I didn't receive tracking information, so I called customer service and the representative was very apologetic for it not updating and explained the reason it didn't update. He checked on my order and provided me with the date of delivery and tracking number. The order arrived on the date provided.

I wasn't sure after seeing some older reviews on other places, but i got my hose quickly. The site made it easy to find the right hose. I was e-mailed a tracking number right away and it connected just fine. Thanks!

Great local business that shows why in person is so much better than big box store or Amazon. Get excellent advice and product knowledge and fair pricing. Don't buy cheap crap and for something like a vacuum cleaner, make sure you can get it fixed. Gator can fix it instead of sending it to a landfill with more throw away and disposable products.

This company provided fantastic customer service. I recently ordered a replacement battery which was returned to sender twice which we later found out was due to custom restrictions. Whilst we were unsuccessful with this order the company was professional, responsive, friendly and considerate at all times. Refund was processed efficiently. I highly recommend them

I spent a total of $18.28 for end caps for my Simplicity vacuum. They arrived and they were too big. I called to inform them do not fit. I spoke with Paul & he said he would call me back. I received two call backs from Paul who in turn found out they do not make them any more. He does find two of the old style which he is sending me also an old brush. Paul went way above and beyond!

Was looking for a vacuum cleaner recently. As you all must have noted it is quite difficult to choose what to buy and what not to buy. While doing my research I came across vacuumwars.com. Got sent vacuum bags and they did not fit my vacuum-it wasn't the same type ( although they claim it is a different make and should fit). Anyhow, they argued with me about how it should fit in my vacuum, making it sound like I am a total idiot who cannot put in a vacuum bag. They told me I can return the bags and get reimbursed and with all shipping cost, I am losing money. Most insulting is the snotty replies I got from them.

I just moved into a new home that has an older system and called to ask about getting filters. The associate on the other end cut me short and told me to just do some research to find it. I said that is what I was currently doing - after searching the internet, I was calling to talk to an expert in the field that would know more about these things than a brand new homeowner. He was very abrupt and appeared offended that I would dare to ask about something so old. "Just replace it" he said. (It appears to work just fine, but I just need to find a filter. So why would I need to replace something that is not broken? He got upset that I would not let him answer my question - but he was not answering the question I was asking, but the question that he thought I was asking. I kept trying to get him to realize that his answer was not the question I had but he would not listen to me. So then he would not even talk because it is an older system and then rudely and abruptly he hung up on me. Even if I was to replace the system with a newer one, I would never buy the parts for that from here. They lost a customer and I will be telling all my neighbors to steer clear of this place too.

The site took my order as if everything was normal. Shortly after I received an email saying my address was "incorrect" even though it was correct. I replied to the email and received an automated reply back saying they were out of business as of a date four months prior, and "if your credit card was charged, then we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will not be able to process your order. Unfortunately, we are also unable to process refunds for any charges". It looks like they did not charge my card, but I am very annoyed.

I ordered a filter for an old vacuum cleaner. They listed the filter on their web site using the manufacturer's exact part number. They sent a completely different filter labeled with a different part number in a different size. However, my invoice still showed the manufacturer's part number. I e-mailed them to tell them it was the wrong filter. Their response was the filter was no longer made and to cut the one they sent me to size. I sent them a further e-mail saying not only was the filter the wrong size in dimension, but was too thick to fit in the filter canister so cutting would not work. This e-mail and all follow-up e-mails requesting a refund were completely ignored. And they have no phone number for obvious reasons, since their response to a problem is to ignore you.

Update also these scumbags are on google reviews under A P TAYLOR LTD their business address in hopes of anyone seeing what scammers they are & leaving another company with same name minus the S To take the flack. So added screenshot also of Google trading name xx STAY FAR AWAY. Paid for a NEW Hoover eco. Item was only £15 dearer with argos ir currys. So didn't think this would be a scam. What I recieved was a used item with half its accessories missing and a B graded refurb sticker in box. I'm housebound have physical mobility problem and they're trying to refuse to send a courier to collect amd refund. So will be Claims court and trading standards against Ross Taylor owner of the company and seeking compensation for further damages to my health and home. They're in Ebay. But ebay will remove 1 negative for every so many items a business seller makes. So far this month they have had ebay remove nearly 2000 negatives. Gagging disgruntled buyers & giving dishonest scoring. Stick to a reputable Business like Currys or Argos. And stay far away from this cowboy outfit. DO NOT BIU THE HOOVER TH31BO01 off them
