I never received my package and it's been WEEKs! I've opened 2 service investigations with USPS and no one has my package. They are refusing to refund me for items I never got. I will NEVER buy from this place. Don't get scammed and lose out on your money. This place is pathetic.

I ordered item on web tonight and 1 on app
To me it seems you can only use store credit on web which I tried to do but got told " error- try again" which I did but just kept getting error.
Seems that you can some offers on web but not on app and Visa versa
Got to checkout and did not ask which payment but got "order confirmed" only to find that both amounts were deducted from my bank account which I have never supplied.always use PayPal or afterpay

Beware - this company is acting against the law in the UK by refusing to offer refunds on returned items. This goes against UK consumer contract regulations. I have reported to trading standards but I highly advise not to order from this company.

Everything in my order was true to size, fit perfectly, and the quality is great. The shipping was so fast too!

No response from customer service when I received a damaged item. I've been a huge supporter for years and their response was "sorry! Try washing it! And then nothing more. Purchase elsewhere!

I ordered a hoodie from white fox around October and it took about a month to arrive, and I got the wrong size so I returned the hoodie and it took a month or 2 for it to process the return. Once it had been processed I didn't receive my store credit for a month. It's march now and I received my store credit two months ago but there's no option to apply it. I've sent many emails to white fox support and none of the ones I received back have helped my situation.

It's so thin not worth $50 at all. It's see through, not worth your money! I ordered a long sleeve and leggings, bad purchase.

I ordered the partys over pants wore them once and had rhinestones literally dropping from my pants to the floor for the like 2 hours of standing not even sitting down got home and had patches missing. I emailed customer service about the issue only to be told it was "wear and tear" and they would not be doing anything for me… how exactly is wearing a pair of $90 pants ONCE for two hours "wear and tear" like are they not ment to be worn? Do not shop from this brand and definitely do not buy these pants

Purchased two hoodies that never arrived. Two months for a reply after sending dozens of emails. Eventually all they could say was items were sent out. They will just take your money. I am currently going through my credit card protection to hopefully recover the funds.

Don't order if you're based in UK. The cost to return products is ridiculous. They only offer credit and not refund. I had to wait over a month before they confirmed the credit, and terrible customer service (rude in fact), you get credited in AUD and so end up out of pocket even further when you reorder and have to pay shipping AGAIN!
When the replacement item finally arrived, it was a different tone of colour to the matching joggers we had originally ordered, so we had to start the whole painful process of liaising with them again. They finally conceded and added some credit, but it was not enough AGAIN as it's AUD!
I'm out of pocket easily over £30 just so I can get them out of my life!

This whole awful experience took from October 23 to Feb 24! So painful and they are slow to respond (and rude and unproactive)

I have ordered 3 times now from White Fox and all three times I spent $50 or more on each item just to be disappointed in the material quality. I would have been happy with these purchases for $20 but $50+ per item is way overpriced for the material. I'm so disappointed because I wanted to invest more into this company, but I cannot with the quality. It is not worth the money and it definitely won't last long.

I love what I ordered and the variety of the products. One thing I would change is the shipping delay notice on the website was not there until after I had placed the order and I would have like to know so I could upgrade my shipping as I am traveling and would like my order beforehand. But I love the website and the recommendations that appear are always so cute! Thank you!

I got my sister a sweater for her birthday and as soon as I received the order I knew I needed to get one of my own. The colours are vibrant and the quality is great. I'll be buying more asap

I placed an order last Monday 2/12/24 and still have yet to receive a confirmation of it shipping. I understand that it takes a few days to confirm the order and ship but a week is a bit ridiculous. I placed an order for a special event that I have coming up this weekend and now I will not have the order in time so I'm very disappointed.

Hoodies aren't as oversized as I was hoping, but it's fine. Shipping takes way too long, as for the expense that it's it should be quicker.

I put in an exchange on a Christmas item, and I've not heard back in six weeks! They gladly take your money, but do nothing when you want an exchange.
