There are three grades of items, "Brand New", "Grade A" - essentially the product box was slightly damaged, but not the contents, and "Grade B" which includes items that may have been removed from their original packing and repackaged - i. E: unused display items or missing the instruction manual that is readily available online. I have ordered many items from them over the past couple of years and never had a problem with them. Items have always been as good or better than they were graded.
