I ordered a house sign and mugs, seperately, but on the same day. The sign was to get priority manufacture and postage and I paid extra for that. The mugs to get standard postage. The mugs arrived in a few days. After numerous Chats and emails still no sign, although I was repeatedly promised that they were in production and that I would get a tracking number that day. Two weeks later, I get a promise that it will be delivered probably in another week.

Well, actually I did have one issue with a calendar that didn't arrive, so they resent it promptly. I'm impressed with the quality of the business cards I've bought, they are great value.

Outrageously bad service

Will not print calendars due to "political content." Took my money and did not inform me they were not printing until I called.
Apparently, VistaPrint loves Donald Trump. 1 Star because I have to give at least 1.

Mugs are broken and replacements are broken

I ordered 4 logo printed mugs and they were shipped UPS in an unmarked box (nothing that says fragile) that was meant to hold six mugs with a top one sheet layer of bubble wrap over mugs in cardboard slots, a roll of bubble wrap in the empty 2 slots for the mug and handle. 2 or 4 mugs had handles broken off. And bottom of one mug chipped. One mug survived. The printing looks great. Online chat customer service was great. I offered up pictures and Customer service resent me 3 mugs. They shipped three in the same flimsy 6 mug box. Two are broken so bad the handles are shattered into many pieces. Looks almost deliberant. One mug survived. For over $50 I got two printed mugs. Not going to bother with customer service because I will just get more broken mugs. I do not recommend the mugs for delivery to Pennsylvania in the USA. They need to rethink their packaging for mugs or state order in quantities of 6. Customer service did a very good job and deserves a 5 star as it was not their fault their packaging and shipping breaks the items. However I am not paying top dollar for damaged goods. So bottom line is buy mugs elsewhere.

Very Impressed!

We designed a vinyl banner. Bought on a Wednesday, printed the same day and delivered by Friday. Less than 48 hours from the time of purchase to its arrival (using the regular shipping option). Very impressed with the quality of banner and printing, and especially by the speed of receiving it. Highly recommend!

I have been a long time customer - 14 years. But my T-shirt I ordered was rejected 2 days after payment because VistaPrint is very WOKE. They will not print anything conservative. Such as MAGA or I am pureblood - no covid vax for me. http://www.allhomebased.com/images/TshirtFront.jpg

First let me say as a small business owner, it is difficult to find cheaper marketing solutions besides social media. Vistaprint is one of those solutions and when the seem to be subpar (it happens at times)- they seem to be willing to work with you and fix it. I have used them a lot and I have called customer service 2x.

I have used their many sign options as a cheaper way to put signs on windows, and signs in the yard and on the doors, instead of spending hundreds + of dollars on other sign options. I also use their marketing tools such as business cards, brochures and postcards which amount to a lot less than using a other business that what to charge you to design and alter it for you.

First, you have to be able to design some or a lot yourself. I do design my own logo and and usually all of the above. That being said- Vistaprint has a easy and very workable platform and the will save it for you on your own portfolio. It is a win win. I have things saved for years on my portfolio. The only con is that it seems some of my older things I cannot edit but this is years later. I really can't complain. I usually just redesign using their template and add my touches which basically I redo completely but that is me. I have a art design degree under my belt.:)

When I have had to contact them- for things that are less than ideal- they are always very helpful and happy to help! That is always a A plus in my book!

I really wanted to share that if you are a small business - give them a try and see if you are able to design from their templates.

If you need their help designing- it is $5 extra. Not a real big deal for the pocket if you are having an issue. I have only used it once and it they were on the phone with me and done in minutes. Very cool!

Again- easy platform and good prices. There is usually a promo code too that can help you out and if you are not in a hurry - use the lesser shipping and they usually get it there quickly!

I ordered Koozies for a family reunion and the delivery date was to be June 21st. This date came and went. I called. They said there was something wrong with the font and it would be going into production, I would receive within the week... I have since called 9 times. I have submitted different fonts, told them I dont care what the font is and have had nothing but empty answers. Speaking with supervisors and managers does not help. Customer Service is located in the Philippines and Jamaica, production is done in Canada. I NEVER ONCE received the promised call back or E-mail from this company. My event is July 10th, they advised I can have the Koozies July 17th. Unacceptable experience. I am now left with no giveaways. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service, communication and response.
I do admit they were quick to cancel my order - my money has not been refunded back yet.
I would not recommend the PROMOTIQUE unit to anyone.

