Everything I was expecting from the diamond as well as the ring (setting, model, gold, price range, etc), I found it at Zoara.com! The package, was just great: a very nice black box with a small led light shining directly on the diamond, reflecting the light in all directions, surprising us both. Later, we had the ring resized and the service provided, including shipping back and forth, was always neat.
No complaints at all!

O ordered a diamond and paid with paypal, everything looked good. I got the firs email of purchase confirmation and a second email of payment confirmation the next day. The third day I got an email saying that "the vendor" just informed them that my ston was dark brwon. I chose a. 46 K diamond with very good charactersitics. Im fully aware of the color and contacted them to tell them to go ahead and mail my stone. And then they said they dont buy brown stones (even though they have many other K stones, that even come with a pic, and look totally brown tinted) and they needed authorization from the manager, whom was never there (thursday, friday, saturday...) I was told that if I wanted to proceed with this brown stone I would voiding thr return policy, which I was fine with it.
It really looked like they either didnt have a way to get the stone, or they back out because of the price it was sold was low. The most annoying to me is that they were not completley honest. They also claim they are based in Sioux Falls, and they ship within 3 to 5 days and this is also completley false, they cant since they buy stones from India, Hong Kong and other places.
Now, Im waiting for my refund. Lets see how long it takes. Very bad experience.

To be honest I was a little anxious about shopping for diamonds online since it is a costly purchase. My fears were gone when I started chatting with Dan from customer service. Dan taught me a thing or two about diamonds and helped me choose the ring that would be just perfect for my wife to be. When the ring finally came I was nervous to see if it was indeed what I hoped for. It exceeded my expectations. I ended up buying our matching wedding rings from Zoara as well and will definitely return for my next purchase.

I did a lot of shopping to find a 18 kt yellow gold engagement ring. Zoara had a great selection of solid 18 kt yellow gold rings that did not have to be resized for me. Not many places have size 10. Even though the ring was yellow gold, I also wanted the strength of platinum for the diamond cage and a six prong setting. This setting also had the little bling on the sholders of the ring of princess cut diamonds in a bezel and invisible setting. I picked a beautiful diamond and the combination was dazzling! I also bought a princess cut wedding band, or eternity ring to match. Great combination!
Zoara even called to see if I liked the jewelry and assured me again if there was anything I ever needed, don't hesitate to call them and ask.

I knew very little about diamonds and even less about what to buy as an engagement ring. I was a little resultant to purchase online because you don't get to see the ring beforehand. What if the ring didn't measure up to the photos online?
Well friends let me tell you that the ring blew away my expectations. I was shopping around at the local stores and I saw rings that were double the price that cant hold a candle to that Zoara ring. The Zoara team was incredibly helpful as well. A soon as my fiance lifts up her hand everyone notices that ring. They all comment on how its almost blinding. I am usually the 1st one to admit if i got ripped off but Zoara made me look like a super hero :)

I have been scammed before for my first engagement ring, so that's why I was skeptical about buying another one. I started looking up the internet hoping I could find something within my budget and yet not being scammed again. After 3 months of looking, I have gained lots of knowledge and I was somehow confidant and know what I was doing and most importantly the hidden meanings of some vague titles. Anyhow, by chance I found zoara by google and talked to Ben Harris. He answered every question I had and the web has a really nice reviews. I purchased a 18k white gold ring with. 21 carat diamond. It was one of my best purchases I have ever made. They shipped it with overnight shipping and I was able to surprise my wife with it and she absolutely LOVES it. I was amazed with the gift box it has a small LED light! What a fantastic gift box. Thanks ZOARA and Ben and Harrison for everything. Ammar.

You wire money to them, say everything is just fine.
After you ran out of patience you call them back and they say "we are out of stock on your item". May take years to refund you.

Unfortunately your diamond was out of stock which was discovered on the weekend. We had to wait until Monday in order to contact you with alternates but you contacted us on the weekend and we had to explain then without the alternated prepared yet.

In events of items being out of stock, our policy is to upgrade the customer whenever possible or to refund them if this is not a possibility. You requested a refund which was processed within 1 business day of your request.

Your claim of taking years to refund a customer is false and utterly baseless. We regret that you decided to post false information over this issue when we have refunded you immediately as you requested.

Wonderful diamonds and service!
This has by far been the best shopping experience of my life. From the moment that I contacted Zoara I received nothing but VIP treatment. All of the questions that I asked were answered truthfully and patiently and nobody pushed me to buy something that I didn't want to get. On the contrary the Zoara staff made sure that I didn't overpay and really took care to ensure that my money was well spent.
In addition, they are VERY skilled at custom made jewelry- I gave them several designs that I was considering and within a couple of days their designers already had the perfect prototype made. Because it was a custom design the order took a little longer to ship out but I really can't complaint about that. The diamond that was set in the ring was simply stunning and more brilliant than anything that I have seen in any store. My resizing went also without a hitch.
This is a company that you can really trust. They are fair, honest, great at what they do and stand behind their warranty without a fault.

Amazing jewelry, speedy delivery
The Zoara staff was extremely attentive to my tight schedule and deadline and made sure that my order was dealt with very quickly. I take my hat off to their creativity in really finding a solution for the customer; it's really hard to come by such service these days. Ordered pearls for my wife's birthday two weeks before the date. Were asked on the website if it was for a birthday and, if so, on what date. Even though I paid immediately, the pearls arrived a day late, and I had to find another present to give her on the day. My follow up complaint has up to now, a week and a half later, been met with absolute silence. If this is the attention given to their customers, I wonder how reliant their money back guarentee is.

