Erika was able to walk me through the process to email a group of candidates. She also shared with me how to link our ad with social media. I was grateful to have my problem solved, however if the site was a little more user-friendly I might not have needed to use the chat feature. I had created the email then selected the candidates that I wanted to send it to several times and it would clear before Erika told me to go to the list of applicants then select each one then create the email. Also, why is sharing to social media such a secret? Hope this helps.

I finally had time to try to sort through and organize the candidates for my job and was confused with some of the capabilities so on a whim I decided to try chatting with Tara at support. She was great. Pointed me right where I needed to go and got me more productive again. Quick to the point but polite answers enabling me to get done what I needed. That's how support is supposed to be.
Leticia did a great job helping me with ideas to maximize our search for the right candidate. With her, I felt like she had my back and really wanted to help our organization succeed. She provided me with some insights I would never have considered. GREAT JOB!

I'm new to Zip Recruiter and the experience has been very good so far. The online chat has also worked well for supported that I've needed along the way.
Jessica walked me though how to duplicate a job. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend ZipRecruiter to anyone that is looking to hire professionals.
I called to put a hold on our account and Katie Barlow was very helpful and professional! She gave me several helpful suggestions. She also sent me an email confirmation on what we discussed. I also had a great experience working with Keith several months ago. He helped to get us set up and got our job opening ads out quickly!
Tanya was great to work with and got all my questions answered. Wish all customer service reps were the same way!
Leticia gave me great advice to rearrange the qualifying questions to start with the main deal breaker with the most important question - are you a licensed M. D. or D. O.
Tanya helped me with editing a job posting. She was professional, friendly and easily walked me through what would have taken me quite some time. We've used ziprecruiter several times now and will continut to do so.
Look for other recruitment options if you can. I have used this for four years and each year it goes downhill a little more with their overpriced "enhancements." I'm looking at other options as our business grows. Representatives are generally not helpful, so don't waste you time.

My technical person (Tanya) walked me through every step to ensure I regained access to my account. She was very friendly, personable and professional. She was the best.

I was having an issue with my billing and invoice. Leticia, took care of everything and even gave me a day to notify my team about upcoming changes.
Melody was great and helpful in helping me cancel my account with ZipRecruiter. She provided me with other options, but at the current time weren't applicable to my situation.
Leticia was incredibly helpful with our problems and assured that we were getting the full value of our ad! We were confused and frustrated that we were not getting many qualified applicants and she helped us make some simple changes and taught us how to more effectively utilize the web site. We were ready to cancel our account but I'm so glad we called first!
Tanya went above and beyond with the questions I had. In addition, she provided me with additional support and options.
