Vistaprint's reputation appears to be declining, particularly regarding customer service and product quality. While some customers have praised the quick turnaround times and effective support from individual agents, a significant number have reported frustrating experiences with unresponsive service, order errors, and poor-quality products. Common complaints include delays in delivery, inadequate communication, and unsatisfactory resolutions to issues. Additionally, customers have expressed concerns over the consistency of product quality, suggesting changes in manufacturing. Overall, while Vistaprint has a loyal customer base, many are reconsidering their relationship due to these persistent challenges.

Do not count on VistaPrint! I ordered a memory book on December 2, which they promised to deliver by Dec 19 (for a 50th anniversary event on the 20th). On the 19th, I got a message that it would be delayed a few days. I called and they told me that they could cancel the order, but we agreed that instead they would look into it and update me within 24 hours. I never received that update. I contacted them again, and they offered to "replace" my order, which meant it would start production all over again, or offer me a merchandise credit. The expected delivery date still says December 19 (2 days ago). They ruined the gift, and didn't offer to make real amends. I really wish I had gone with another outfit.
I am beyond frustrated with Vistaprint and 99designs and their deceptive, unprofessional, and unethical practices. They have not only banned my 99designs account without any valid reason but have also refused to provide any transparent explanation. Vistaprint and 99designs Are Linked – Despite claiming to be separate, 99designs itself has repeatedly mentioned Vistaprint in their emails regarding my account issue. Yet, when I reached out to Vistaprint for resolution, they kept deflecting and refused to take responsibility. Ignored My Emails & Cut Off Communication – After giving them multiple chances, Vistaprint completely stopped responding to my emails. This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced from a so-called "reputable" company. Unethical Account Bans – My account was unfairly banned despite following all guidelines. They keep the designs of banned users on their platform while refusing to provide justice. So, they profit off of designers' work but permanently block them from earning. Empty Promises & Zero Accountability – They repeatedly redirect me to 99designs support, knowing full well that 99designs has already closed communication with me. This is deliberate stalling and deception! Warning to All Designers & Customers
If you are a designer, stay far away from this company! They can ban your account anytime without warning or reason, and they will never respond to your concerns.
If you are a customer, be aware that Vistaprint does not stand by its users and will abandon you the moment you face an issue. Final Note
I am escalating this issue to Cimpress leadership and considering legal action. Until my account is reinstated, I will continue exposing Vistaprint and 99designs for their dishonest and unfair treatment of designers. This review will stay up unless they resolve my issue.
Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered 3 window stickers with the adhesive on the image side but they came with the adhesive on the back. They were reordered by Vistaprint five times and I ended up with 18 stickers in total, all with the adhesive on the wrong side. Vistaprint said they were investigating but then I didn't hear anything from them. I kept asking for updates and got no response. I last heard from them on 21/08/24. I then contacted them on 23/08/24 and said I wanted to make a formal complaint to get all of my money back. After me repeatedly contacting them by email, they keep ignoring me. Very unprofessional and I will never use them again.
Zonder toestemming! Hover ook betaald maar volgens Hover te laat. Nu dus kosten om de website vrij te krijgen! Bijna € 300 euro betaald en géén website en géén domeinnaam! Het voelt absoluut als oplichting!
The t-shirt I ordered was not like the picture. They did replace it & promised to expedite the shipping but sent it standard shipping.
Ordered business cards(which were designed by one of their designers) and t shirts. The business cards couldn't even be read and the shirts had our logo misaligned. They refused to reimburse or send replacements. Avoid this crap company at all costs.
I was not told about it, or who it was going to, or the increase in the monthly cost. I had to find out by ringing Vistaprint and someone from Wix returned the call. It was not a smooth transition. It was done without my permission. I was not told of the Wix log in details or the meaningless new site name, I only worked it out for myself. The website became useless and unfindable. Wix effectively refused to return it to working condition for me, and Vistaprint refused me the full refund I feel I am due. I feel Vistaprint blamed me for not reading the media reports of the change although they admitted they should have checked I had received all the information they believed I had. I cancelled the website and closed the account with Wix. I feel that was the best and only option as I no longer trust Vistaprint and by association Wix.
I placed an order with Vistaprint at the end of January that was supposed to be delivered on March 7th. When it didn't arrive, I went to their Online Chat.
And guess what? My order had not been processed because the product was out of stock and I was not notified. Now I have an event where I would take the gift product and I have nothing to take. And what did they do? Refund the money. I didn't want my money, I wanted the product. It's very easy for them to say they'll return the money, but what about the inconvenience they caused me? They won't solve it. Be careful when buying VISTAPRINT
I placed a order for 4 T Shirts, about Free Speach and with Political Content. Twice both were cancelled. Customer Service diid call be back quickly when I requested a call, but gave the same story that my credit card was declined. I called my credit card company both times informed me it was Vista Print who refused the order. My credit card had more than enough funds and they informed me no issue with my card. I believe Vist Print is censoring requests with Polical Content.
