I am running my Ad-words account for about 4 years continually. Whenever I have asked any question regarding my Ad-words running ads issue, the Ad-words executives have never satisfied me with their reply for any issue. They only diddle their customers.If the customer is technical they try to roam him, when they understood customer is technical they can not roam him longer, they put him on hold for long time and after returning 20 to 30 mins they cut the calls, saying hello - hello and asuming they are not getting voice of customer. This is the way to handle their Ad-words customers.

Google adwords express has a feature where it shows your search terms and your clicks on each search term for that day, week or month.
I started to follow my ads 3 times a week in order to turn off unwanted search terms google puts on your ad inkrder to get clicks even if it is not related to your ad, upon dong this I noticed clicks being charged but not being showned against my search terms. So I called and asked about the issue, and they told me to give 24 hours for the system to take the FAKE clicks out, well, I checked everyday for 4 days and the clicks are still being charged and no search terms showing any clicks to back the clicks, so they are Robbing us and Liying to us. I have documented the clicks and have turned it to my lawyers. Let's see how many people come out and say the same.

I put in a low budget, with a maximum off about £60 a month as a trial, in five weeks I have been charged about £250, I made a complaint and was told I had nothing to complain about! I had put a £10 a day budget, which isn't true, no one else has access to my account, I have another £40 to pay and possible more to come. They showed no concern, no advice, even worse I didn't get any new business! Terrible company to deal with, i've been kind giving them a star!

I have called them about all the money they sucked out of my account. They claim they bill you once a month I took a look at my account and saw all this money coming out twice MONTH I have called them 5 times hung up on twice and on hold a total of 3 hours. I have never had such poor customer service. Now I am OUT OF MONEY still no one has called me back. I just called them on the phone for 45 minutes The manager just told me that the other manager told me they couldn't help me. Not true I was told I would be contacted by Tuesday Oct. 24th 2017

If you call google-adwords and complain, your business search result will come up on top for a day or so. Complete waste of money for small businesses since you can't really hire some expensive consultants for about $1000 or so a month. Google never helps and most of the clicks will be the sales and marketing companies. You not only pay for theirs clicks but your front desk waste her time answering those sales calls. Indian help desk with American name answers the call and they trained to say the same crap and no help.

I have a youtube music channel where I upload my original music. To give it a boost I used adwords for video on two separate songs, on different dates. All settings were correct, I targeted 'music lovers' as a group to focus on and I only enabled the in stream option, so that someone would only go to my song if they liked what they heard on those 5 first seconds of it.
And I got a bunch of fake views. A number on a screen. That's it. You would think that out of those 5000 people that supposedly watched them a few would comment on them. Or leave a like. Or a dislike. Or Subscribe. Nothing. Not even a troll comment like 'you suck'.

I created a campaign one week ago. The system is not showing me the campaign to check what happened. I was under the impression that my budget of $200 will last for a month of Goggle Ads spread out throughout the month. My budget was exhausted in 4 days and we didn't receive a single phone call or appointment from this campaign. I doubt that hundreds of people clicked on this campaign (as according to the payment schedule - over 400 people) but not ONE called to claim the promo. It seems highly unlikely. It was a huge waste of our very limited promotional budget. Not worth the money AT ALL.

Google have set my account to wrong time zone, Id scheduled my ad to run 8-5 which wasnt 8-5 it was 7 hours out (no way to check time zone on AdWords account site) Phoned, emailed and have had live chats with the India AdWords team every time they cut of the conversation off and says they will get back to me in 24 hours 3 weeks has now passed, they have no intention of resolving issue, no way to complain of get money back, think the only slim chance to get money back is though trading standards.

It's a machine for most small businesses to lose money.
The site is complicated. They rejected my ad on a silly issue of not putting a gap after a comma (,) and I didn't know it as I could see the clicks and costs every day. Turns out they were charging me for an old ad that wasn't relevant.

The Customer service did Not help at all and after two email correspondence on '*******@google.com with a guy named Alex (no other detail about who he was), I got an auto-reply from the same email:
''This message was sent from a notification-only email address that does not accept incoming email''. In other words, he blocked me when I asked him to speak to his supervisor. He said the following reply after which he blocked me:
''For a contact to complain to we have no supervisors that are customer facing so I would be the highest point of contact for this issue''.

That's why monopoly is dangerous. You have nowhere to go.

I assume I'm on a pay as you go plan since I budgeted certain amount of money each month for AdWords. They claim they were giving me $100 credit. I never received it not only that I never saw the benefit of having this service not once have I gotten any calls for my business based on seeing me online with Google. When those funds were depleted I was asked to add more funds. Now that I've ended service I end up with a bill for $280 WTF

I've received an offer from adwords to spend $150 and get $150 credit. I paid $150, but the promo code that Google supplied didn't work. After back and forth with the Google team the code was fixed after a few weeks. By that time all of my $150 were spent on advertising. Now Google refuses to count those $150 and asks me to pay another $150 to get a deal. All my complains going to the deaf ear of their supervisor named Manak. What a shame! I feel betrayed. Google will not see any of my dollars, and I will share my experience with everyone.

Google AdWords it's a scam. Don't use their service. I got Google AdWords coupen if u spend $300 with in 30 days then google match $300 so I entered coupen in my AdWords account but I forget the coupen after entering. Then after 3 weeks I called customer service that how many days I left for coupen to expire they told me that ur coupen start the day I called them. And then I spend $363 next 30 days but they give me only $39 only credit. When I called customer service and talk to the google AdWords supervisor he said they can't do nothing cause one customer service agent give me wrong information. They said the day I called customer service I had only two days to expire but I told them that one of ur agent told me that I have 30 days. But their supervisor told me that they cannot do nothing so they will charge me money for advertising.So please don't use their service it's a scam.

Google Adwords has been somewhat effective in increasing inward bound calls. Unfortunately, most of these calls are sales call. And of the sales calls, Google is among the worst in pestering us with inbound calls from Google Adwords salespeople. We have requested to not be called regarding upgrading our Google Adword services, yet we still recieve between 2-7 calls a day. We are a small company of three people and do not have time to waste on dealing with persistent sales call from the company we pay for services. It is very frustrating and it has almost got to the point where we are considering cancelling our services, on principle. However, we also know that now we are on their map and will continue to recieve these sales calls till Google runs blue in the face.
