The experience my husband and I had on our wedding day with Dj Nassib was amazing. He was punctual and professional and catered to whatever we asked. Also the Music was on point! My guest never sat downBecause they were dancing So much. Our overall experience was unforgettable. We will definitely book him again.
I have been a DJ for over 20 years, and I have my name across multiple platforms. I only advertise my business with reputable sites, until i realized how bad wedding wire is. When your a vendor, you pay for leads or quotes to get leads. You expect to get a quality lead and not someone scamming you out of your money. I unfortunately trusted this lead i received, and i'm out thousands of dollars. When wedding wire/knot is considered by most vendors and brides the gold standard for finding DJ's online, you expect to get a quality product in return.
This is how companies get destroyed, ( look at past failures for other companies that have had poor track records) and lose creditability. You have the money to do what other wedding vendors do, and that is a background check before you distribute their information. With multiple vendors trying to make a living, we depend on those sites to also do their job as we pay them to do so.
If I Could rate this service negative start I would. To put things into perspective, because I am sure this company will try to say that it is my job to close the leads, this past month I have worked two events that I closed off of wrong number calls that I have received.
It is not that I am unable to close leads, it is that this company charges an arm and a leg to provide TRASH LEADS.
If you are considering hiring this company to promote your business and bring you events, you are better off standing on the corner in a hot dog suit twirling a sign. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SALES PEOPLE
They hide legit reviews of their vendors to keep their advertising revenue up. We recently reviewed a customer of theirs and lo and behold as others have stated below they came up with an excuse to take it down well now its their turn to get the negative reviews in this day and age censorship is a big no no! Guess you will learn the hard way.

I can't say enough about the extraordinary service that we received from Talmom and Ricardo of Elegancia Caters. Talmom was so very attentive to every detail and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter's wedding was the best day of her life! He was patient but extremely thorough from beginning to end. The food from Chef Ricardo was simply amazing and the guests couldn't stop talking about it. I'd highly recommend Elegancia Caters if you want top notch service, delicious food and a spectacular all around experience for your wedding. We couldn't be happier! Jodi
Our wedding was sent on April 16 2022. The day was very beautiful, our ceremony in the words that he did was very beautiful. It was a little expensive but it was worth it with his words in the ceremony. I think you for the words that he used in our ceremony. Thank you and God bless you and your family.
I wish I could give negative stars. We are locked into a year contract and our monthly fee is $375 which is absolutely crazy. It's been 7 months and not 1 actual lead generation. They are ALL BOTS. Literally it's the same inquiry every time and you have to respond or your response rate goes down which just ads fuel to the fire because it's very annoying to get excited you have a message only to find it's just another bot. I have even tried to get people to respond by saying "congrats you've won a free wedding on us" or "we're operating a special this Month 1/2 off your invoice total". Not one inquiry has ever responded in a way that would lead me to think they are an actual person. SHAME ON YOU THE KNOT/ WEDDINGWIRE. You falsify lead generation and honestly after a few searching on the web it's easy to see I am not the only vendor who has this same issue. I wish I could go back in time and do my research more in-depth before signing on for a year contract that you can't get out of. I am counting down the days until November when I will finally be released from this stupid mistake but it is now my MISSION to inform any and all wedding vendors that I can... this is a completely SCAM and if I could go back in time I would have spent the $5,000 on a real marketing campaign or googleads. So stupid but please learn from my mistake and DO NOT sign on with this website.

This has been by far the worst vendor to work with. We are an extremely small bed and breakfast and after being supper excited to join them with the understanding if it didn't fit our needs we could cancel. We quickly found out they have have a send all button and the inquires we are getting are a waist of time. We also realized that our small bed and breakfast won't work for weddings. We tried to cancel and they continue to say we can't cancel for a year even though that is not what we were told. Our business is suffering tremendously and they don't care they just want their monthly payment. You would be better off advertising on Facebook or Instagram by boosting your posts. This has had zero impact on booking weddings and it's been months we waisted money with them.

Wedding wire removed my review of a company (DJ) because our event was a prom… the over 25 year old DJ obtained the contact information of 17 year old girls and then tried to attend a high school party. The company did only said they wouldn't let him do proms! Like there isn't underage girls at weddings and other events

Most leads you receive are scam bots.
But good luck canceling. While WeddingWire Sales people will hound you to sign a contract, it is nearly impossible to cancel.

