I have been customer of YOOX in USA since 2006 and now I live in EU and use them still because of their selection and prices on premium merch. I have never ever had problem with Yoox customer service, ever. All these one star reviews are from mentally $#*!ed people, I swear. Yes, I occasionally received damaged or wrong items, Yoox always promptly refunded my money and once offered to pay for dry cleaning of my clothes due to dye spots left by one of their items. The prices and selection is unrivaled by any online store or brick and mortar. Sacks5TH or Barney's don't have 1/10th of what Yoox have in stock. Yes refund might take 2-3 weeks (my European friends need to STFU about their refunds) Europeans are such a small-time thieves that they suspect everyone of being them every time all the time. Stop it, your pathetic refund is coming, stop crying you indolent Socialist babies. One thing I would agree with; store credit is not convenient option for refunds. Otherwise, Long Live Yoox!

I tried to buy sth and the choice of cash, wasn t available. I ve sent an e mail at th customer service but they didnt help me. Just told me that this payment method is not availble for my country.

I bought a purse and wanted to return it in it's original package and 2 days after the arrival.
I returned it following all their procedures and 2 weeks after it has been returned still no refund. Also according to European law, consumers have the right to return a product in its original package, unworn etc up to 14 days since they receive it. The company should refund the shipping cost also unless the customer requests express delivery. Yoox.com answered me they refund the cost of the purse and never answered me clearly if they will refund me the shipping cost also. I have all the mail exchanged and 6 years of electronic purchases, never met such an awful eshop...
The 650 euro suit I bought was too small (very inaccurate and confusing international size guide, btw). I returned it and the tracking system tells me it got to Bologna on September 22. Two weeks later, still no news about a refund. The customer care center won't respond to my emails. DON'T BUY THERE, IT'S TOO RISKY.
I ordered a pair of designer pair of white shorts that arrived in terrible condition. Unbelievably filthy dirty, pilled, stained, clearly used (multiple times) and with ink marks on the rear. The "alleged" brand tag was even more appauling... again, filthy, crumpled, torn, & NOT attached. Not attached to the label as it should have been or even the item (the designer utilizes the same string style security tags that Yoox affixes)! Portions of the dirty tag appeared to have been carved with razor blade & writen on. I'm not sure this item is AUTHENTIC! I called customer service & was instructed to email photos, which I did, only to receive the following response: you can have $5 off your item it will be processed in a few weeks or you must return the item in the post immediately to our warehouse for our team to inspect... at 4:30pm on a Friday. Doubtful Id receive a refund after reading some of these reviews... if I knew where these came from & whats been done to them, I might consider using them to wipe my dog's muddy paws. This is definitely fraud! Thanks a lot YOOX! I will NEVER buy from YOOX again.

You are the worst company ever. I hope you go out of business. You gave nothing to me but problems ordering from you. Canceled 2 orders with no explanation, no emails. It's like they are out of their minds there. I am so mad, I have no words. WOW
I'm very surprised to read about bad experiences with their after sales service, since i've returned goods more than once and every time i got an exchange or a refund prompltly, according to what i chose. As for what i'm concerned, i never had the slightest problem with them. And i'm very satisfied with the quality of the goods i ordered and decided to keep. It's not very cheap but it's designer pieces and if you have patience you can find very worthy promotions with codes they provide often and reductions when it's off-season (but still wearable when fashion neutral)
I ordered a George Gina Lucy bag and am so pleased! The bag arrived 5 days after I ordered it and it PERRRRFECT condition. YOOX was the only place I could find this brand bag.

Yoox offer some very good deals on top designer clothing, shoes, bags and household goods, but obviously you pay for an item when you order (shipping costs are reasonable). The problem is awaiting the refund if you need to return the item (returns are also easy and free) refunds take far too long, customer service could also be much better. Another issue I have is with trousers, they very often don't state the length. Great clothing, but the company could do much better for its customers.
A couple of days after I placed an order with a 15% off coupon from yoox. Then I received an email they sent me a better coupon code for 20% off that would have saved me about $16. The order I placed still had; t even shipped so I emailed and asked them o apply this upgraded code. They said no. No reason given just "no". Worst customer service ever. Here are their emails:

Returned two pairs of boots three weeks ago, they received them two weeks ago. I have not received any refund or confirmation email. The people in customer service will not help, they are blaming the "return center". When I asked them to please call the return center to resolve the problem, they said the return center doesn't have a phone, there is no way of reaching them. How can this be? WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I have been a loyal yoox customer for over 7 years already and have spent thousands of dollars on their items. The first ever problem I encountered that happened couple of days ago was handled poorly and extremely disrespectfully. I have been accused that the original label was missing along with the seal, which is a total lie and I was shocked to hear that. Talked to the customer service representatives and one of the managers, which were extremely rude and not willing to help resolve the issue. They only gave me automated answers unwilling to help resolve the issue. I ended up not getting the refund back despite the fact that there was no damage to the merchandise I returned. Multiple times I have received wrong and damaged items and was charged the shipping fee, even though the mistake was not mine. Felt very badly treated and will not continue buying products from yoox.com anymore. I highly recommend AVOID buying items from this online store. If you want to shop with a company that treats frequent customers like utter garbage and complete disrespect, then feel free.
I just recently received a call from YOOX telling me that I could no longer buy from them because I had returned too many products in the past. In fact, I have many Yoox clothes, but do return those that don't fit or I don't like. STAY away from YOOX - there is something really strange going on with this company!
I found yoox online then researched their reviews which were typically the same stating that they were a fraud site. Despite of the reviews, I decided to try them out and for no particular reason they cancelled both of my orders (which were placed within a 4 month time frame) and processed a refund the next day... So about a year later, on Aug 10,2015 I placed an order for a pair of guiseppe wedge sneakers around 70% off that I wanted a while back when they were in stores like barneys and saks. Anywho, I received the shoe which are 100% authentic; however, there were 2 scratches on the side of the shoes. They obviously weren't used because the bottom of the sole had no signs of being worn, but idk why the side of the soles had minor scratches. I decided to keep the shoes because I've always wanted them and the scratches weren't noticeable at all.
I see all of the negative reviews but I had only positive experience with YOOX. Item ordered (pair of Soludos espadrille sandals) with no problem, took slightly longer than usual to see shipping confirmation, but item arrived perfectly and exactly as depicted on site.
I buy a LOT of things online and would recommend them to everyone. I'm a bit saddened that others didn't have positive experiences. :(
I was very excited to discover this site as they have a number of high-end apparel options, many of which at a discount from other retailers on the web. Unfortunately, after giving my personal email and having to explicitly allow them to use that information for marketing purposes I was dooped into thinking I could combine their offer for free shipping by sharing a product I was interested in to a friend as well as a percentage off for the aforementioned personal info. Alas, I was wrong. Yoox WILL NOT combine multiple offers on their site. Though that may be their policy, in my experience companies generally will break policy to accommodate customers in order to secure further business. This was also not the case with Yoox. I was quickly denied my request for the free shipping I gave my personal info over for (though they had already taken quick advantage of my email through spam mail already in my inbox) and was told this is standard procedure. No where have I seen a disclaimer that Yoox does not allow multiple offers to be combined. Will not be bringing any future business to the site.
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
