Vistaprint's reputation appears to be declining, particularly regarding customer service and product quality. While some customers have praised the quick turnaround times and effective support from individual agents, a significant number have reported frustrating experiences with unresponsive service, order errors, and poor-quality products. Common complaints include delays in delivery, inadequate communication, and unsatisfactory resolutions to issues. Additionally, customers have expressed concerns over the consistency of product quality, suggesting changes in manufacturing. Overall, while Vistaprint has a loyal customer base, many are reconsidering their relationship due to these persistent challenges.

Support was unable to help me log in, (worked the day before when I signed up for the first time), unable to verify "free design services", (false advertising?), barely able to verify I had an account at all, still not sure though, I received an email saying I did have one, with discounts, I cant use, because I cant log in, and they don't know why. So I'm suppose to do business with them? Recommend? Right, good luck with that.
Vistaprint advertises discounts and low prices. What they don't tell you is that their shipping costs are inflated to compensate for those lower prices. Which may not be that low anyway. The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration says the shipping costs shown on a separate line are not taxable UNLESS the shipping costs reflect an inflated price. In other words, Vistaprint inflates the cost of shipping beyond what it costs them so they have to charge sales tax on that shipping charge. Very creative and very sneaky. One winds up paying anywhere from 12 to 15 percent sales tax. So much for a low cost alternative.
I uploaded my business card design to their website design tool. It prompted me to make sure I was satisfied with the way the card looked on the screen and I was. I received the cards and they were nothing like what I expected. The words were too small and blurry to read. The card was not centered and had some of my design cut off. And they sent them to me that way?! I will NEVER use them again.
The website will take you FOREVER to upload anything. It literally never works and has ruined our production time as a company because of their new "upgraded" website that incorporates more javascript. The whole thing is a piece of $#*!. Its so frustrating to use them!
They are unprofessional mismanaged and a low level service company. I have nothing good to say about them. They dont know what they are doing over there. They will mess you up with your business needs. I say stay away from them. Maybe they will get it if people stop using them. Because with my experience they dont get it or even care about the customers experience. Totally negative feedback for them.
Ordered several hats for my business with company logo and basic lettering. Everything looked great and the proofs looked perfect. When I received the hats, they were a complete mess. What I designed and what I had received were an absolute nightmare.
I've used Vistaprint for well over 15 years. From personal to business the quality has always been great. One of the really special things about them is how many times they've redone work for me, after I made a mistake and the items were printed, and redid them at no charge. Not even shipping. I love how easy their system is to use too. Now, they don't offer large printing areas on their swag, that's a fault, I admit. But everything I've ever had printed has been great. Wedding invitations, flyers, brochures, etc. I've done many. They are cost efficient too. I always start with them when looking to customize. Then if they can't do what I want, I'll go elsewhere. Never fails.
I bought postcard mailers from Vistaprint and really liked everything about their product, and services too. The church that I attend has their website through Vistaprint as well. We have had great service through Vistaprint.
I ordered checks from vista print 2 months ago and haven't received anything yet I spoke on the phone with customer service and no one could tell me what's going on exactly. I won't do business with anymore and I don't recommend them.
I really like the way vista print made my orders, and also liked the customer service, it was excellent.
I use VistaPrint for printing and mailing services for postcards for mailing for my small business. The quality of the printing is good, but the website is VERY difficult to deal with and half the time I can't get my order processed due to glitches (they have acknowledged the issues). Also their mailing services kick out about 10% of my addresses, which upon further investigation have no problems. It also automatically pulls out multiple contacts at the same address and I have to manually add them back in (I mail to multiple contacts at the same company). After another frustrating experience with their website this week, I am looking for another printer.
There was an error in my original order (my fault) but Vistaprint made the correction free of charge and got the items to me right away. They have earned my business for life!
Vistaprint is perhaps the worst company I have ever had the misfortune enough to stumble across. Terrible customer service, an extreme lack of organization, and perhaps the worst quality control department that I have ever encountered. Please, for the love of god, I hope they go out of business within the next couple of years. Initially, we ordered 500 booklets from them, which arrived horribly misprinted, then, after calling and getting a re-order, we received some else's order, (500 random booklets) and then, after many calls, they finally said they would re-ship and give us a refund for our pain and suffering. Guess what? They never even shipped out the booklets, and when we called (the booklets now being a month off schedule) they told us that there was no record of our purchase! VistaPrint is genuinely an atrociously poor run company, and please, please, choose a different printer. Save yourself a few gray hairs and thousands of dollars. Screw you, Vista Print.
