Info on the website 'order status' did not update for nearly three weeks after the promised ship date of the order. My items which were to be used at a recognition event as an award were never delivered in time for the event (site indicated 11 days - still not received after 30 days) with no explanation from their customer service department or with any projected new ship date after 30 days... still indicates a ship date of 3 weeks past due. The customer service department appears to be totally isolated from other areas of this company and are unable to get info from the order processing dept or the shipping dept. After calling the customer service dept multiple times I am stil being told that they are unable to help me with a date that this may ship.

Installed this set on my 2011 Chevy Malibu. Product looks good, and functions well smooth progressive braking. No noise complaints. Can't beat this bundle for the price, but do wish it came with new brake pad clips, tho the old ones work fine. Can't rate the durability as this review is after about 300 miles of drive time.

Last year, I prefer a long coat online and on sale from cross country. I had been searching for a coat for some time that was rain proof, wind proof, and cold weather proof. The coat arrived and I was so excited. Well the zipper kept getting stuck and finally wouldn't budge, so I contacted the customer service department and asked them to replace the zipper. They requested that I take a picture of the zipper on the coat. Due to the fact that I work 12 hour shifts, I was often too tired to do anything but sleep, but was determined to get it done because I love the coat. One day, not long after my contact with the customer service department, I came home after a long days work and found a package on my doorstep. It was from cross country. It was a replacement. They sent me a new coat. How awesome was that. Thank you cross country. I really needed that for this New England climate. You went above and beyond. It is very much appreciated.

Crosssbeat as company has highly disheartened me with their pathetic service. 1 month back I had purchased crossbeat torq which was around 5k was totally out of order. I have waited for approx 1 month for my product to get replace and they never respond to mails nor their customer service calls u back. After a month I have received my order which they have not replaced instead they have repaired it and sent me. To my surprise the product is still faulty and not functioning and they are just not providing me with any solution I feel betrayed and mentally depressed by this act because 5k is a decent amount. Crosssbeat I need a solution for my product because I think I am done I need a solution asap. And hope I ll get a quick response from your end.

This site behaves like a communist regime. You'd be happier living under Castro's rule than being on Animal Crossing Community. They ban you for the most silly reasons. For example, the site is about allowing players of Nintendo's popular Animal Crossing simulation life game to meet and trade items. Some people use the site to harass or steal from others members, posing as legitimate and kind members. I've seen friends become victims of such users and when a person tries to make a thread warning others about a certain member, ACC will send them a warning ticket or outright ban them for doing so, saying it's against the rules to discuss such things. You can also get ticketed or banned for using words as common as lightsaber and I'm not kidding. In the Wii version of Animal Crossing, a lightsaber is considered a hacked seed and ACC prohibits the discussion of such seeds. I once got banned for using the word lightsaber in a post. Someone reported my post and I was banned within minutes. Nevermind that I was simply discussing star wars and NOT attempting to buy a hacked seed. I tried to explain but to no avail. And that's another thing. The site has such a tattletale atmosphere that reporting each other has become the norm. If you've never been a long term member of an Internet forum, you learn quickly that some things you just have to let go. If you get worked up over every little thing said on a forum, then you have no place on the Internet. Not so on ACC. They willingly moderate every aspect of the site, even down to simple words like lightsaber. For example, after I was banned for my first offense, I decided to be a good user and report others who were breaking site rules. I even reported people who used words like idiot or dummy towards other users. These members never actually used the names of other users in their post, which can usually get you off the hook on a forum, but not on ACC. Every single user I reported for even the mildest offenses were ticketed or banned. How do I know? Because when the site agrees with your report, they will send you a message telling you whether or not they penalized a user based on your report. With that kind of instant 'pat on the back' why wouldn't you want to report another user? The entire process just makes you overly cautious and suspicious of other users. And you always second guess what you're going to say and how you're going to say it. I've seen many users lament in posts "i'll probably get ticketed for this, but here's what I think..." No one should have to worry about getting penalized for speaking their mind. Overall the site is a good place to start for new players of the popular Animal Crossing series, but if you're looking to make a long term stay on the site, I wouldn't recommend it. You WILL get ticketed at least once during your stay. It's a given, no matter how well you behave, because somebody will take offense to something you say. And please check the hacked seeds list so you won't make the mistake of saying the wrong thing and get banned outright. Can someone say Lightsaber? Not on ACC!

I have been a seller on eBay for over 20 years over the past years eBay has gone to crap along with all the scams about one out of every two to three items that you sell the person they received the item that you ship and they say that they didn't or that it was broke or that it was the wrong item and eBay takes your money back from you and puts it on hold and the person that will not ship the item back to you but eBay still takes your money and gives it to that person and so you're out of your item and your money along with that eBay has a new policy if you do not use their shipping stuff and ship through them so they can get even more of your money then they hold your money for 14 days after the recipient receives the package that you shipped not 2 days not releasing it once the delivery confirmation is confirmed like normally no they want to hold it for 14 days to penalize you for not spending your money with them insanity eBay has gone to crap and should be boycotted or they should have a serious look at their policies I just removed all my items off eBay and sell through Etsy from now on. They deserve zero Stars

Buyer beware of "free" shipping charges on returns! - I purchased a cross pendant for $52 from this merchant. They advertise free shipping but their return policy will deduct this "free" shipping from the refund plus an 8% restocking fee. I didn't like the item I ordered, and after getting an RMA number (took 2 phone calls and an email to finally get one), I noticed that my refund was only going to be for $29.99. That's right -- they have included $18 of the online price for the "FREE" shipping! So, now I'm stuck with pendant that appears to only be worth about $35, and would only recover 57% of what I paid if I return it! I think a 30% shipping rate is a bit much. This vendor is part of a another company called www.lifetimejewelry.com, so I would be careful about dealing with either of these outfits. Particularly if you think you might ever need to make a return.

I opted the service on 31st May 2017 by paying 399/- INR to get the service for tyre puncture of my vehicle. Team appointed a mechanic but the mechanic denied to do his job. Since it was odd time so i requested him then he agreed to fix the things but he charged me additional 500/- for the same job. This is really pathetic. These people should speak with the mechanic and should refund my money. Very bad service overall