The Zoara crew really helped me out in a pinch. I ordered from another website (won't say which) but they really botched my order and I was up against a deadline. I spoke with Ben and Neil who really turned the word upside down in order to put together an engagement ring for me within 1 day! Seriously, where can you get this type of service today?

Ben personally checked the inventory and had a goldsmith modify and size the ring within 2 hours and the order was overnighted to me.

A company that goes so far out of its way to keep a customer is simply IMPRESSIVE! Way to go

I really really liked a pendant I saw. But i really don't like diamonds. I went on the live chat and spoke with Harrison, who was super helpful!

I was able to substitute the diamond with a ruby, and I'm thrilled! It's even prettier than I'd expected!

I have recently bought a 1.03 carat round diamond ring and I wanna share my experience. My first selected ring is a 1.05 ct, I have asked David if the diamond is stll available before I went bank wire transfer. I went to the bank few hours after i confirmed with David. However, i have been told that the diamond is not available anymore after i deposited. Then I selected 10 diamonds on the database and have lower the colour grade from G to H and there was only 1 diamond available. Therefore, the database is not up to date! Do not waste your time to look at the database because most of them were taken. I have ended up getting a H grade 1.03 diamond. Also, please use the US site as the US site is much more cheaper than the australian site. I lost 6 hundreds dollars while i did wire transfer as to convert AUS to USD. Zoara has no instruction on this at all! Now I have received the ring after a month and only been told that they wouldn't do engraving after they sent out the ring via fedex. They should have mentioned it under the ring setting page if that ring is too narrow to do engrave but not telling the customers after you sent out the ring! I have some money left in the zoara account which i have told the guy called Ben who rang me up on phone. After that, no one would reply or let me know how i could get the money back. Horrible. The whole process is horrible. The ring sizer is not correct, my ring is too loose.

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment and we would be happy to explain.

We try to keep our wiring details as simply as possible and they are according to the industry standards. We really require only the most basic wire information needed to confirm the payment. It was indeed your choice to use a non-localized currency so unfortunately there is nothing that we can do regarding a currency conversion fee applied by your bank. Some people have USD accounts in foreign banks and if that were the case you wouldn't have encountered that fee. It's common for every bank to charge currency conversion fees.

Regarding the diamond availability it is indeed something that was unfortunate but can happen in this business as our online inventory is updated by our suppliers. Most of them are very accurate but occasionally their lists are not always up to date. We do take responsibility for such scenarios and in every such event we do our best to provide the customer with a free upgrade at our expense. You of course have no reason to feel bad about asking as many questions as you need- that's what we're here for and we really did our best to find the optimal solution for you.

As for the engraving, it is a complimentary service that we provide whenever possible. There are certain rings and ring sizes that cannot be engraved and this is shortly going to be updated on our site to reduce such events from hapenning again, but as we deal with jewelry, every order is hand made so things can change on a case-by case basis. The engraving is also done at the very end of the order and that's when a FedEx label is created, generating a shipping confirmation. Your order had not yet left our facility when we notified you.

You also mentioned that the ring was too big. We created the ring according to the size in the order details, but we offer free lifetime resizings and would be more than happy to create a pre-paid FedEx label for you if you wish to have it resized.

I searched many different websites for where to purchase a loose diamond and read many reviews. Zoara's website was very intuitive and easy to find the right diamond. Besides that, their prices are much cheaper than most other websites but most importantly their customer service was top notch! I had ordered one diamond and before Zoara's team shipped it, they called me after speaking with the diamond vendor to let me know of some potential drawbacks with the diamond to insure I would be happy with it. They didnt just ship out the diamond and actually advised me against it! With their help I continued my search until finding what I was looking for. Their team was extremely helpful and patient, and did not try to sell me something that didnt meet their standards. They were really quick in responding when I asked for photos of diamonds, and were always advising me against diamonds that I might not like. They did not try to up sell me either! No need to fear purchasing from Zoara. Excellent customer service, great website, and unbeatable prices. Save yourself some time and money.

I learned about Zoara by beginning a journey looking for a diamond engagement ring. I found a web site called Diamond-Pro that was loaded with information for the beginner. They recommended a few web sites that you could actually see the diamond you were buying. I searched these sites and Zoara had a setting that I loved. So now to find a diamond to go with it. Comparing photos on the sites Zoara for me had the best diamond for the best price. I got the biggest bang for my buck. When I called Ben was very helpful as I was nervous about spending a large sum of money on the internet for jewelery. Ben took me through their process and it was very easy. I ordered on a Friday and received the ring the following Friday. It came Fedex and all the documentation was inside as well as the GIA report. When I opened the package there was a nice black Zoara labeled box tied with a ribbon inside. I then opened that box to find another black Zoara jewelry box inside. I was so surprised to find an LED light lit up the ring when the box was opened. It made the ring look even more gorgeous and I was amazed. The photo of the setting on the web site didn't come close to how beautiful the ring was as a whole. My fiance was completely surprised and loves the ring. She knew we had been looking at the brick and mortar stores but had no idea I had purchased one. She keeps looking at it and showing her friends and relatives how beautiful it is. My experience with Zoara was fantastic and I look forward to creating a wedding band to match the engagement ring. I would definitely recommend Zoara to anyone looking to get a great ring and a good price. Thanks to everyone at Zoara for making this a wonderful experience.