Having to advertise our activities we decided to use Vistaprint, unfortunately none of our orders was fulfilled. Vistaprint is selling items they don't have. This is a fraud.
I placed an order June 1st 2022 for 200 phone holder lanyards to sell at my business because we had run out. I have used Vistaprint before to do this with no issue and was happy with the product. Expected delivery date was June 14th. Cool. No delivery so I reached out June 21st and was informed that they were delayed and then assured that they would be in my possession in one week. No delivery. I reached out again Monday June 27th and I was told they would get back to me by the end of the day. No update. I reached out yet again on Tuesday June 28th and I was told they they would get back to me in less than 48 hours. You can probably guess where this is going. No update. Thursday June 30th I reached out for the fourth time to be told that they were out of stock. Seriously? Why was I not told this in the first place? Why was I permitted to order the product if they were out of stock? They apologized and said they will process a refund. I am out a lot of time and money over this and an, "Oops, our bad" isn't good enough. Never again.
Ordered t-shirts for my son 21st birthday and received a confirmation e-mail. Didn't receive the order so I called only to find out they never sent the order to the printing department (minor detail)
Didn't get them in time for his birthday.
My son has Down syndrome and wasn't able to understand why we don't have them (actually I wasn't able to understand either)
Ordered A6 flyers on March 17, payment for shipping "within 5 working days", I don't known how but despite them sending two shipments we are on April 15th and nothing has arrived yet.
They don't know how to work with couriers and it's obvious. UPS has the worst service, but they don't work with others. Wasted a month and got a refund, no discount for next orders.
The company chose to cancel my order because of two lines on my card describing my organization: "minimal government" and "pro gun rights". When I contacted customer service, I asked "what if I change it to "more government" and "ban guns"? He said that change would be acceptable...
Clown world.
I have used Vistaprint for over 10 years at least once a week, spending over $300 a week. Yesterday they changed their site from an Excellent Working Website into a Disastrous, Buggy, Unworking site with NO warning and clearly No beta-testing.
How any executive at this company cannot be jumping out of windows or silently crying with their head on their desk is amazing to me. The entire team responsible for this shocking mess should be fired.
What makes me mad is I KNOW how hard it is to build a great business. And once it's built, the EASY part is just Running it. That's a walk in the park compared to building a successful business. So how someone tasked with that small and easy job can take all those years of hard work it took to build it, and send it down the toilet because they're too damn lazy to check if their systems Work before switching them is simply astonishing! I'm actively seeking alternative printers after being a happy and loyal customer for 10 years. WOW how Bad is that website department? Astonishing incompetence.
Answer: Yes, the calendars are beautifully done and arrive in great shape, quality is very nice.
Answer: Yes - awhile back and its easy but seamless. Otherwise, the platform is easy but just takes some tweaking.
Answer: Call customer service at Vistaprint- it probably depends on the pen or it may not have refills. :)
Answer: That is on your end... It does not have 2 step verification like bank website do, but all you have to do is make a secure password uncommon to other passwords you use
Answer: We did graduation invites and the were awesome! We put my daughters gradation pictures on the invitation the price was better than anywhere else! If you need them in a hurry - you would have to pay extra shipping is all. :)
Answer: I think Vistaprint has a section on that subject and can point you in the direction of a designer it says they have a community of trusted designers! I suppose you can email them a image of it aqnd they will create it. Its not that hard to do it yorself if its not to elaborate I used photoshop and downloaded some free templates and manipulated them to get my desired card. But if your not up for it check these out here, https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/design
Answer: I believe its excellent! I am waiting for poloshirts to come in and I willbe ordering some myself. If you are not happy with anything from vistaprint Iwill sort it out I just had my card redone and they where really good at sorting the issue out. https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/satisfaction-guarantee
Answer: No Its actually belongs to Wix.com its been created with there site creator program so the site is not transferable in any way as Wix only allows you to use it becaiuse your hosting your site with them so provides a means for you to create a free site using their planner. Only your domain name can be moved depending who you have it with I know this as I created my own site through Wix directly but I didn't use Vistaprint to do it I did it myself I think they are just a middle man! In this case, I use others to host my domain emails as you can get that done cheaper else where but I'm happy with my site after editing the absolute hell out of the template but I loved manipulating the template and got it just how I like it. However be aware that if your not paying for any CEO services your site is just a portfolio and even though your registered on google search engines you won't be found under any serches for services! Gpoogle want money for you to be found or you have pay for a CEO service to constantly manipulate your ceo to get found for search quiries! I am found in google no problem but by name only not by service! I mainly use mine as a portfolio but am found via my cards and via the likes of face book and other simular apps. Which works for me.
