Hello Betty, and anybody else that may get this email, I believe my scrutinizing time has expired and just want to say that I love this guitar. I looked for every or any reason not to like it. I took it down to Guitar Center and I played some of the most expensive guitars they had. Most didn't sound as good as the free one you gave me with my 90 purchase. I am a believer. I have not gone on the site to take lessons yet; although I plan to. It seems as though no matter what guitar I'm playing, once some warm up time has been used, I seem to make the instrument sound better. I think I'm becoming a better player. Developing some confidence. It's only taken 50 years. I believe part of it is because of how I have learned to play your guitars. Also a Mexican Martin and an Epiphone. But mostly the 50 and 90 I got from you.
Thank you for your patience with me. This is a major investment for me and I didn't take it lightly. I wish I'd seen the Vegas address earlier, I would have stopped in and said hello. I still will if I get there or by Nebraska.

I love my Zager guitar. I haven't picked up a guitar in 52 yrs. I was learning the guitar many years ago, but the young man who teaching me was killed in a tragic auto accident. So, I just kind of quit the guitar way back then. But, now I'm on this journey of learning it all over again. I sincerely appreciate them offering the layaway program, it was a big help in me getting this guitar. And, then there was the huge surprise of getting the BOGO deal as well. That was over the top.

I bought a thousand dollar Zager. All the strings buzzed beyond about the 5th fret. The bridge and nut are glued so there is not adjusting them, so I tried the truss rod, which locked up. Trying to loosen it, it broke. I phoned Zager; would cost more than the guitar is worth to fix. There are a lot posts around the web that Zager is a scam; I agree.

My father is keen on playing the guitar and recently the one he was using for a very long time got broken, casually. He was disappointed, for real.
I decided to buy him a new one, fortunately I knew what model of the guitar he had and here I found exactly what I needed. It was ZAD 80 series which I found here and even managed to compare it with others. I thought of gifting him a better guitar, but eventually opted for the one he had.
Thank you guys, you literally save my father from the depression, cuz he is an avid guitarist during the whole life.

Love the look, the sound and the price. What more can I say. Couldn't even throw away the box it came in such a cool look so framed part of it and it proudly hangs in my living room

I initially had a issue receiving all my items from Zager Guitars. After a few weeks of frustration, Denny Zager Stepped in and not only had my items overnighted to me but also refunded 50% of my purchase price. What a fantastic Business owner of High Integrity! I read some reviews from some who rated Zager Guitars very low.
One had a ZAD20 and another had a ZAD50
One complained about how long they had to wait, and one about where they think it's made.
I purchased the ZAD900ce and it is fantastic! And I waited 3 month"s to receive it.
It was well worth the wait.
I'm not a ""great guitar artist"", but it"s not difficult to see that the guitar is VERY well made,
I owned Taylor and Martin Guitars, and I still have my Martin D18.
I still play my Martin, but my go to guitar is my ZAD900cs.
I took it to a well known guitar store ""That Will Remain Anonymous"" and literally everyone played it and loved it.
I played a Martin D45 And it is a fantastic guitar, for the cost of around
$ 9995.00.
I play my ZAD900ce witch is just as fantastic, ""Literally"" and in one way better because it plays easier, for the cost of around $ 2395.00.
Before I bought it I did much research on it, one thing was artist"s review's on the web.
I listened to them play it and comment on it, and there opinion"s on the ZAD900ce were very positive.
Well, you can listen to the negativity of some, or do your own research.
Remember that not all reviews reflect an accurate opinion.
This is a remarkable guitar.

