Comcast has increased my bill once again! Not to mention customer service, which they have Zero skills.
In addition I was waiting on hold 15 minutes only to speak with a rep that clearly could not assist me what so ever! As soon as Att lines are up I'm switching services, it doesn't matter about the cost it's the distrust I have with Comcast which is Zero trust! New comers think twice before signing on.

I`m sorry, but a one star rating is too high for these people! I have had several problems with my cable, internet bundle in the last few weeks, and the ladies solution to fix my problem, after trouble shooting my cable, which didn`t even work, was to try and get me to add a phone! Lol

Cancelation refusal

I tried to cancel my plan including the internet services for 2 months online, i couldn't of system error.
Today I called the customer service to cancel the service online, the agent ranged the phone on me.
I told this 2 months you are billing me for a service i am no longer using, he said he call the complaint otherwise pay now.
I told him send me the bill and I setup a payment plan for a service i never used.
He rang off the phone on me rudely. What a shameful conduct before a senior.
If you are with Xfinity be careful when you wish to cancel your services they full and kerp you online for hours without solving your issues, mocking you

Poor Customer Service

Lately when I have had to call customer service I have experience "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DID NOT FEEL LIKE A CUSTOMER AND DID NOT FEEL TREATED AS A CUSTOMER". Today when I called I was given the run around, and never received the answer I was looking for. I then ask for the loyal department but was not treat as a loyal customer of more than 15 years. When I asked for a manager or supervisor and the lady on the phone ignored my request as a customer. She finally put me on hold and came back periodically to tell there was one available. After over 30 minutes on hold the call was disconnected, I don"t believer Xfinity knows what true customer services means.

It's truly unbelievable how terrible their customer service is. The agents cannot speak english well, and they don't understand ANYTHING! They talk in circles and don't make sense. If I can explain somehow, they say words, but they aren't in the correct order. This company's customer service division needs to be trashed, and started over! I feel like I'm going to have a stroke!

Asked Xfinity to cancel my service entirely on 12/20. Got a bill on 1/5. They canceled my phone service but not my internet. Called on 1/6 was assured they would cancel on 12/20 and send refund due (ignore bill just received). Called 1/25 about the refund I hadn't received. Was told it was processed 1/19 and I would get email to pick how I wanted refund sent. Got email asking me to pick how I wanted refund sent, did so. For next three days to email from my account saying Xfinity account would not accept the email. Called on 1/29 spent 10 minutes trying to get past the phone tree to a real person. Once I got one spent 35 minutes on the phone with person that had no idea how to handle the situation and kept putting me on hold while she went and asked someone else. Finally said all taken care of and I'd get refund in approximately 4 weeks. Told her that was ridiculous, sorry best she could do was put note in her file and ask that it be sent ASAP. Yeah that'll make a big difference I'm sure.
Their internet connection was good but any questions or help via service plan on a lengthy (very) time on the phone. Then 50-50 if you get a straight answer.

First you can spend an hour trying to convince the "digital assistant" to connect you with an actual human, who will then spend another hour telling you why they can't solve your problem and that in the long run your business means nothing to them. Or you can go to one of their stores and be condescended to by a 20 year old with a man bun who will tell you that you should be happy they raised your rate by only $50 a month for no reason, and that they have never heard anyone else complain about bad customer service. They are absolutely the worst.

They lied

When I signed up for xfinity 6 months ago I was told I qualified for the acp program and my bill would be a lot lower than what it was but first month they charged me 45$ I. Just paid it they said they never got my application even though the lady who signed me up on the phone said I was approved and all this is recorded so i applied again 2nd month comes still 45$ I paid it there was no Internet the box didn't work I asked them to send somebody to look at it but they wanted charge me 150$ for service I didn't have and I mentioned the acp program they said to apply again so I applied a 3rd time and was approved but they kept stating they never got it I just gave up it was a headache and stopped paying now they call me single day threatening me with collections n claiming I owe $175 for I paid first months and a deposit and never got to watch tv horrible experience my parents were about to sign up for xfinity but I convinced them not to

Insane prices & service

My bill for internet & cable started at $167 a month...next month at $170... couple months later $192. Tried to call customer service...after battling the crazy automated phone menu for about 20 minutes... got put on hold for a live agent for 45 minutes... got disconnected with no way to get back to that rep. Xfinity is HORRENDOUS! I'm canceling!