I've been ordering products from VistaPrint for a long time. Whenever I contact them via online chat or phone, they always provide me with support as quickly as possible. Today, there was a mistake in the order I placed, and through online chat, this lovely lady Cynthia quickly provided a solution and assisted me superbly. I'm very grateful to her and wish her success in her professional life.
I've had issues with prints int eh past but still stuck with VistaPrint. As usual I had another issue with business cards and htye would not repalce them for me or send me a refund. I'm shocked... Do yourself a favor and don't use VistaPrint. I'm going to have to search for a new printing company after all these years. Unreal...
Very poor quality. They will not make their product right. They will blame you for not sending a high quality logo. They will send you some terrible quality printed merchandise and refuse to make it right, you're stuck with what they send you…. Lesson learned here.
Wasted two weeks waiting for my Tax exempt to be accepted, customer service was no help. Told me they would escalate my paperwork never did every time I call its like I am starting over.
I ordered what I thought was buy one get two free offer to try their calendars. Not only did they claim I didn't submit my order correctly to receive this offer but it went back & forth & I still got no satisfaction. With that said, onto quality. Very poor. Snapfish uses a sturdier paper & their resolution of prints are far superior over VistaPrint. Just overall hideous looking. Soooo happy I tried "one" before I did my usual large order for my customers. VistaPrint is good for business cards and that's about it.
An order was submitted for Vista print to print banners promoting Ceasefire. After 3 days, vista print refused to print the banners.
The banners did not call for any illegal action. Instead it called for preventing deaths.
System deleted edited cards even after full approval though THEIR system.
Got the wrong card layout. Hundreds of dollars lost.
Thousands potentially lost due to not having cards for the home show I ordered them for...want a professional company? They are not it!
Been using vista print for a while. The best company hand down. Great customer service, high quality, super fast shipping. Also they make it easy to upload your designs and create.
Terrible! I had to keep my project with the wrong name! Absurd lack of respect for the customer!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVEN TO DOGS
I was missing items from my first shipment that said they were delivered but weren't in the shipment, so I contacted customer support out of concern that I would not receive them and I was told by the rep that they didn't have the info about the order but that the missing items would arrive with the rest of the order. To my total surprise (not), they were NOT included with the second shipment. I messaged support to let them know I was lied to and that I needed my missing items, they agreed to send the missing items, but did absolutely nothing about the problem of my order being wrong and the fact that I was lied to by their support rep. Now I'm still waiting for my missing items which means I cannot use the rest until another 5 days after I needed them, and support did NOTHING to keep me as a customer. Taking my business elsewhere. Square signs has been good in the past. Will probably go back to them.
Answer: Yes, the calendars are beautifully done and arrive in great shape, quality is very nice.
Answer: Yes - awhile back and its easy but seamless. Otherwise, the platform is easy but just takes some tweaking.
Answer: Call customer service at Vistaprint- it probably depends on the pen or it may not have refills. :)
Answer: That is on your end... It does not have 2 step verification like bank website do, but all you have to do is make a secure password uncommon to other passwords you use
Answer: We did graduation invites and the were awesome! We put my daughters gradation pictures on the invitation the price was better than anywhere else! If you need them in a hurry - you would have to pay extra shipping is all. :)
Answer: I think Vistaprint has a section on that subject and can point you in the direction of a designer it says they have a community of trusted designers! I suppose you can email them a image of it aqnd they will create it. Its not that hard to do it yorself if its not to elaborate I used photoshop and downloaded some free templates and manipulated them to get my desired card. But if your not up for it check these out here, https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/design
Answer: I believe its excellent! I am waiting for poloshirts to come in and I willbe ordering some myself. If you are not happy with anything from vistaprint Iwill sort it out I just had my card redone and they where really good at sorting the issue out. https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/satisfaction-guarantee
Answer: No Its actually belongs to Wix.com its been created with there site creator program so the site is not transferable in any way as Wix only allows you to use it becaiuse your hosting your site with them so provides a means for you to create a free site using their planner. Only your domain name can be moved depending who you have it with I know this as I created my own site through Wix directly but I didn't use Vistaprint to do it I did it myself I think they are just a middle man! In this case, I use others to host my domain emails as you can get that done cheaper else where but I'm happy with my site after editing the absolute hell out of the template but I loved manipulating the template and got it just how I like it. However be aware that if your not paying for any CEO services your site is just a portfolio and even though your registered on google search engines you won't be found under any serches for services! Gpoogle want money for you to be found or you have pay for a CEO service to constantly manipulate your ceo to get found for search quiries! I am found in google no problem but by name only not by service! I mainly use mine as a portfolio but am found via my cards and via the likes of face book and other simular apps. Which works for me.
