I bought my costume for halloween with yandy even tho I had a rush with my order which I placed it by last minute. I got my package the next day delivered. The quality is amazing. And the customer service experience as well! Also thanks Holly for helping me with my previous order and the store credit I requested. Yandy customer service representatives are very friendly and informative. I'm so happy with my stuff! Definitely going to buy more soon!
I've been shopping with Yandy since 2020, and each purchase has been a new surprise with every package I open. They've always been quick, affordable and efficient. My girlfriend and I get excited whenever we get to try something new from Yandy. Whenever I had questions, their customer services never failed to get me the answers I needed. Yandy is truly a jewel among pebbles. Don't count them out and give them a chance. I'm glad I did!
I paid extra to have my package delivered by Wednesday and come Wednesday it said it was delivered but it wasn't. UPS isn't doing anything and yandy says they can't do anything. Worst first time experience ever and will never shop here again and I will warn anyone who shops here
I had a promotion code from an order they royally screwed up. Yandy wouldn't even honor the promotion they gave me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will use Spicy Lingerie from here on out. Whoever runs your email customer service responses is about as useless as the Bud Light employee who put the dude on the beer can and literally ruined the company with the push of a button.

Ordered the playboy cowgirl costume. It said hat included so ordered it because it would come with everything I needed. It arrived and of course the hat was missing contact them time they got back to me it was after Halloween and they just refunded me a lousey $30 for the missing hat even tho I didn't want a refund I wanted all of what I ordered. It says in stock still I don't get why they couldn't ship me out a new hat or made sure everything was there when they shipped it. Wont be ordering again. Dont waste ur time! On top of that another costume I ordered from them didn't get at all cause it was out of stock
Poorly put together rubber popcorn top is detached from suit on the side. It does not give same neatness as picture not worth the money and I want to return and get a refund but they haven't returned email or customer support number says no one can take your calls.
I ordered costumes over 2 weeks ago and contacted yandy multiple times. You can't even call them as it just direct you to email them and they don't get back to you at all. Horrible service! If I can give them a 0, I would! They take your money and don't ship your order. I emailed them for a 6th time letting them know if it does not ship soon or my refund is not given back, I'm contacting my bank and filing fraud charges!
Customers shouldn't have to beg you to ship their orders 2 weeks later. Reputable companies ship in a timely fashion and at least contact you/offer upgraded shipping if that's not possible. Yandy just wants to hold onto your money. My (reasonable) request for upgraded shipping was ignored. The second I asked for a full refund, all their fulfillment delay issues were magically solved and my order was shipped... economy, so I still won't get it on time. Every aspect of this transaction has been unacceptable.
I placed my order on 9/14/22 and I paid for priority shipping $12.95 my order was $209.60. I still haven't received a email letting me know if it has shipped I emailed them on 9/18/22 and they said they said it was delayed and they are sorry but they can't tell me when my order will be shipped just keep checking to see if I get a email letting me know. I emailed them again today 9/20/22 to cancel my order and to see if they already took the money they sent me the same email from the other day and didn't answer any of my questions. I tried calling to cancel my order and when I called it said they are having phone issues, I tried emailing them again no reply this time, and I tried to live chat with someone and of course it said they didn't have a live agent available right now. I really wish I would have read all the reviews before I ordered anything. Apparently they are just out here taking advantage of people scamming people out of their money that's why they are having phone issues, no live agents, and not responding to emails because they know exactly what they are doing.
On September 2nd I ordered a Playboy romper, my money was taking out but have not received my romper. I've called the number that is listed with no luck. I've emailed several times with hoping that I will get responses. Only 2 emails sent to me. I will never use this site again for anything. I requested a refund and was told I couldn't? I have never heard these excuses in my life. I see the reviews aren't good at all. CEO needs to clean his site and employees out. 2 brothers owns it
Just spent 30 minutes on hold with their customer service number and they never picked up the phone. I ordered something intended for Halloween this year and it has been a week since the order was placed and still has not shipped. Most of these reviews are accurate with how long they take to ship. I won't order from here ever again! I really regret not looking at the reviews prior to ordering from them. Take these reviews seriously! You can find the exact same stuff on Amazon!
I always shop the sale section to grab some awesome discounts. Sometimes they run 3/$30 bra promotions. The products are high quality and hold up to daily use and frequent washings. They ship super fast fornreasonable rates and my orders have always been correct, no overcharging or issues.

Like everyone else I waited a month after the black Friday deal to get my order canceled 3 days before Christmas etc.
I only decided to order again from them because I've ordered at least 6 other times in 2020 with no problems and they gave me the 40% off coupon because of the error to make up for it.
Also because they had these pajamas that i really wanted nobody else had lol.
Yes wasn't as big of sale but with 40% off got like 50 things and only 2 ended up being accidentally out of stock.
Items arrived in the date specified so within couple weeks.
Yandy has some quality oufits soen cheaper, sizing i have started to figure out my many orders.
Anything lace get many times larger than your size like 3x up panties etc.
One size doesnt fit all of curvy. Unless stretchy or tube dresses work for me fine or the stretchy 2 set top bottom type oufits.
I know not super helpful but they are sokid many orders havent had issues except for the 1 black fri sale.
Returns are so easy i did the fed ex happy returns thing apparently stores can have so u return all items right at fed ex office versus having to wait for it to ship back to company. So you get return immediately (well takes 3 days be back card etc)
Overall i still love yandy tho they have cute stuff and some great sales.

Ordered on Black Friday. A few days later I got a message saying that things were delayed a few days. No biggie, right. Next contact is about 2 weeks later when I got a message stating that 1 item was out of stock, but otherwise the order was still processing. Again, no biggie, right, but shouldn't I have gotten everything like a week ago? ANOTHER 2 or 3 weeks go by and out of the blue I get another email saying the ENTIRE order was canceled because "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are not able to fulfill your order." What are the unforeseen circumstances? No clue. I went on their website and nearly everything from my canceled order is still selling there. Apparently, they want me to repurchase everything, just now at the non-Black Friday cost? Shady business practices at best, horrible customer experience at the very least.
We spent all of our time on Black Friday putting together a gigantic order of almost 100 items and after a full month of them delaying the order they just cancelled it with no explanation aside from "corporate cancelled all the black friday orders because we are short staffed". I kid you not, there were items we purchased for $2.10 and they were still available and in stock and listed at $29.95. Zero of the items were cancelled due to being out of stock, they just cancelled all the orders because "they felt like it". Granted they gave us a 40% off coupon which had an expiration date and other stipulations like minimum and maximum order amounts, etc. The worst part is we wasted our ONE black friday purchase on this site, not like we can go back and buy from a different site and get their Black Friday sale. They just do not care about their customers at all.
I ordered 29 pieces on Black Friday, and after waiting a month I inquired and they said my order would be to me in a week. A week later they informed me it was cancelled and every item I'd ordered was back on the website for more than I'd paid for them originally. I decided recently to try again - I ordered a body suit in M, L, and XL, another body suit in one size, a teddy in M and a body stocking. Today I received three XL body suits (the one that was supposed to be multiple sizes) and a bodystocking. No teddy and no other body suit. Packing slip listed all the items that were supposed to be in the package (though didn't list the other sizes). Super disappointed in their inability to fulfill orders.
