If you order from Storenvy, you're not buying products directly from them. You're buying them from an individual or small business.

Think of it like eBay - if you have an issue, you don't hold eBay responsible, it is the sole responsibility of the individual seller.

Storenvy is simply a tool, like eBay, which provides online stores for individuals and small businesses. They have nothing to do with your order whatsoever.

If you can't wrap your head around this, please light yourself on fire.

I ordered the spirit of the wolf cross stitch and haven't got it yet. It's a PDF down load. How hard is it to download what you promised. This is the $#*!tished company I've ever delt with. Would not recommend this commany ever.

SCAM!

I oredered a BIONETTE allergy device. Was charged to me cc. 6 months later no product still. Emailed them multiple times and NO response. Even contacted the Product / company directly and they couldnt do anything, said this musy be a scam! SCAM SCAM SCAM! RUNNNNNNNNNNNNN

Didnt receive my order!

I ordered an iphone case about 2 month ago and I still didnt receive it. I tried to contact with them via e-mail, but nobody answered... Im so disapointed, I lost 10$, I know that it is not much money, but this is still a theft

HORRIBLE! ALERT! THIS IS A SCAM!

Ordered 3 items from them oct 24 never received or got tracking number. Tried to go to there site from email to see what was wrong and it said site was no longer available/valid. This is what happens after you order from them! I tried to contact other ways and finally got a reply that I should receive order that week which was now the first of Nov.! Waited to see, and still NEVER received my items! Im so glad I did not order more from them! I had to finally dispute the charge through my bank because once you purchase something from them you CANNOT REACH THEM! SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! I WISH I WOULD HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! :(( ((

The worse customer service ever! My order came in over a month after I purchased, when I opened the package, total disappointment the material, size and quality is awful, sent me something completely different from what I ordered, im sooo upset that what they show on the website is totally different! Will never order from here again!

Awful experience

I was using an ebook which was freely available in internet. I have ordered it from Sibershops at storenvy. They emphasize the shopping is free and get the shipping address. I paid for the book and after 1 minute, I got the email from the Sibershops that here is your link to ebook. I asked him why I should pay for the ebook which is availbale online for free and he did not answer anymore. Couldn't be more disappointed and mad with a online shopping experience

I'm honestly so mad about this. I placed my order almost a month ago and it was charged to my card and everything. When I emailed the store for an update on why it hasn't been shipped I got a quick response telling me they were sorry and would throw in a few free items for me. 2 weeks later and still not shipped. Emailed them again and have gotten no response since. Don't waste your money on this crap. Couldn't be more disappointed with a online shopping experience.

I placed an order on 9/13/2015 and never got a confirmation. A couple days later, I checked my credit card and it had been charged for the order, then I checked on Storenvy website and saw that my order was listed along with the store it was ordered from. Sent email to store, no response, sent email to Storenvey, no response - My response was to have my credit card company cancel the payment to them and credit the money back to my account. I will not reward bad behavior! Irritated Grandmother

WHERE IS MY ORDER
September 16, 2015

Firstly, I am to blame because while ordering from Store Envy i hadnt noticed until check out that my order was being placed to three different vendors. However, ALL THREE of those vendors have yet to ship my items. NOT JUST ONE, NOT A COINCIDENCE, BUT ALL THREE! THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE! DO NOT I REPEAT! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM STORE ENVY! EVER! NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHERE MY ORDER IS, WHEN IT WILL BE SHIPPED, OR ANYTHING. I CANNOT DIRECTLY COMMUNICATE WITH NO ONE. NO NUMBER TO CALL. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM IN SO MANY WAYS!

Took over a month to get my item after numerous messages to both the store and Storenvy. When I finally received the item it was shipped from China (not Florida as stated in the store description). It was absolute unwearable rubbish. Only kind of looked like the item described. Of course if I wanted to return it I would have had to pay the return to China. My negative review was sucked into a blackhole. Anyone visiting this store can't see any reviews which should have been a red flag.

Unable to send a complaint to Storeny because their messaging system is apparently not working.

This site is so lame. Stay away. They obviously can't manage their website/merchants. When you read through their FAQs they're on the defensive from the get-go.

I took a chance and purchased something from a store called LuxuryFab. After I purchased the item I never received a confirmation that I had purchased the item or the order was processed. They charged my credit card immediately. A month later the status of my order still shows as "awaiting shipment". No response from vendor when I inquire. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Seems like an Etsy wanna be without any of the standards. This is the first and last purchase I will make on Storenvy. I'll stick with Etsy where I have never had a bad experience.

IM straight up dead serious little kids are making stores. They all do the asian drop ship program and do not let you return anything. I have reported serval shops to the Better Business Bureau. And lost $50.00 worth of items. And further investigation to get my money back the police located the store owner and she was 10 she scammed over 50 people. Her parents didn't even know she had a store envy. Thank god I got my money back from my bank who opened the investigation with the police. STAY AWAY FROM STORE ENVY

TOOK MY MONEY!

I had completed a few successful transactions with Storenvy when my customers used Paypal to Checkout. I had a customer use Stripe for the first time and it was a nightmare. Basically the customer purchased $300 worth of shoes and then I received an email saying that it was a fraudulent purchase. This complaint came 3 weeks after the shoes had been received! I lost the case and lost my money and shoes and all Storenvy had to say to me was that they were sorry and couldn't do anything. This response came a week later through email with no proper salutation. I am disgusted.

Too bad I can't give them negative 10! Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT! Event their Twitter handle no longer exists! They ask you to message them via Facebook! I want to sue them to get all my money back from the monthly fees I'm paying and I can't even LOGIN! I had tried to reset my password and the link they send via email comes back as error and I tried 3 times still ERROR! And when you click on Contact Us it takes you to the LOGIN! Hello! I can't LOGIN you idiots! How can I trust using you for my business!? I tried everywhere to get a hold of you yet the only thing that's working is that auto pay of my extras!

I've been a store owner for a year now and have done purchases myself. Love that setting up items in my shop are free. They do charge $2 or 10% commission if customers order through the market place but if you don't want that, you can always turn it off and use the custom storefront which means its completely free to run a store, besides the $0.30+ 2.8% that PayPal and Stripe charge for transactions. I don't make many sales of the marketplace but I don't mind. We all know in order to make sales in a business, you must advertise so I dont expect to make money off just having a store set up.
I always reply to my customers asap as other owners reply to me asap when I have a question. I cannot think of a better website for my little shop than storenvy
