I have ordered from this website twice. Both times they quality was extremely thin and cheap looking. The clothing is not as good as it looks on the website and the prices do not match up with the quality of the items. Highly recommend going though a different website

This is hands down the WORST customer service/shipping I have ever had to deal with. Super disappointed as this is my first order - I will never be shopping here again.

We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your parcel. We are really sorry, but unfortunately due to COVID-19 there are significant delays on parcels shipped internationally with standard post. The postal services have advised that there are delivery delays due to reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights (which also carry parcels), a significant increase in parcels volumes, many which require manual sorting, hygiene and social distancing requirements (such as social distancing through zoning, dedicated shift start times to reduce cross over of workers). We have had this information on our website for the duration of the delays. When Australia Post were informed about the delays, they contacted us and we provided this information on our website to inform our customers. I'm really sorry, but we have checked your order and the shipping method selected was "Standard Shipping Experiencing Significant Delays."
We completely understand that these delays are frustrating, however sadly this is something which is beyond our control. The postal services are working around the clock to move all parcels as quickly and safely as possible.

Sale section used to be up to 70% off. (Everything was basically 70% off). Now they reduced it to 40% off. And the sale section prices are what verge girl should have their normal prices at anyways. Way too expensive. If I want to buy two shirts, I shouldn't have to fork over 100 dollars. I've been a loyal customer for years and spent so much money at verge girl. And they seriously get rid of their sale too? My friends and I are done shopping here unless there are some changes

Ordered the almost famous dress + a pair of earrings :) VERY cute dress, absolutely love the fit! I purchased a size 8 & it fit perfectly (for reference I am 5'5" size 25" waist). HOWEVER my only complaint is that the quality of the material is not good for the price. The dress is pure acrylic, very thin, similar to things I used to get from forever 21. Regardless, I would continue to shop here because the clothes are made very well and super cute!
Let's be real, VG has the cutest fashion and actually does have nice quality. But the most stars I could give to this store would be 2, simply for the fact that these clothes will not fit you unless you have a [really] skinny flat chested body type. For reference, I have always been a size medium if not than small (size 4-6), and I ordered 9 things all size large or the largest size available because I knew it would run small. But I didn't know it ran THAT small- these clothes will NOT fit you if you are curvy. So just another company supporting the anorexic model aesthetic.
