I purchased a custom carbon fiber front splitter for my Porsche 911. It arrived when my car was in winter storage, so I did not realize that they had shipped the wrong part, until after their 30-day return window. They will not take it back, and it does not fit my car.
Ordered a part in mid July 2023, I was billed immediately, including freight! By mid August 2023, NO PART, we contacted them, got the run around, told them to cancel the order. By the 2nd week of September 2023, still nothing. I contacted them again, oh its on backorder they said, wait what! But I canceled the order a month ago. Their response...ok it will take 2 to 3 days to process the cancelation request and another 7-10 days to actually process your refund. Fast forward, today, 10/5/23... where is my refund it's been almost a month. Vivid rep: oh there was an error in processing your refund, we need an alternative way to refund your money. WHAT? I asked what the error was, I wanted an explanation, ummmmmm well or system is down. REALLY, HOW LONG HAD IT BEEN DOWN? Ummmmmm. Yea, what a lame excuse. Sooooo now the only option is to mail me a check via us mail. Lol, lol, lol. This place is a total scam! I have no doubt it will be a battle to get my money back. But legal action is next. STAY AWAY!

I made an order it's going to be a month when called 3 times to cancel the order they told me my order can not be cancel they took my over $700 I just want others like myself not to be a victim of the so called place

Vivid racing took my money knowing they didn't have the part and now won't return my money. Almost $4,000. By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. But they have emailed me all the ammo I need to sue the $#*! out of them see you in court $#*!ers
Items Ordered: 4 Vossen HF-5 Rims with Vossen Lug Nuts.
Ordered 8-18-23 and selected 2 day shipping. Received email confirming "special order' (1-2 weeks). I accepted anyway and requested a refund on the 2 day shipping (received no response). Received rims (3 out of 4) 8-26, received 4th rim 8-28. However Lug nuts were not shipped. Called multiple times, unable to find resolution. Overall - I would probably avoid this company due to poor customer service if something goes wrong, not worth the hassle.

Don't waste your time... they delivered a kit I ordered with ONE PIECE out of 12 ordered. Customer service is WORTHLESS. I talked to Chris, Alexandrea, Alladen, and Sarah, probably more, with NO HELP... AND Sarah was condisending and rude to boot. I'll gladly buy from some where else!
Hello, We apologize for the experience, we offered a return for a full refund. Our team is still awaiting confirmation on this as a label was provided. We also do not tolerate the language used towards our team. We are all adults and can communicate respectfully. We will gladly no longer be doing business with you after this.
Not only did they order the wrong custom wheel offsets, they also lied about their return policy and threatened me with physical harm if I came to their place of business to discuss the matter.
I hope this company rots in hell.

Several weeks ago I ordered front Fender spears for a Shovel motorcycle restoration. I contacted Vivid Racing enquiring about the status of the order and they notified me that they initiated a ticket claim. Now here we are several weeks later ND still NO part.
I ordered a set of tires that was currently on back order, I then talked to someone via email on getting another pair that was in stock. Everything went good, I was busy for a couple of days. Just to get back and have them cancel my order, I proceeded to order 3 different kind of tires and my order wasn't going through. So now, they won't reply to an email. It's okay, just thought I would explain my unpleasant experience with Vivid racing.
In my opinion, this company is a scam, in trouble, or poor ownership and management:
1. Order placed and paid for through PayPal, confirmation email stated I would get tracking info when item is shipped
2. Three days later, no tracking info received
3. Sent two emails for order status-BOTH EMAILS KICKED BACK
4. Called "so called customer service." STOPPED AFTER 25 MINUTES ON HOLD
5. Called again for "to place a order prompt" figured I might get faster service-WRONG
6. AFTER 40 MINUTE HOLD the guy immediately sent me back to customer service without me being able to ask what the problem was
7. After 6 minute hold was told to hold while they contacted the manufacturer to get status.
8. STATUS WAS---STILL IN "PRODUCTION" WHICH TRANSLATES TO THE ITEM HASN'T EVEN BEEN MADE OR NOT AVAILABLE AT ALL
9. DEMANDED IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF ORDER, IMMEDIATE REFUND, AND EMAIL CONFIRMING IT
10. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMATION
11. CONTACTED PAYPAL AND PROCESSED REFUND
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE--DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered an item, months went by, I receive an email asking how I like the item I've never received, contact them and it will be another month, still no item. I tell them either cancel or get me my stuff. They take their time returning my money. Do not order from them.
Don't order from vivid racing. I ordered the wrong part canceled it within 24 hours. Never got the part and I was charged me $800. They will not refund me. Its in credit card dispute as of July to August 2023.
The parts are often wrong they send out and the return process is costly and they also say parts are damaged when you return them

My son and I recently ordered a carbon fiber hood from Vivid Racing and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon receiving the package, there were no visible signs of damage, and my son signed for it without being instructed to inspect the contents. As I intended to keep the hood protected until we were ready to install it, I did not immediately open the package to examine the product.
However, when we finally opened the package, we were disappointed to discover a noticeable crack in the carbon fiber. It was evident that the damage had occurred prior to it being packaged, as there were no visible signs of harm to the back. We promptly contacted Vivid Racing with photographic evidence of the issue, providing them with all the necessary information they requested.
Regrettably, dealing with Vivid Racing's customer service has been an arduous process, lasting a whole month. Despite my immediate claim and the evidence I provided, it has taken multiple back-and-forth communications for them to offer a mere $100 refund on a $1500 hood. Such compensation is far from fair considering the extent of the damage and the price of the product.
In light of our experience, I strongly advise others to approach Vivid Racing with caution. If you are in the market for automotive accessories, I would recommend seeking other reputable companies to ensure a more satisfactory purchasing experience. Vivid Racing's lackluster customer service and unsatisfactory resolution to my issue leave me with no choice but to discourage any potential customers from relying on them.
Overall, my encounter with Vivid Racing has left me disappointed and frustrated. I hope that this review may help others make an informed decision when considering purchasing from this company.
Brought several items for my corvette staff was very helpful especially nick went out of his way to get me the products that i needed will definitely purchase again and recommend them to everyone.

The "boss" tried to write on my last review to say sorry we dropped the ball and handled your broken shipped part so horribly let me help….fast forward over a month after I emailed *******@vivid racing being ignored again now 6 months gone by and they don't want to help with an item they shipped already broken what a disgrace of a company and I am in the process of filing a claim against this company so no one else needs to go through what I have. This lack of customer service should hold you back from buying from them I hope and now that I am done with having them even try to salvage this we will let a legal team take over

My box with the body lift kit was not in a shipping box, and was ripped open during shipping, UPS set box off when no one was home, anyway,I have been sick and bed ridden and haven't had the chance to see if everything is in box, and only reference I have is the tiny pic in the description. But the box was hanging open when I found it in driveway.

I ordered a part almost 3 1/2 months ago and every time I called them I'm on hold for 45 minutes or better three months into this I called these guys today of course I'm on hold for 45 minutes or better. Talked to three different people on hold for 35 minutes or so no respect no empathy about my part not being to me on time, I would recommend these guys to anybody you'll be waiting a lifetime for a part that they're buying from somebody else and marking it up and now I have to wait five business days to get my money back from these guys after three months of chaos for a simple part. I am warning you not to purchase anything from these guys you will get nothing but a run around and they don't care if you've got the part or not they were no help at all.

Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
