I bought a dress from FashionMia 7 years ago. It took a month to arrive, even with "expedited" shipping, customer service was extremely hard to get ahold of and no help, and when it finally did arrive it was nothing like the photo. It was far too small, and the quality was horrible. The neckline by the zipper was off, and the neckline also was nothing like the picture. When I tried to post a negative review on their website, even with pictures as proof to show what I was talking about, it was deleted. I don't trust the reviews on the website because they are obviously trying to hide the negative reviews so it looks like everyone likes their stuff. I'm including pictures if what it looked like in the photo on their website vs what I actually received.

These FashionMia people are thieves. What you order is not what you receive, and they do not care as long as they have taken your money. Do not give them your money, please. I contacted them to complain about the trash that they sent me. They told me that I received what I ordered... that I may have been attracted by their photo-shopped pictures, but they sent me what I ordered. I still have this garbage in my house. I asked if I can send it back, they gave me a USA address and told me that it will cost me more money to return the product, that I would better stay with it. They are thieves.

I had the misfortunate experience of making a sizeable purchase, not being able to get ANY of the items purchased on, returned all products for refund and 4 years later, have never received my refund. I used my credit card. Had I used PayPal, I would have received my money back. But because I used a credit card, I took the loss. I have nothing to show for my frustration other than anger and rage at being taken advantage of. My storied purchase from FashionMia and subsequent experience should hopefully warn anyone considering sending these people ANY money to STAY AWAY, or at least use PayPal so you can get your money back when you find that your purchase is made for someone who, on a good day, are about 3 feet tall and the size of a large babydoll.

Dresses are so short they look like long tops! Ordered 4. Don't know what I was thinking. So disappointed. Not at all what they look like online. Some of the dresses don't even cover my butt. 1 dress looks like 1 arm is sewn on backwards. I ordered M according to the size chart. Can't find any website, return address or contact details. Don't waste your money buying these clothes. I emailed them I asking for the return address and this is entry offer me first they offer me 10% refund I said no cause I can't even wear the clothes second they offer me 30% I said even you're giving it to me I can't accept it I need your address that's the time they send me another email how to send it back but they told me that they won't give my refund unless they received the items which is understandable but I have to send it all the way to China and taking my own risk if they still give my refund. This is just a lesson learned don't buy anything that is good to be true yeah the items are pretty on the website but it's not the same once you get it! Don't let them fool you!

Wrong items were sent through no fault of my own. Speaking with the customer service rep hoping to come up with a reasonable solution I requested half to be refunded. This doesn't count the shipping I've already paid. The rep countered $5 below what I asked for. Why? He didn't want to make this right. Therefore, I decided to return items no matter how much it will cost me because it's not about money at this point. It's now about principle. Learn to do good business and you will prosper. I will be submitting my review on other social media platforms.

Without a doubt the worst clothes I've ordered online!
Purchased thru a FB ad for a company called Guyinn, who now claim to be going out of business. I'm attaching an image of their model pretending to wear these pants.
Ugly mustard yellow pants with literal plastic bag pockets and t-shirt thin material. The attached card suggests hand-wash only and drip dry, no kidding. I'd hate for them to melt in my dryer.
I was expecting a reasonable quality khaki but these aren't good enough to wear on a casual beach walk. Piss-poor stitching and construction, I didn't even bother trying them on. These are the kind of pants you'd use to paint a wall or clean out gutters. The quality is similar to those $5 Dollar Store buys. I can't stress it enough - THESE PANTS SUCK.
I'll definitely do more research the next time I purchase any clothing online.

Hahahahahahahahaha I spent more than $100 here two months ago and I was just a student trying to buy some decent clothes that I never had before and it turned out to be a scam. Their email address does NOT exist LOL so I can't even send an email to them tr. Seriously? I don't know if you guys would be happy to become rich by lying to people but those will all return to you in some way some day. Gosh so disgusted of these kind of people

Regarding order B******* and other. Be aware of those thieves, they have different company names, Fashionmia, TB Dress...
I received an answer from one of their agents (see below) but until now no money back in my credit card, my money is gone.

Until now, no money back to my credit card

I was told by Vicky Han that I will get my refund in 7-10 days after an undelivered order for over 3 months. I was told not to reply to Vicky Han's email because the refund will be on its way. After 1 month of waiting, I still have not received the refund and I cannot send any more email communication since their customer website is gone.

BEWARE OF FASHION MIA. NOT HONEST RETAILERS. IF THE POLICE IS INTERESTED, I CAN PROVIDE THEM WITH ALL THE COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL.