I recently ordered several different business cards and business card stickers. I love that I can go to the Vistaprint site and design my own. I love that I can call when I have a question or need a bit of help with the design and get a representative that knows what I am talking about and resolves my issue quickly. Fast service, quick shipping and quality products are my experience with multiple orders. But the best part is my experience with 99 Designs by Vistaprint. I was in a hurry to get a logo designed for my new business. You can either work directly with a designer or you can start a contest and invite their entire creative community to participate in your project. Designers submit ideas and you pick your favorite. I chose the contest and was totally impressed by the submissions! I fell in love with one design as soon as I saw it. The designers were all awesome and I chose the logo and designer that are a perfect fit for me. Choosing Vistaprint is a win win.

I've been a customer of vistaprint for a very long time. Today I saw their ad "500 flyers $5.99". A I clicked on it and there were none available at that price. I called custom service and they wouldn't help. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the supervisor stated the ad was old but she'd honor it and asked me to screen shot the ad so she could forward it to their department. I immediately screen shotted the ad and sent it to her via email. As soon as she got it she started backing out of the agreement, saying she never said she'd honor it and everytime I tried to talk she interrupted, even when I said please let me talk, then she raised her voice and continued talking and wouldn't even let me talk at all! She BOLDLY LIED and REFUSED TO HONOR THE PROMOTION AS SHE SAID SHE'D HONOR IT! VISTA PRINT HAS LOST MY BUSINESS NOW!

We attempted to order personal checks 3 times. The first time they said there weren't enough numbers in the routing/checking account. When we resubmitted the order the checks were printed and received but the routing/checking numbers were wrong. We called the company and she was very helpful and put the order in (3rd time) and credited the amount. Two days later they requested a copy of a cancelled check be faxed to them which we did. Then two days later they are now requested the logo of the bank be sent to them. At this we cancelled the order because we feel they are jerking us around. We will not deal with them again.

Website Design

I signed up for a website design and my intent was to pay them a monthly fee to manage the site.
I cannot for the life of me get them to actually read what I needed them to do.
It was not complicated. I repeatedly asked them to complete the information that THEY REQUESTED.
They kept saying they updated the information, they did not.
Very dissapointing.

I have used Vistaprint for my business cards, marketing supplies and even my online website and everything has been seamless and beautiful. Designing my website with their platform was very easy and the options for designs are outstanding as compared to other sites. Their site is very user friendly and customer service is very helpful, respectful. It is a great company to do business.

POOR QUALITY

TWO OF THREE MASKS HAD NO FILTER WITH THEM. THIRD MASK FILTER HAD REGULARLY SPACED HOLES PUNCHED THROUGH MOST OF THE LAYERS. REALLY?
MASK MATERIAL IS VERY THIN THOUGH COMFORTABLE. PUTTING MY OWN DOUBLE FILTERS IN ORDERED FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.

Never Delivered.

So I ordered from VP some time ago and the order never showed up. SO I decided to give them another chance and this time the order showed up. So I have a business that needs flyers, business cards, a poster/banner, and other items for marketing. I ordered some business cards and was given a credit for the order that never showed up. Well, that never happened. They charged my card and sent me a poorly made business card. The margin is off. The # is spaced before the Number. It's just piss poor quality and I will never order from them again.

How can you trust a company that won't keep its word... read the reviews and look around? There are better companies out there with better quality and craftmanship... So you basically roll the dice, I mean if you have the cash to toss out then take the gamble, I did and regret it... I would never recommend anyone to Vista Print

Don't use Vistaprint!

I just went through the most ridiculous and frustrating exchange with them. My time sensitive order did not arrive (it's well beyond when they said it would be here), and they refused to rush reprint and rush resend. They offered me a "proof with a watermark" so that I could get it printed elsewhere. Who wants their printing to have a visible watermark? Our compay has ordered thousands of dollars in printing from this company and they couldn't have cared less.
