This is a great site - trustworthy with nice dresses! I have purchased from them multiple times and have been very happy with the service and products I received. Special occasion dresses are rarely returnable to any store, and it's the same here, but they are helpful with questions, sizing, etc. to make sure you get it right.

I found the perfect wedding dress and the website said they had my size. When I did not receive the FedEx tracking number, I contacted the company and they discovered that the website information was not correct, they did not have my size. They responded quickly via email and apologized for the hassle. They also offered at $10 credit toward another dress or a full refund. I chose the full refund and it was placed back in my account in less than 24 hours. Additionally, I was offered a discount on a future purchase. I was really surprised that the company responded so quickly and resolved the issue in such a kind and professional manner. While I still don't have a dress for my wedding (in 3 months!) I can't really complain about Formal Dress Shops. Errors are human nature, it's just a gamble you take. I think it's important to note that you should always consult the fitting chart before ordering. Also it's pretty common to see a restocking fee (big box stores do this too).

Be very careful about ordering from here as the dress I received was not what I ordered and their response was they can do nothing. The lack of customer service is extremely disappointing and they completely deny any errors on their part.

I ordered this dress as a bridesmaid. I was nervous about the quality but in all actuality the quality is awesome! The dress is true to size and the color shown on the website matched as well. The only downside is the length, I did not do my own measurements. I ordered a size 2, I'm 5'4, so the dress would have to be tailored for my height. I would definitely recommend!

There are many things I could say about this so-called Bridal Gown place in High River, Alberta. It's a small store, in a One horse town with a brain cell & customer service to match. Ladies & young brides to be, do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere this store is a joke with cheap & half finished gowns to match! DO NOT use Fyrfly. My videographer and I have been trying to contact their costumer service for weeks. We purchased 3 premium song licenses and are unable to download them. We have both sent numerous emails with no response. There is no phone number. My wedding video is being held up and the whole situation is incredibly frustrating. My husband and I spent hours listening to different songs to pick the perfect ones for our wedding video. Now we have to go and pick new songs from a different company.
