This entity still has not addressed my request for an opportunity to return their product or receive a refund. In the process of trying to assemble and mount this large ceramic and metal Christmas wreath that I purchased, the glitter from the wreath ended up all over my front door and my garage door. The glitter applied to this product was not sealed properly so that it continues to leak glitter everywhere. I have contacted the company with my concerns several times and have yet to get a response. I have yet to speak to a real person. I am extremely frustrated.
Nothing is worse than getting something you need to put together and there is missing parts, hardware and a box torn open and re-taped. I contacted Yaheetech and they got back with me rapidly. I was able to take parts from an old tree to rig, I mean fix the new one. The cat tree is sturdier than I thought and my cats like it. I feel they are a reputable, honest and caring company who care about their product and customers.

They shipped a recliner that didnt lock into place. 1 side locked, the other didnt. Then they refused to pick it up after it was already assembled and wouldnt ship a replacement

We love this bouncy house! My friend has the 4 kid Yaheetech bouncy house and loves it. We bought the 3 kid version and think it's perfect! Easy to inflate, deflate, and fold away. My 2 yr old plays in it for 2-3 hours straight, and I can even go down the slide with her (I'm 145 lbs). If it breaks in the near future, we will buy this exact same bouncy house again. We inflate it inside the house so we can enjoy the A/C. If I had to complain, I would prefer the Velcro dart board was on the inside net part, bc I think my toddler would like that more. Otherwise this bouncy house is absolutely worth the money.

The product is really durable. There was a miss on the powder coding in a 1×1 1/2" spot which was a bummer. Dont want to be spray painting new products to avoid issues, but other than that I am saving to order another one

Used it for a month and a half so far. Solid bed frame, quite affordable. There is ample storage space beneath. Takes awhile to build because there are many parts to put together, but instructions are pretty simple. Color selection was limited (I would have preferred an antique bronze), but neutral white was acceptable. It does not creak a lot, but it is noticable in a quiet bedroom. Any suggestions to fix that would be welcome.

I purchased an impressive hammock from the shop. The products are quality made. This hammock was so nice I couldn't believe it after it was put together I was like wow this is so nice. The colors are bright and the material seems strong and quality made. The hammock is wide enough to fit two people. The frame is black and it is strong metal. It is put together with chains and rope. I just want to lay in it all day it is so comfortable.

This makeup case is very well constructed. It's aluminum and metal. It is very durable. I love all the compartments there is so much to put all my makeup to take to work. It's easy to move around even though it's large. It protects my products very well. It also moves very quietly and effortlessly.

Great shopping experience with this company. Very prompt response and fast shipping, and the item quality is great. I emailed the company with issues regarding my order received (missing part, didn't fit…) and got no response.
Updated...I was contacted by the seller to regarding the issues because of my review, but it's been over 2 months since I got the bed frame so parts are not needed anymore as I've had to get them myself and have someone fix the frame so I could use it. It would have been nice if they responded right away to the email sent and fixed the situation.

They canceled my order because they were out if stick and took a week to refund with customer service that didn't know what I was talking about until I spoke to three people. Now I'm being harassed with a dozen emails to review the site, so I guess you asked for it. The emails come from shady Chinese addresses and it's altogether scammy.
