I ordered a costume and received an empty bag. I called and was told that another costume would be shipped and I would receive an email, but I have not received anything. I will have to dispute the charge.

I purchased the white size 9 Gogo boots. They were shipped in good shape and came exactly when stated. I order a larger size than I normally take (8 - 8 12) just so I would have extra room where my toes are, and I would be able to wear them all night on a Flower Power Cruise. They were perfect.

I love this store. Needed something fast and did not expect them to have it but they did. Nice manager, the blond gal. Very clean and organized. Would love to have halloween year round, ha ha.

I have been ordering costumes from here for 5 or 6 years now. Have not had any issues, not the cheapest place to buy (you get what you pay for) but they have an excellent selection. They also gets loads of new costumes and accessories all the time. The best time to order for Halloween is in September because everyone else orders in October. I think the store use to be called Michele's House of Style and they are still shipping from the South Carolina address. Make sure you look at the sizing chart at the bottom of the web page so you don't waste time. Also certain items are non-refundable so make sure you look at the return policy. I ordered costumes for my kids in September with plenty of time to get them to me by Halloween called the company several times especially after the costume from sears ordered on the same day had already arrived. On October 17 I finally got the cancellation email that they had cancelled my order because they could no longer Guarantee my costumes to arrive by Halloween. 2 of my kids were extremely disappointed and had to be something they did not really want to be. I will never buy from this company again.

In my last review, I hadn't received my purchase. I finally got my package and they did refund my overnight fee and it only took them 2 days to get the refund. Very nice representative she was thorough and brief. No picture my grandson will not take it off. 😃

Stay away from buying Funko Pops here. They are shady swindlers. I bought a few items here before, but upon my last and final visit, I purchased a glow in the dark chase exclusive Freddy Krueger Funko Pop. Long story short, I went home thinking I purchased a legit item. My past transactions went well so I didn't think to immediately check to see if the item actually glowed. A few days later, I checked and to my horror, the pop and the sticker didn't glow which means it was an utter fake. I tried going back to them to ask for a refund but apparently "all sales are final" and there was nothing they could do. They treated me rudely, and pretended like I didn't even exist once they turned me down for a refund. Nowhere in the store at the time of purchase did it say they didn't accept refunds. I paid $54 for an absolute fake. There is a common version of this Funko Pop and I believe they knowingly put used a common box and item, and put a fake glow in the dark chase sticker. The sticker is supposed to glow as well, and it did not, so I knew it was definitely a fake item. I tried contacting the BBB but they were also unable to solve this issue, and the owner had the audacity to claim that I probably switched the items myself. Rude, and absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT come here for funkos, they probably get their stock from China which produces counterfeits of many funko pops. Fake exclusive stickers are available everywhere on eBay, so I'm sure they just buy fakes and sell them for top dollar. The owner claimed they get their stock from Funko, but the pops that are worth a lot are old and are no longer made. So buying their stock (at least for the rare items) is impossible as these are all vaulted/retired items. TLDR: DO NOT SHOP HERE, EVER. BEWARE.

It was not a good quality costume. Not worth the money I paid. I suggest you not buy from Halloweenoutfitsforcheap.com. I recommend ccshouse.com

Took me forever to find the product I was looking for! Finally found it here at Halloween Express. I read the reviews and got nervous about ordering but I gave myself enough time to make sure my order would be here in time and if it was poor quality at least I wouldn't be out much money as the price was great. Happy to say, I am thrilled with the product. Exactly what I was looking for and for a great price. Shipping took long. The product didn't leave Global Express until almost 3 weeks after I ordered online but arrived in 2 days from receiving my tracking #. :) If you order in lots of time you should have no problems.

I have been trying to get a hold of this company to return my order and must do it in 15 days or i have to keep it! In order to return my items that don't work and to report that some were not even in the box when received, u must obtain a certain number to put on box when sending it to company or they will not recognize it? Anyway... i have 4 more days to try and they don't even have an 800#!... very inconvenient and i think i have been had... they took no time at all to charge my credit card! Holy $#@*!$$#! Crap!
