Purchased the ZAD80CE in January 2020. In October, I noticed the bridge had cracked on both sides of the saddle. Zagar sent me a Fedex label and off it went. I got it back December 31, not only was the bridge replaced, so was the entire electronics. The guitar was just like new. They went through the entire guitar to ensure there were no other issues. I truly enjoy playing the ZAD80 and thank you Denny for standing behind your product.
