I have been fighting with them for 3 months. They want you to pay for the return to China and than only want to give you 1/2 your money, if you are lucky. But it cost a lot to ship to China so it is not really worth it.

I asked for a refund at least 3 times, actually I requested one, and they said they would give me 10% of my money back... Which is $10. I said I wouldn't accept that and they have stopped responding to my emails
