User friendly website and really impressed with the packaging and timely delivery at a time when everything is backed up. Looking forward to getting the foundation specially made for our Wink mattress.

I will have to admit I am a little bummed out with my experience. While getting ready to order the first mattress I feel like I was talked into something I did not want, but ordered it anyway. Dealing with one queen size mattress in a old house is a $#*! to begin with. Then we had two mattress and had to decide witch one to keep and which one to return. Dealing with 2 queen size mattresses in that same old farm house is an even bigger Bit-, you get the point. If you have a bad back and require a firm mattress do not get talked into a soft one. Save yourself some unwanted calisthenics.

I was excited to get this WinkBed mattress. Unfortunately, after using it for two weeks I have horrible back pain from the mattress. They have a "generous" 120 day return policy but you have to hold onto the mattress for 60 days before you can return it. The pain is so unbearable that I have to sleep on my couch until I get a new mattress. I understand that the mattress needs to "adjust", which is why they want me to wait for 60 days, but there is no question this mattress is causing me pain and I can't wait for 2 months before returning it. I bought a new one from a different place and will be shelving this one until I can return it for a full refund.

Ordered this after having to cancel another company's bed because they couldn't deliver. Winks communication was great! Emails were prompt and included relevant details so you know exactly what to expect next. Mattress arrived on schedule, per the expected delivery window, was super easy to unwrap and slept great the first night.

Your dealer was very informative. He was able to answer and help us compare the new beds with the first beds we purchased from you. We then went by his endorsement and bought.

I got the queen Softer WinkBed." The delivery arrived within the timeframe stated. The only hard part was that UPS would not take it upstairs and I had to call a strong person to help me get the box upstairs. Once the mattress unfolded it expanded in just a couple of minutes and had no "new" odor. It is very comfortable.

Easy to order. Delivered on time. Easy to set up. Comfortable to sleep on.

Overall, my experience buying a mattress through Wink was very positive, and I'm pleased with my choice. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise came about a week after the mattress was delivered, when I received an email from Wink: did I want Wink to pick up my old mattress, for free? YES! I'm not sure if this service is available (or free of charge) for all 50 states, but it is in California, and I'm going to take advantage of the offer.

Its hard to know if you're ordering the right mattress when you're just reading reviews and not seeing one in person. But with the no hassle exchange/refund we took the leap. First mattress didn't work out, exchanged it with no issues, and sleeping better than ever now.

Incredible beds, incredible company. This is truly a quality product. I'm going to buy another one for our guest bedroom.

Great customer service and so far we are very happy and comfortable on the luxury firm mattress.

The items arrived early for the most part. Shipping was a bit chaotic and in 2-3 separate shipments. But it all got here in good shape. Easy to put together as advertised, so I can recommend Wink Beds company to anyone!
