I've been trying for 3 weeks now to get my money back for 2 items i no longer need, even requested the refund before either item had even been thought about being shipped. Over 300$s worth in returns and they just keep passing me off to these foreigners that i can barely understand. Really starting to get under my skin.

I received my equipment very fast! And the VR Tuned tuning box V2 installation was enough to let your toddler do it (don't do that haha)! I am very pleased with the immense added performance and response of my car! Five stars to the whole experience!
Orderd piston for my youngest sons Kx 85 dirtbike it was the only company that had a full topend kit. All your other companies you had to buy seprate parts.

I will attempt to be as brief as possible but this has been the most horrendous experience ever. Before placing an order I attempted several times without success to confirm the item was in stock. Hearing nothing back, I decided to place the order. I received a confirmation of the order, however shortly after received an email indicating the item was out of stock with not expected date of shipment. So I called to see if I could get more information. I was told on the phone the item would not be shipped until June 23 (over a month a way). As a result on May 26 I requested to cancel the order. I did this both by phone and email. Although I was assured the item would be cancelled, they ended up sending me a shipment notification 3 days later. I contacted them again indicating that I am cancelling the order and they should not ship. They still shipped the product. When the product arrived I refused to open the box and initiated a return. I was informed that I would only be refunded a portion of my $312.14 due to restocking fees. I corresponding several times letting them know 1) they were to cancel the order 2) should have never shipped it based on their agreement to cancel and 3) should have never charged credit card immediately knowing the item was out of stock. I ultimately decided to ship the item back through their return process (costing me an additional $69) figuring I would at least get back a portion of my refund. Today they informed me that they were declining my refund since the product was damaged. This item was never removed from the box or installed and returned in the identical box it was shipped. You should never purchase from this company. I have multiple emails of their lies and contradictions as well as phone records. It's now costed me almost $400 and I have nothing to show for it except their complete incompetence and aggravation. You've been warned about this absolutely horrible company. I will be taking additional legal steps to ensure I receive my refund but hope you read this and avoid this business to avoid what I have gone through.
Ordered Flowmaster exhaust system 2 weeks ago still haven't received my system calling doesn't get you anywhere they don't care about customer retention they are the worst vendor ever take your money and run
The Vivid Racing website was one of the easiest to navigate and their images of their parts give the exact impression of the size and details it has in person. However, my order was damaged during its shipping or packaging. Only for that reason I have it 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5. I hope I am compensated for this.
Vivid racing is a drop shipping company that offers the wost customer service of any company I have interacted with in my 40 years on this planet.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM VIVID RACING. It is an awful company that lies and scams its customers.
My girlfriend purchased custom wheels from these guys which including tax at customs ended up costing around $8,000 AUD.
When we opened the boxes we where shocked to see that they where NOT what she ordered being the complete wrong colours.
Upset and obviously frustrated she tried to get onto the team who was quick to sell them to her but have not gotten back to her about fixing their mistake. She even sent photos of the exact wheels in the colours she wanted.
They have been ignoring her emails and avoiding her calls saying they are "on break" or "in meetings" every time she calls. They are now not even answering. Don't make the expensive mistake by ordering though these guys, you will not be helped when something goes wrong. They can't even get $8,000 wheels right.
THEY DON'T CARE. BEWARE.

The test pipe I bought looks pretty clean they were loose but with a few clamps it'll hold. Sadly I couldn't put them on my car because it was stolen.
I didn't know a whole bumper would or could fit in a box that size, I opened it and it was a bumper rolled up and wrapped. I exposed it to the sun and put a heat gun on it for a couple minutes but there are still imperfections, or indentions in it that I hope will come out. A little saddened that the bumper didn't come with the holes for quicker installation though.
John Fitz over at vivid was a huge help! He answered all my questions, was very respectful and didn't treat me like I was just a dollar sign. I'm recommending vivid racing to all my friends in the car community.
Good quality materials, easy to follow manual for installation. Definitely recommendable. I installed on a Armada Y62 2020 and it sits very nicely!
Placed an order for a Megan Racing catback exhaust system for my mini Cooper S R53 as they had the best price around and "in stock" at the time. A few weeks went by so I asked for an update and they responded quickly with the expected ship date from the manufacturer. A week went by and I asked for another update since I didn't receive a shipment notification and again they responded quickly with the tracking number and I then seen it was expected that same day, awesome!
The exhaust fit perfectly, the finish was excellent, and the sound is good but kind of quiet, until it breaks in.
My experience with vivid racing, their team, and the product was great, 10/10. Will recommend to others and will buy from again.
THEY SHOW HAVING PRODUCT IN STOCK BUT HAVE TO BRING IT IN. THEY TOOK MY PAYMENT AND NOW I AM FINDING OUT IT WILL BE 6 WEEKS BEFORE I RECEIVE IT.
Haven't installed it yet but all looks good. I will say that Vivid Racing sends Waaaaaay to many emails and because of that, I will avoid purchasing from them in the future.

Ordered Berk down-pipe. Once received, I open it up for inspection. Parts quality was aweful, welding quality is a $#*! show. Contact VIVID racing for possibly replacement with a better one. After submit a bunched of photos to customer service. They said the will open a ticket and follow up. Yeah, it has been quiet and no one follow up for 2 weeks now.
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
