Aspen was helpful and quick with a response and with a suggestion (that I took) for a part that was delaying the assembly of my PC. By the next day I had a photo of the assembled PC. However, I waited about 14 days before e-mailing Xidax and would still be waiting had I not done that, but it's all good. 5 *s.

I received great customer service from Aspen tonight. Purchased the X2 R2R for my son(4th xidax computer in the family) and had a web browser issue where the purchase went through but the order did not. My friends and I had raised money to get my Partner a new rig since she's been using a crap top for far too long. And their employee Aspen, who had been recommended to me as a friend of a friend was INCREDIBLY helpful! They kept me up to date as often as possible, and also helped me keep it a surprise for my partner!
I bought a new PC from Xidax and the whole experience has been great. The computer itself is built really well, runs super smooth, and the price was very fair for the quality you get. You can tell they put care into their builds. What really stood out for me though was the customer service. Aspen helped me out when I had some issues and was super patient and helpful the whole way through. They didn't rush me, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help me, not just get me off the line. It's hard to find companies that treat their customers this well these days. Having a powerful PC is great, but knowing there's someone like Aspen ready to help if anything comes up makes it even better. I'd definitely recommend Xidax to anyone looking for a new computer. Great PCs, great prices, and customer service that really cares. Huge thanks to Aspen for going above and beyond. 5 stars.
Aspen was a very kind person. She helped get me the rates for a new card, and didn't complain when I declined after it was a bit more than I wanted to pay. Noah and Andrew helped me facilitate the timeframe on getting my computer repaired and getting it transported. Xidax helped save me money and honored their warranty.
DO NOT USE XIDAX! INCOMPETENCE, NEGLIGENCE, AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!
I ordered a custom $6,693.95 desktop from Xidax on June 3,2025, after speaking directly with Andrew Leddy (Masterandrew). I specifically requested two 8TB 850x NVMe drives and two 8TB 870 Evo SSDs as part of that special order. What I received on June 29 was not only incomplete, missing the SSDs entirely, but also lacked even the most basic setup, as no WiFi drivers were installed. For nearly $7,000, this is absolutely unacceptable!
When I contacted Andrew about the issue(s), he claimed he would involve his support manager. Days went by, multiple calls, messages, and online support requests were ignored until I finally heard back from Elijah at Xidax. After sending proof (photos and Disk Management screenshots), Elijah admitted they had "found" the missing SSDs sitting on someone's desk. Seriously?
Instead of owning their mistake, they initially wanted to ship me the drives, expecting me to install the drives myself, again, on a nearly $7,000 "professionally built" system. Only after further pressure did they agree to cover shipping and reinstall the missing drives.
Fast forward to August 3, and I finally get the PC back, but I was away on business. When I returned home and inspected the build, I was stunned; they had literally screwed the SSDs to the chassis without even connecting them to anything. Nothing, not a single cable, just 'Bluetooth' drives mounted for show. They also completely ignored the agreed-upon RAID 5 configuration with one of the NVMe drives.
This level of negligence is outrageous. I gave Xidax a second chance after their first failed attempt, but this was the final straw; there will NOT be a third.
Save yourself the headache, wasted time, and infuriating customer support.
XIDAX IS NOT WORTH ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY! DO NOT USE THEM!