After your installation charges, monthly they are sending notices your out of data,trying to coax you into a more expensive plan. They never call you either upon request. Poor customer service care

You Will Regret It...

I have so much to say, Read the reviews 1st, wish I had. *Xfinity is only interested interested in their own bottom line. *Why would they bill you in advance? To invest your money at no expense to themselves. *Your money should stay in your bank account and draw its own interest! *Multiple that by Millions of customers. *I had my service for 7 days and canceled, never installed equipment and thet still billed me $15.00 WTF. * "HULU", is my service provider and it's fantastic thus far. *You don't need the stress Xfinity will create in your life. *I hope they will fail as a business, BUT, as long as they trick you into paying in advance their executives will continue cheating out of your money and provide service they have no interest in giving. * I'VE NEVER SEEN ANY REVIEWS WITH THIS MANY 1 STAR RATING!

I woke up at 6:30 this morning to no cable no Internet it is now 12:54 p.m. and I still have no internet and no TV and of course you can't talk to anyone at Comcast because there's an outage well I will not be paying for this outage Comcast and suckfinity. Maybe maybe just maybe I'll take them to court and sue them for breach of contract because this happens an awful lot either we don't have Internet or we don't have TV or we don't have both so I'm tired of it I'm sick of it if there was another cable company I could go with I would but suckfinity is the only one there is

Said my landline would work in 3 days. Instead, they sent me a cell phone to replace landline. On phone for hours and even went to the Independence MO store and every time they say days. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH. AND NO LANDLINE. SAYS I need to keep phone which I bever used and wNt to charge me $600. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP! THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY IS CORRUPT. NUMEROUS LIES AND STILL NO LANDLINE SERVICE AND BILLING ME.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CORRUPT COMPANY.

When you have an issue, you can't even speak to a person until they reset your modem, even if you have already done it several times. The staff is not knowledgeable and just goes off their scripts without actually listening to the issue or problem. Two weeks in and the issue is still not resolved.

Spoke with Yan today and tried to force me into their cellular service aggressively to lower my internet bill. After I said no thank you she then said then I can't find you a better plan. Garbage service and company imo.

Their customer service is horrible. There are never live agents to speak with. You call the number and they send you AI text message and the options are not available for your issues. They refer you to the portal to set up the phone call and when you try to set up phone call, you get a message saying unable to connect. Will be dropping their service ASAP. For the amount I pay it is not worth it. Their internet is down at least three times a month. When storms happen in the area their internet is down for weeks but they will still charge you and raised the prices every year. Stay away. I wish I can give them 0 ratings but there is no option. I have been trying to speak with the agent for two days now and been unsuccessful.

I scheduled my cancellation of service for the 31st and they cancelled it on the 16th. Four days before my prepaid billing even ended! Then I couldn't get the next two weeks without a whole new contract! It was ridiculous. I never agreed to a disconnect on the 16th. What a nightmare. And after an hour we still had no headway! I hate Xfinity! And I do not recommend them!

Last Friday (Jan 12,24) my owned Motorola BitSurfr died. So I drove out to Williston Vermont's Xfinity store to get an Xfinity-provided modem. Upon arriving at my home, I spoke with no less than 20 Xfinity tech support people to activate the modem and kept getting passed off to other techs. (about 12 times) The ones who decided to try to activate the modem (gateway) couldn't activate the modem, even though it was visible on their network.
Something about an incorrect code exclusive of the MAC address. One tech told me that the modem wasn't paid for. LOL! I had one guy in Pittsburgh named Rich who was trying his best but ultimately failed. Even the tech support people rely on chat when talking to supervisors.

Get the picture here?

I'm returning the Xfinity modem today and will try a new BitSurfr. Failing that, I'll call their competitor,
Burlington Telecom. One thing is for sure, I can't do worse, seeing that Xfinity is lower than whale poop.
I can call a Bologna sandwich and get better customer service!

Wanna laugh? So Xfinity can't activate their modem but is trying to sell me a cellular plan while I'm on hold. I spent about 8 hours on the phone with these people with a problem they couldn't solve and they still dared to try to up-sell to me.

Man, these people suck. Middle finger sent to Xfinity.
