My daughter bought a top but it didn't fit particularly well so she went to return it, we are in the UK, laws here state that a company has to refund if returned within 30 days not give you credit, they then also charged her return postage of $14.95 £7.25 (to a uk address which actually costs £4.20) so they are actually making money on returns. When I queried they told me to suck it up, they are Australian so don't have to abide by any laws other than theirs. They only refund if you report it as damaged! Customer service is terrible.

Size chart is completely incorrect and sizes were far too big. Rather than pay for return of well over sized hoodie and chart in size guide, I ordered size down which was still too big.
Sent bellow complaint: Re: Order #AUS4******. I ordered according to your size chart for my wife but the medium track pants and hoodie are ridiculously too big. I need to get a smaller size, however do not feel I should pay the postage as the size chart is not accurate. Please explain how I can get a size smaller without having to pay the postage costs

As different designers and suppliers construct our garments, we are unable to provide specific measurements for all items. For reference for each particular product, we have noted the size of the model the size she is wearing and whether the item is true to size or oversized.

Kindly note that returns will not be accepted as faulty for irregularities with the sizing guide, as we have made it clear that this is a guide only.

(The size guide reflects body measurements, not the measurements of the actual garments).

This company is a rip off and should accurately reflect correct sized as I have oepederd 2 hoodies, shorts, t shirt and track pants and only the tshirt up is close to size guides. Now over $400 out of pocket and my daughters and wives birthday presents have been ruined by this company

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. So firstly their tracking does not up date in real time there is a delay which is not helpful at all. When it was delivered to the UK eventually I wasn't home and the parcel was left outside my house (there was pics to prove it) and when I returned it was not there. I live on a fairly busy road so why RM would do this is beyond me. Ok contacting customer services they basically told me it's not their problem as they delivered it regardless. RM are directing me back to the merchant as that's who I've purchased with so they can put a claim in and refund me my money but white fox are having non of it! I will just contact my bank today and get a refund that way. They are the most unhelpful company I've dealt with and I will never purchase again from there. I was skeptical to begin with because of all the bad reviews on social media (don't trust all of them on here) but I still risked it and should have stuck with my gut! They will be boycotted soon anyway because you can see a lot of their customers have problems with them. Do your research before ordering or better still just don't bother! Go an buy from other companies like sister and seekers and adanola or even blakley (I have purchased from all and they've been amazing) this company will take your money and not give a care in the world for aftercare. Disgusting company overall

They take longer than the estimated delivery time. Their sizes dont make any sense at all and the clothes fit weirdly. They only give you store credit for a refund, which they make almost impossible to use. When checking out they just automatically take your money without giving an option to use the store credit. If you need a response from them it takes them ages just for assistance in a forgotten password it took them days to reply. AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM!

I would give this company a 0 star if possible. Ordered a sweatshirt and sweatpants on sale and it qualified for free shipping. Had to return sweatpants only for a different size. White Fox sent a return label and charged me $8 for returning it. They say they 'don't do exchanges'. They refused to honor the sale price on the 'reorder' and refused to help with the shipping cost on the 'reorder'. They sweat pants already paid $42 for now cost full price, plus shipping plus the $8 to return the original. Additionally! The return was sent back May 8th and not received and processed until after JUNE 8th. A MONTH!. Due to a birthday present, I had to pay expedited shipping, which once again, was a joke. It never came within the time frame disclosed on their site. I communicated so many times with this company asking for some form credit or at least honoring the original sale price of the pants and they refused. I will never order again and will tell everyone about this experience.

Was given a coupon code by them to get 10 percent off my order. Put in code showed it was going to work but did not. Try to contact them about it took forever to respond said ghey would give me a credit but never did. False advertising. Will never buy again from them

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with White Fox Company, and I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this organization. The level of customer service I encountered was nothing short of appalling.

Firstly, I received the wrong items in my order. Mistakes happen, but what followed was completely unacceptable. When I reached out to their customer service to rectify the situation, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. Despite providing all the necessary information and proof, they outright refused to issue a 100% refund for their mistake.

Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue professionally, they insisted on offering partial refunds or store credits, which were of no use to me. The entire process was frustrating and time-consuming, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer.

White Fox Company's handling of this situation demonstrates a clear lack of respect and concern for their customers. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. This company does not deserve your trust or your money.

Be very careful if you are looking to purchase from the UK. Colour variations and sizes are not as shown on website. Read other reviews that say the same. Ordered mine 14th April. Had to return them to Australia to have them assessed. It has taken 8 weeks and all they will offer is a credit note. My advise is don't be tempted. One very unhappy customer, out of pocket over £100 having waited 8 weeks and now have a credit note! That I didn't want!😡😡😡

I had a last second change of mind on sizing which caused issues with my discount code not working, one quick email to support and I was provided a new one. My order was shipped the same day I placed it and being in Sydney the free express shipping saw the package arrive the very next day! 10/10 team, will order again.

Before my first White fox purchase I would always see my sisters wearing their brand and it always looked so cute and comfortable. Just recently I bought my first few items and to say I'm obsessed with the quality and looks of there lounge wear is an understatement! I've purchased several more items and lately all my family and friends have been getting giftcards from Whitefox for their bdays because I want them to see how amazing the lounge shorts and sweaters are! Also as a sports mom its so easy to wear and comfortable!

Shipping was fast! And All the sets I got are beautiful. Nice quality! Love it! I am gonna order again!

Placed order early March 2024. Received the items early April. Took a month, but okay. I get the items and the sweatpants are such horrendous quality - see attached pictures of the fabric on crotch area. I wore them once until I realized the issue. The pants are basically see-through and I emailed them about the problem. They asked for more pictures, and we were going back and forth for a week. After a week, they said alright please submit a refund request. Okay sure, I go to submit a refund request to see that I could no longer request a refund as that expired 5 days earlier - WHY didn't they tell me submit a refund request when I initially contacted them about a problem? This was intentional. It took a month to receive the products and after receiving I had FIVE days to submit a request for refund. Now they are not responding at all

Their size guide is completely off. All customer service had to say is that it's a general guide. The dress would fit a 10 year old. It was half the size of the measurements per the size guide. Now I have to return the dress for a credit and pay for return shipping from Canada. NEVER AGAIN.

I bought this set to wear to the airport. It is so comfortable and fits perfectly. I'm a US size 12/14 and it fit perfectly oversized. I'm not swimming in it. The shipping was also very fast! I was worried because I had recently saw something on TikTok saying their shipping was terrible, but I wanted the set and there was a sale so I decided to risk it. I'm so glad I did! Super great shipping!

I ordered a sweatshirt for my niece not realizing my wife had already done so too. I emailed them the same day and got an auto reply it may take 3 days to get a response. I got a response right after an alert that it shipped three days later. They were then able to email back and forth saying they will not help me. They stink.
