Ordered two dresses from their online store after seeing them on their instagram account. Both items are of extremely poor quality, something that you could probably find sold on a street for $5. Not sure what to do now given you can only receive store credit and no refund for the horrible things you get.

Horrible in every way

First off, it's over priced. For what you get, you'd expect to be paying about $5 for the $60 item. Second, their sizing chart is not reliable. When I received my item I explained to customer service that my item was so poorly manufactured that it was unwearable and they still wouldn't give me a refund, only store credit (like you think I'd ever order from you again?! That's a joke), so I decided to dispute the charge because I was not sent what was advertised. The whole thing was a mess, there was not one single part of my experience that was not a disaster and or where I felt like "Jaclyn" from customer service was working with me. I couldn't NOT recommend this place more. Save your money, go literally anywhere else in the wold.

Horrible Return Policy

Return credit only given. No refunds. It costs $20 to return item from US. Would not order unless you are absolutely 100% positve you will not be returning.

Do not value customers. Inaccurate sizing guidelines. No exchange policy. Do not take responsibility or acknowledge that they may be wrong. In order to exchange, you have to pay to return the item. Receive a store credit and then reorder. Absolutely ridiculous. Arrogant customer service staff. Overpriced. Quality similar to Boohoo but double/triple the price.

I ordered a white skirt in February 2018... it is now June 2018 and I have not received my skirt from White Fox Boutique. They have treated me so poorly as a brand new consumer! After emailing them on 13th MARCH to ask for help as the tracking system seemed to be not updating. Their customer service team emailed me back with a new tracking number which worked but all it said for the next two weeks was that it had arrived in the UK but not yet London (I am an Australian living in London). After waiting patiently for another two weeks, all of a sudden the tracking system said it was being 'Returned to the Sender'! I emailed customer service to ask if this was correct and they said I failed to pick up my parcel which was delivered on 1st MARCH so it was being returned to them! After back and forth emails, they said it could take up to 90 days after which they will resend it. It has now been almost 6 months and they have not been replying to my last few emails! Despite these circumstances, they refuse to give me a refund which, for a successful company, would be a drop in the ocean. They refuse to do right by a new customer. DO NOT SUPPORT a company that does not value consumers.

Ordered 2 items off this website. A day later they advised that 1 of the items is actually out of stock and this was mistake on their behalf. This is a huge inconvenience considering i spent nearly $150. They weren't very apologetic and I've emailed 3 times asking for a full refund to which I've had no response. Seems like they really don't care about their customers. Wont be returning.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are theives! The worst customer service its like their just waiting to be shut down! Misleading and false advertising, what they advertise on their site is different to what you receive or dont receive it all. Quality is absolutely horrible Im sure they use different images on their website to promote their clothing. Swimwear sizing is completely incorrect, they do not provide a size chart and expect you judge off images. Model with DD cup wearing xs? Go figure. They dont not obey by the Australia standards and should be shut down, they run a scam and are illegal in what they do.

I ordered three bikinis from white fox they are amazing, and I bought them for a great price. I love the quality and the fit. I also purchased three dresses. The style is very cute and trendy. After washing one of them, which was similar to a cotton/ linen material it shrunk and became misshapen. The two other dresses are very cute. I feel thy were a little overpriced for the quality. Overall awesome site for bathing suits. Returning something is not even worth it; you have to pay the shipping fees to send it back to Australia. I sold items on poshmark to make some money back off of my purchase.

Their products are great quality and very cute, but customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered a bikini from them in JULY and it never arrived. I ordered a one piece from them before and was very satisfied and decided to buy again. Worst mistake Ive ever made. I expected a longer delivery time since the company is in Australia, but this is just ridiculous. They attempted to deliver then decided for whatever reason to send it back to the shipper. To this day I have still not received a refund despite many emails back and forth with customer service. I paid over $60 USD for ONE bikini and it is basically money thrown in the trash. I am very disappointed and angry. Customer service is being completely unhelpful, saying they can only issue me store credit because its a return but it isnt. The item literally never made it to me. They are also saying they cant even give me the store credit until they receive the item, and that it can take 60-90 days for the item to return to their warehouse, but it has now been over 90 days and I have not received my refund or store credit. Do not buy from white fox boutique. They will take your money and give you nothing in return.

Price:
The bikinis will run you about 100 AUD for a set. Then you pay shipping and Australian tax, which adds an extra 25 dollars. THEN they price their items at your customs and that can range from 30-60% of the item's value. SO in the end you are paying $180 for a bikini set. Also their customer service is horrendous if they even answer at all. It took them 5 days to answer an email and all they kept saying was the same thing, not answering my question.

Quality:
The quality is decent but the sizing is a joke. The xs and small have no difference whatsoever and barely cover anything. The models in the picture have huge chests so they must be wearing XXL cause I have a small chest and I can't even raise my arms without having a nipple slip out in the small. The colour is also not as accurate as the picture, anything that looks vibrant, make it duller by 3 shades and there is the real product.

Shipping:
I will give it to them that their shipping is fast, but it always comes with a surprise customs bill cause they seem to think their product is worth hundreds of dollars and are reporting it as such, forcing you to pay extra.

Unless you have too much money and have no idea where to spend it and want to help the Australian market, I suggest you not.