I was lucky to find a used ZAD900CE Tobacco Sunburst in "mint" condition and I am stunned with the sound, playability and looks of this guitar. First, it looks like a $5000 guitar with the abalone inserts, maple binding, Grover tuners, Aura Pro pickup and absolutely beautiful finish. Second, everything they claim about being easy to play is true! This is the best guitar ever and I have owned Takamine, Martin, Taylor and Fender acoustics over the years. My arthritis can flare up at times but this guitar is so easy to play that I can sit for hours now. Finally, I can't say enough about the Aura pickup. It is the best pickup I've ever played with on any guitar. It is easy to download sound images from the Fishman website and it sounds fantastic plugged in to my sound system. I don't even need an acoustic amp any longer as I now go directly through the mixer and it sounds great. Do yourself a favor and try one of these guitars. Denny Zager is building some of the finest acoustic guitars available today at reasonable prices. Once you put one over your shoulder you will see what I'm talking about. Zager is the best kept secret in the acoustic guitar industry! Thanks Dennis and Denny, your commitment to excellence and wonderful customer service is second to none!

I ordered the Tobacco Sunburst Zager 900CE with intent of playing it, then most likely returning it for full refund. I received it, and played it. A lot. That was in November 2022. I didn't return it and I believe this will be the last guitar I buy. Ever.

I have a Zager 900e I bought a few years ago and it is beautiful and as described very easy to play. I have a Martin D15M and an Ovation Balladeer. This guitar is easier for me to play than either of those. The sound is awesome and full. The Zager guitar took over a month to get and I was told builds were two weeks out when ordered.
I now ordered another Zager this time the 80CE Black Ltd edition. I ordered it Dec 21st according to my receipt. I have emailed twice asking how long until I should expect it and my emails have been ignored. The picks have a lifetime guarantee and they do break and they replace them, after you send several requests by email. So I feel Denny Zager is great his son Dennis Jr needs to get help with his ignoring customers. If you order a guitar expect long delay before receiving it. This being written March 1st still no guitar or responses. I have sent a third email requesting expected delivery date...

I've had a ZAD80CE for several years that I purchased directly from Zager. The pickup was giving me an issue when volume was adjusted. Contacted Zager and without the need to jump thru hoops and go round and round they immediately responded and sent me a new Fishman pickup. Guitar sounds great once again. I'm not much of a guitar player even though I have been playing since I was in high school. Now I am 68 years old, retired, and decided to see if I could still play a little. So I purchased a Zager Easy Play guitar last spring. I never imagined how much fun it would be to have a good instrument around to play anytime I wanted. Having a great guitar does not necessarily make one a great guitar player but it sure makes it a lot of fun! The people at Zager have all been so good to work with and the ongoing encouragement and support keeps me going back to try some new tricks.

This guitar is the best i've ever played... it is easier to play in every way... If you don't believe me. Please think about this... I have only played 5 years with little help... I recently started taking lessons from a player who has played 58 years... yes 58 years... he is the best guitar player I have ever heard... I let him play my Zager 900 E... he said he has played Taylors, Martins, Gibsons... all high end guitars. And he said my Zager out plays them all... he said the playability, sound, action and everything else is superior to the guitars he has played... so if you don't believe a rookie like myself you can believe a 58 year Professional player

I started playing acoustic guitar in 1960 and have played and owned many different brands and usually tried to find off brands from American builders. Doing this I have discovered some great guitars but the only two that even come close to the ease of play were Boulder Creek and Babitz with the adjustable neck; however nothing and I mean nothing can touch your sound and craftsmanship. Thank you Denny Zager from the bottom of my heart. It is a joy to play again and to these aging and arthritic hands a wonderful relief to be able to play for longer periods of time. I think I have found the 'Grail'. My wife thanks you too; this will be my final guitar. Peace to you and your family and please keep doing what you do.

I just received my ZAD80 and all I can say is WOW! Such a beautiful guitar, smooth and easy to play, and the sound is unmatched. You will not be getting this guitar back unless you pry it from my cold dead fingers! I currently have a Taylor 810 CE (2006) an Alvarez Yairi DY-45 (1976) and I have had several other high end guitars over the years. This guitar literally is in a class all by itself. Lincoln Nebraska? Yea right, this guitar was made in HEAVEN!
Please tell Dennis and Dennis Jr. How much I appreciate the quality of this guitar and especially the quality of the team of people they have assembled. You guys are the best!
