Got 200.00 chair and was missing hydraulic cylinder. Can not even assemble it. Box was taped and Beat to Death when arrived after hours of texting customer service (because no real person available) still no help all I need is them to send missing part but they say it's not avail. Some people just LOVE wish, however, many of us have had horrible experiences. Wish fakes reviews. Period. Wouldn't have to if they were what they say they are. No items or wrong item sent? No refund PLUS the customer has to come OOP for the return label/shipping. Whether it is Wish's fault or not! Customer service is a joke. It would actually be laughable were I not out $73. In conclusion, because I wanted to save a few bucks, I ended up paying what equates to my cell phone bill for jack squat=absolutely nothing. Also $#*! wish and the Chinese sack of balls they rode in on!

If wish continues to raise prices for substandard items, I will NOT be shopping WISH any longer. I used to buy hair extentions from Wish, but it seems that they've now double their prices, so I'm not going to buy them from Wish any longer. I'll find somewhere else for the same or better price that has better quality. The last remy extensions I bought were SO thin, that I had to put 2 of them together to make ONE good one. Also, the wig glue or Ghost Bond that I used to buy from Wish has more than doubled in price, and for what? They're literally RIPPING ppl off! It's utterly Ridiculous.

Jewelry is fake. In other words, they advertise sterling silver and real gold when it is not. For those who don't know, do your research or you will be screwed. Buyer beware. Clothing is poorly made. Company takes advantage of customers. Wish should not be allowed to sell to anyone and their license to sell should be revoked and their other co-companies. After researching, you can go to Amazon and buy the exact same thing and you will get an honest description of the products. So check it out. They steal the ideas from Amazon.

I ordered four outfits from this site… After going by the size chart and measuring myself, then going up a size, it still arrived too tight… I followed all of their guidelines and have been waiting for a refund OR the right size for more than a month now… NEITHER has arrived… For years, I stuck to small trinkets with them because coming from out of the country, I didn't want to chance it… Now, the very first time I order something else, this happens… I will never order NOTHING from them again… They should stick to trinkets because their customer service sucks and I have yet to speak to a real person! I loaded app & went looking at women's clothing. Prices greatly differed on seller's site to those shown on search page. Prices also increased each dress size. Read customer reviews if you do decide to purchase, they will give you true overview of item.

BEWARE, of buying by WISH something more valuable, I ordered at item For +-$30, I got the wrong product, I was promised a refund, I ordered again, and again got the wrong product, and was promised again a refund, however after 3 months the both refunds were never received, I asked at least for them to send what I ordered and they didn't send that as well, I did get a lot of "were very sorry" they simply stole my money, I haven't had such experience with Online shopping site, on top of that a lot of their products are simply junk. When I started buying via Wish, it was nice to find a few "gems". I expected poor quality and most of it was for fun. But then, I started to buy clothing and such. As a person who worked in clothing production for 50 years, I understand the processes and how they can fail. A few months ago, I could not get my arms into armholes. The tops were plenty big enough but even a 12 year old couldn't get her arms into the sleeves. T just got worse. My last order (March 2023) had been carefully done. I checked all measurements as given, made sure to choose items with wide sleeves (so armholes and upper arms would fit), but they were awful. It is bad enough when you are disappointed, but when they try to say it is your fault, and won't refund you, it is humiliating and extremely frustrating. I lost about $100 on items where the cuffs were so tight I couldn't even pull them up my arms. Had the items been properly drafted and sewn for the sizes offered I should have had no problem. Since when does a 3/4 sleeve on a size 4x or 5x only have a 10 inch opening? Ridiculous!
Wish says that they GUARANTEE your satisfaction. LIARS! I spent well over a month trying to explain to them where they went wrong and that it is not my fault. I wanted my money back or the problem fixed. I got neither and wasted many hours with them.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
