I was ready to sell them my 1987 Ford Crown Victoria when they handed me a "receipt" to sign. It wasn't a receipt, it was a "hold harmless" agreement. I refused to sign and someone at Victory tried to convince me that it was just a receipt but I know better. Look up "hold harmless" agreement on Wikipedia if you want more information before signing one of these things. Note: they waited until they had put their own name on the title before springing this on me. There was only one copy.
Mr. Cruse picked up my Nissan. He was very informative and very helpful too. He made giving away my first car a little easier with his charming personality!
