This is my second time buying from this company. Furniture meets my quality expectations and customer service employees are always polite and professional. I would recommend everyone give this furniture store a chance. 3 years ago, the delivery personnel damaged a sofa I replaced. 1StopBedrooms replaced the sofa very quickly after they had received pictures.

Saw a large clock online and the 1 stop bedrooms price was significantly lower than everyone else. I worried it was some sketchy site but took a chance and ordered the clock. Immediately got confirmation of my order and several updates over the next 2-weeks tracking the progress of the shipment. It arrived within 15 days of being ordered and it is SPECTACULAR! I will, without hesitation, do business with them again. Nothing sketchy here, just a normal online retailer. I have no problem blasting a bad or fake seller but these guys are legit. You can shop with confidence.

We had been looking for new bedroom furniture for a while. Both local, larger cities near our home and online. We came across 1 stopbedrooms and found exactly what we were looking for at a good price. After we made our choice and ordered. We immediately received confirmation of our order and we were able to check on the progress of our order online. Within a few days we received a phone call confirming our address and phone number. At that time we were offered the "White Glove" delivery service in which I was hesitant to add the additional cost. I sure glad I did though. The delivery service was also very nice to deal with and kept us informed of the delivery. They gave us an approximate delivery time and then also called when they were within a half hour of arrival. They took all the pieces of the bedroom set to the bedroom and assembled everything. Once they were done they took all of the boxes and packing materials with them.
