for me. Will not give a refund. Will not return calls. Will not answer emails. Be warned! Do NOT give them your money. SCAM!

Don't book with them. Extremely unreliable, after booking multiple tours with them months in advance, just a couple of days before all our tours we received a cancellation notice. We tried calling to see if they could help. It was just a waist of time, they were incompetent and just blamed the inconvenience on their system. Honestly don't waist your time calling them, just MAKE SURE TO NEVER BOOK WITH THEM. Keep in mind this was my honeymoon, you would think they would be remorseful in some way. Turns out they truly don't care about their customers. Please take my advice, and to avoid stress stay away from booking with them.
Local tour company said they would pick us up "at our hotel". Instead they arrived outside our resort and made no effort to look 50 yds away to see us. Just took off and aviator would not honor a refund. Very unreliable company. Avoid dealing with them altogether. They have no control over their "local tour operator.
And made no effort to walk 50 yds to see us.

Don't go! This was the worst experience I ever had on a tour. We missed out on much of the tour because of a poor tour guide.
No one is offering to make anything right from Viator or Must See Tours.
The summary: We were a party of 2 stuck in a 14-passenger van with a nightmare party of 12 with a guide, Roman, who just yelled and screamed and cussed right back at them. We missed the Golden Gate scenic outlook because Roman, our tour guide, didn't feel like stopping there. We also missed most of the tour guides' spiel and tips/pointers while the party and the guide yelled at each other. The owners are aware of everything that happened. Roman called them while driving and complained about the nightmare party of 12, the party of 12 also got on the phone and complained to Roman's boss. While my son and I sat there in uncomfortable silence.
We could have rented a car to go to Sausalito and Muir Woods for cheaper and had a great time, but we wanted the 'tour' experience...which we didn't get.
We had a conflict with a tour and were double booked. We called customer service and basically got the response of "too bad." And we were charged twice for 2 tours on the same day. All Viator had to do was either refund one or provide some sort of credit for another tour. The funny thing is we booked 4 different tours throughout Europe and you would think they would consider us a good customer. NO. BUYER BEWARE. You are on your own. They will spend more time refuting this review than actually providing what they call "customer care". For the amount of effort they put into damage control - they could maintain their customers. We are heading back to Europe in the fall and WILL NOT USE VIATOR. They are owned by Trip Advisor - so stay clear of them. Local, private orgs actually take care of customers - Try Getyourguide.com or Toursbylocals.com
This company has been made aware of premium coaches/tours breaking employment laws and their own disciplinary guidelines. So I'd be surprised if they have still been using these lawbreakers, that deny workers rights, even according to their own rules! Just saying
This is my experience with them…my family and I just returned from a Mediterranean Cruise and booked a tour with Viator for a private French Riviera tour from Port Villefranche. The morning of the tour I was first in line at 5:30am to get tickets for the tender. I wanted to ensure we were on the first tender because it departed at 7:30am and our tour was scheduled to start at 9am. At 6:30am, we were informed that due to the weather, it would be unsafe to launch the tenders so we would not be able to leave the ship. I managed to contact someone from Viator at 8am through the chat function of their web site and explained the situation. They informed me that since the tour was not cancelled before the 24hr period, that it would be up to the local operator. I was just notified that they will not be issuing a refund. You can decide for yourself if that is reasonable or not. I'm just providing you with the facts.
We booked the "Big Whales & Puffins RIB boat tour" for our trip in Iceland operated by Husavik Adventures. This tour was booked through Viator, who received our money. The ticket from Viator explicitly states this is a ticket for "Akureyri," which is where our ship was docked. Viator sent a small square map which shows a port with street names. When we called Husavik the morning of the tour to tell them we couldn't find their office, they said the tour was in Husavik, Iceland, which is 1 1/2 hours away from Akureyri! Viator never said it was in another town, nor did they provide an option for transportation to that location. Not being from Iceland, we didn't know Husavik was a different location. (All we knew was that Viator told us we had a ticket for Akureyri.) Husavik told us we would miss the trip, and that we needed to call Viator as they were the ones who received the money. We called Viator and explained the situation where they sent us the wrong location. There has been no cooperation on Viator's side to remediate this issue and they kept our $300+. Buyer beware! You will be on the hook for the trip, regardless of any information or misinformation that Viator gives you for a tour.
August 14,2023 - scheduled for a Hop On Hop Off bus tour to view various sites that we are able to see. We arrive to hundreds (No joke!) waiting in line with only 2 buses boarding. The line of people wraps around the Square. Many people stated they had been waiting over an hour in near 100 degree heat. It is obvious too many tickets sold and not enough buses. Do they care - absolutely not! All they care about is bottom line dollar. Refused to issue refund in spite of horrible conditions. Viator is not concerned at all about customers.
This is the worst tour I have ever had in Hawai'i. Period. Our tour is called " Pearl Harbor: USS Arizona Memorial & USS Missouri Battleship Tour from Waikiki". The tour guide (who refused to give his name and instead call himself Cousin B and all of his passengers Cousin A) is so rude. No consideration for the elderly. Potentially a racist. He even laughed at another driver who was a Chinese with his son. I really doubt he's a racist. He was polite to all other white passengers but so rude to us (Chinese). Never ever will I book any tour with this tour or this company. We don't pay to get humiliation. We came to get respectful service and decent treatment.
Bought tickets for 2:00 pm Our confirmation was correct but when we arrived to the museum they did not allowed us until 2:45 bc the time on the tickets were wrong. It took me two days for them to send them to me. Their commission was more expensive than the tickets. We paid 3 times more. Terrible site, terrible service. Avoid this site! Hope this help you! In the picture you can see the time of booking, the tickets had the wrong time.
We booked with viatour for Eiffel Tower at 430p they confirmed sent an email with date and time just to get there at that time to be told OH they moved up your tour they didn't tell you? We are like NO well too late you've just lost $500 the tour guide tried to call them of course she got not answer we tried calling got no answer disputed the charge with Amex just for this lying company to say we were made aware of the time change! We were not they kept out money and refused to refund even though they did not do their due diligence!
I was at the bus stop half an hour before my trip when I got a call saying my trip is canceled. I had already paid for travel and accommodation in Inverness just for this trip and it was canceled last minute.
Refused refund because of 24 hour policy but when I first requested my money they would not reply to anything so by the time they answered it was into the deadline they know what there doing keeping your money avoid this disgraceful company
Had horrible experience with photographer in Athens Greece and even though they had a guarantee and showing horrible photos that cost $500 for a 1 hour session (was 2 hours but we left early was so bad) they wouldn't honor anything. Stay far away.
Tour operator never showed up and even texted to apologize. I provided proof via picture and screenshot of the text messages and Viator still won't provide a refund.
The tickets issued are Fake.

We had a horrible experience with this company. We were left stranded at the airport after prebooking a transfer. They left before our plane even landed. Unacceptable!
Answer: They are legitimate, but they partner with bad-faith service providers and will not take responsibility for those bad-faith service providers negligence.
