I really like this site. They have great designer clothes and shoes. I have been very happy with this site and their customer service.
The products that I ordered on YOOX did not have a an exact description of the size fit. On the description it was saying it was the it fits large. When I was completing the return form, it offered me to use "YOOX MONEY", stating that it's the fastest and easiest way to claim a refund for returned items and I would be able to use them as soon as they receive my return form. But it's not true, I can't use them until they receive and process the return. Unfortunately it was not specified at the return form. It's written in the separate legal document on the website. When I called them they were very rude and did not want to talk to me about this matter. All I wanted, to be able to exchange these items on different sizes. Unfortunately YOOX has very limited sizes availabilities and they might not be available by the time they receive and process my refund.
Very poor customer service.

I have used this site on several occasions. They have great deals on designer items, and I have been pleased with their customer service. I only returned an item once. I didn't like it after trying it on, but I didn't have any problems sending it back. I have always been really happy with the products on this site.
I have purchased quite a few things on this site. They used to ship the items nicely - now they come all mumble jumbled in a box and so anything made of leather is completely scratched by the time you get it (or maybe it was scratched when it went into the box and they sold it to me anyway? Either way, not good).
Also, i have done research to see if the brand exists anywhere else on certain items - of course not! It's a yoox brand - therefore, original retail price is completely manufactured.
I love this shop is very easygoing one foul only the refund process is very slow.
I love the items on this site, pricing could be better at times, and the refund process is slow as a sloth. Yoox.com could be the best reseller discount site but these issue rated a MeH!, but the selections got them to the four star mark. Those shopping with Yoox needs to write to them with every order, and demand better service for the prices charged. Automate the return process and give me my refund faster (as I have more shopping to do). Other than that I like what yoox.com offers and I use the web site as a reference point when shopping.
I just took advantage of their Sale! Got a Balenciaga Shirt for nearly half off. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the packaging was a bit trashed. I buy a lot of stuff online from designer outlets like Yoox, and their packaging is really disappointing. I want luxury start to finish!
I was pretty disappointed with this website. I purchased 2 Diesel Black Gold wallets and one clutch from yoox.com. One of the wallets had a malfunctioning clasp on the coin purse. I cannot close the coin purse and my coins always spill out! I couldn't return the wallet because I already removed the tags (didn't think a coin purse would actually be broken so I didn't think to "test" the wallet). The clutch was definitely not brand new as well. Just because something is on sale doesn't mean selling something broken or irregular is acceptable. And another thing that irked me was that I paid for shipping then a few days later suddenly they don't charge for shipping. So unfair.
Well these people are rock stars they sure as heck don't need me to give them a review. Wow very impressive
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
