I was concerned that my order would take a couple days to leave their facility and 7-10 days to ship (as it says to allow for)... but my order shipped in under 24 hours! It shipped Tuesday night and I had it by noon on Saturday.
The product is made by Under Armor and "MSRP" was $140, and while I found it other places for $120 and $110 (in limited sizes), ZOZI had it for $90.
When I placed my order I was concerned I would not get the product in time for my trip, so I emailed the customer service after placing the order... they pretty much assured me I would get it in time

I wanted to complete a new purchase (in exchange for one I sent back) and their customer service was able to immediately respond to my query, I did not waste time to complete the purchase. A follow-up email and request of feedback demonstrated confidence and personalized customer service. I followed-up with one more query and the response given was evident that the company values customers!

The customer service was outstanding; i did something rather ditsy with my order, and through the course of 8 or 10 e mails, over several days, the zozi rep tracked down my item, as it had been sold out. I wrote to the team at Zozi looking for shoes with a few specifications. Jessye was so quick to respond with several options and suggestions for me to consider. Even when I wrote back with tons of follow-up questions, she answered everything promptly, informatively, and even with humor and a genuine friendliness. I will definitely go back to Zozi for any outdoor gear that I'm interested in!
Firstly, I got a great deal on the luggage I wanted. Secondly, I emailed into the help desk asking to confirm when my bag would ship because I needed it soon for a trip. The rep not only replied with an hour, she got my bag shipped out THAT day.

I was actually won over by the customer service. I ordered a helmet that ended up being too small. I called and spoke to a REAL person. I was able to get a new helmet and they even helped me out with the price of the new helmet as it was higher than the one I originally purchased.

Had a great experience with Zozi customer service - ordered snow shoes for an upcoming trip, realized I'd requested too slow of a delivery schedule for them to arrive before it was time to leave for the trip, called their rep... who cheerfully went ahead and put the shoes on a rush delivery for me. Much appreciated that I'll have them in time for the trip (it was the whole reason I bought them). Not to mention it was my first time using Zozi because it so happened that Zozi had the lowest price for the shoes in the first place... thanks again Zozi, very much!

Fantastic customer service! I was having trouble placing an order and used the "chat/email" function on the website. Within a matter of seconds I received an email from Alexandra asking for more information. We went back and forth over emails, with her very quickly responding. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Best of all, she had a wonderful sense of humor which made the whole experience that much more pleasant and even fun. I had never used Zozi before but after all of Alexandra's amazing assistance I will be sure to look towards Zozi for future purchases and have already been telling everyone I know how great the customer service is. In today's world it is getting harder and harder to find good customer service and companies that care. It was truly refreshing to find Zozi!
I recently purchased sunglasses from ZOZI and at first the purchase wasn't going though, so I tried something else and it went through fine, but it wasn't the glasses that I wanted. I called the following morning and Alexandra answered and canceled that order and made it very easy to correct my order in a timely fashion.

What can I say? The folks at Zozi were quite welcoming and accommodating to my wife and I during our time of need. The wife and I recently welcomed a new addition to our family. Needless to say, the birth resulted in an abrupt change in travel plans. Undaunted, we called the staff at Zozi.

I recently was looking for a North Face Jacket that was extremely hard to find in my daughters size. ZOZI had the jacket and I purchased it on the spot. I needed to change the shipping address and customer service got back to me via e-mail promptly and allowed me to change the shipping address with no hassle and customer support (Marika) was a pleasure to deal with.