The worst part about the site for vendors that pay BIG MONEY to be listed on Wedding Wire and the Knot is that the company itself, and/or hired trolls, continuously send vendors fake leads. Just a shame that the whole thing is such a scam.

I went to Taylor's Bakery 62nd ST Allisonville Rd to order a cake for my sister-in-law last year. I love the design of the cake, they have great customer service. I definitely need to come back to order my Next cake

I am in Louisiana and I can't do weddings in Boston. I think most of their leads are bots.
I paid almost 600.00 per month and was bound by their contract, They only collect Vendors money.
I gave Diana and wedding wire a chance to make things right... Money... Never again. Do not promise and cold call me again...

I get 100% fake leads. Non of the leads are real. I own a bakery store and I know it's fake leads because non of the people have a set venue or a budget and they refuse to talk on the phone or just stop replying when you suggest to talk details. I reported to weddingwire and they ignore that the fake lead part. Didn't deny and didn't confirm. Which is really obvious, it you don't send fake leads or you are not aware of that you should be shocked or upset when people accusing you sending fake leads. But they didn't. They were really calm and the sales person trying to convince me is my own fault as my online store and my reply was the issue people didn't continue the conversion. There's no conversation... I said congratulations, how can I help, I'd love to talk more about the details of the cake, and then no reply. Every single lead! Save yourself some time and money and don't stress yourself out with this bs. I ask to cancel and they are ghosting me. I have been waiting for 1 month and more still couldn't solve this issue. I've never rated anything like this online or off line. But as a small business owner this is where my limit stands. We are hard working people trying to make a living and instead of helping they fake the leads to keep you stay on. This is pure SCAM. I can't believe they are not getting sued for this. If I can give no star at all I would.

Be really careful if you are using any of their vendors The wedding wire won't post any negative reviews on their vendors to mislead you to to business with them.
We hired Etica Events Terrasenses from their website and the weeding was a nightmare and we lost thousands of dollars. The worst part is that we could not leave a review of our experience on the weeding wire
Use other sites and check if they are credited with the BBB so you do not lose your money

I am a videographer on TKWW for about 6 months now and I am dissatisfied with the quality of services that they provide. That alone is not a big deal but when I tried to cancel my account, the only option that they provide is for me to pay out the remaining 6 months of my contract at full price. The only way to terminate a contract with TKWW is within 3 days of your billing renewal date. So essentially, the only time you can cancel your contract early is the first 3 days that your account is active or wait a year. If you don't cancel within 3 days of your billing renewal, you are automatically locked into another year of payments. It is ridiculous and TKWW fails to act in good faith with me when I try to reach a resolution.

I researched my wedding vendor on this site and it was the worst decision of my life, and this is why... I read the reviews on the vendor and trusted them. So I went with that wedding vendor and I had an absolutely horrible experience with them. EWG - Eglinton West Gallery at 2301 Keele St, North York, ON M6M 3Z9 ruined my wedding day (very unprofessional wedding vendor that is ran by temporary staff who are trained the same day of your wedding)! See my wedding food pictures to get an idea of the cutbacks they make.
Then I decide to post a low review on them to help other people out and weddingwire won't let me post what I want to say! It's so important because hard working people deserve to know the truth before they spend all their money and they won't let you post the truth about vendors! The website literally tries everything to get you to rephrase your own review, they suggest different edits, and even delete it over and over again. I went through the whole process to have the same posting deleted yet again by a different employee this time. I've asked to speak with a Manager about this with no success. And that is the name of their game.
Bottom line is that it is extremely difficult to post a low rating and that's why vendors have high reviews. This site makes money by charging vendors alot of money to advertise on their website and they want the vendors money so the vendors have to look good. So be very cautious about the vendors, be very careful, and don't ever believe the reviews. This site is 100% scam. Shame on weddingwire!

I would give a negative 5 if I could. I found a photographer on wedding wire and hired her. She has stopped returning my calls, and she stole my money. She is 4 months over her deadline and I do not have any wedding photos. I will be suing. And if I can sue wedding wire as well, I will! They have said that they can do absolutely nothing to help me. They were actually quite condescending. Never do business with them!
