Originally got the luxury firm. But it was way too hard for me even as a back sleeper. I paid the $50 to get the softer version. I love it.

Although we are still trying out the Windbed Firmer mattress for comfort (this is our 1st week on the bed), our initial surprise at the poor craftsmanship was shocking. The finishing around the edges of the mattress (seems, piping, etc) is very sloppy, uneven, and unfinished. This makes us question what the craftsmanship in the INSIDE of the mattress must be - and has us cautiously examining our purchase. At nearly $2000, I expected so much more from this purchase and this company. I expected a refined product and that is not what we received. We may return the mattress solely based on this. Very disappointed.

The promised delivery date by Shopify was misleading. Don't get your hopes up from that. The order was for two mattresses, and when the first arrived, I thought that the order was shorted. A couple of days later, an extra FedEx number was issued, and the second mattress was eventually delivered. The supplied letter opener is a nice touch, but it is so pointy that it can easily snag the bedding. Also, this is a promotional product the consumer will keep - why miss putting contact or branding on these cutters?

Customer support has been amazing, but wasn't in love with the actual products. When I buy a mattress, I want to feel comfortable from night 1.

Nice that PayPal "pay in four installments" was an option. Splitting the mattress and mattress protector into two separate shipments made tracking a bit confusing, as did the handoff to the mattress removal company. Nice that they promptly refunded me the difference between what I paid for the removal and the cost that the removal company posted on their website, but it was awfully quick and easy, almost as if Wink Bed knew they were overcharging? But the mattress arrived in less than a week and I love it, so overall a very positive experience.

If you have a bed partner that moves and shakes you awake multiple times per night, this is your solution! I sleep like I'm the only person in the bed!

I truthfully am really looking forward to sleeping on this bed, as it feels very comfortable! However, we have had to quarantine our master bedroom. When we finally managed to get the (absolutely destroyed) box all the way up to the second floor and open it up, the terrible plastic-y smell assaulted us. It has been airing out in that room with the windows open, multiple fans and air purifiers on, for a few days now. The smell is still terrible. They need to be curing these mattresses before shipping them out - this is extremely inconvenient. And that is assuming the smells goes away eventually!

Customer service has been amazing so far! Very impressed! Just wish we liked the mattress more. Wanted to love it and sadly really don't.

Was frustrated with the delivery. Told me out for delivery 4 days in a row. Off gassing smell for almost a week now and not gone.

Ordering was easy, updates were sent in the process, shipping went fine(box got a little beat up but still okay!), set up was easy, mattress seems very well made!

When I ordered the mattress the website stated that it would be in production that day and I got a notice that I would receive in on 11/30. It didn't go into production until much later and I didn't receive it until 12/11. When I spoke to customer service they told me they had no visibility into the production schedule, were not receiving back communication from the production team and had no way to expedite the order. Hopefully the mattress is good. The buying / shipping experience was not good.

Package was not in good shape (Fed Ex) but the mattress was not damaged thankfully. Opening was a breeze with instructions provided and razor.

Unboxing our twin XL "firmer" WinkBeds mattresses (we weigh 160 lbs and 120 lbs) was very easy. There was a very slight off-gassing smell that disappeared within minutes. We were replacing our older "Luxury Firm" (softer) WinkBeds mattresses, which had served us well for several years. After retiring and doing a lot of traveling, we discovered that we prefer the firmer hotel mattresses we've been sleeping on. We've now been sleeping on the new mattresses for a week. The switch to more firmness is exactly what my back needed, and both of us are getting longer, uninterrupted sleep.

The order process is easy and it is shipped vacuum sealed in a smaller box via Fed X. Do not need installation unless you are disabled like me. Mattress is just wanted I expected and wanted. So far so good.

FEDEX delivered to the wrong address and I had to do some investigating to find out where it was and pick it up myself. Wink Beds associate was very helpful and understanding on the phone and was ready to remedy the issue if needed.

It was easy to order and I received my bed within 2 weeks. No smell on the bed and it inflated really quickly. Overall great experience!

This is a good product with fair pricing. It has worked very well for me. Has met all my requirements and options. It's just that the install was ridiculous and so was the removal. While this is not directly through winkbeds, they are responsible for whomever they contact and contract out to do this service.
