Google will suspend your account without any warning. When you query it the support team acknowledge that the suspension was a mistake... then you have to wait weeks for the account to be reactivated. You can chase as much as you want, they tell you some specialist team are looking into it. They are only specialists at avoiding you. I can understand this happening once or twice but the same thing has happened to us on several occasions. It really is poor. Thousands lost through their complete lack of interest and poor turn around. Must be nice not having to worry when you are milking customers left right and centre with no one to answer to.

Google admitted to creating a backlink that sent another company's customers to my number and wasted most of my day taking in bad customer service calls. Called google four times, was told they would get back to me but no one ever gets back. For such a large and profitable company, they treat their customers with absolute disrespect. Only concerned with automatic payments, cares nothing about the human business operator or delivering on a product or promise. VERY disappointed in Goggle. VERY disappointed and angry.

For almost two months now we have been trying to get an account specialist and a customer service supervisor on the phone... We are an active a paying costumer... numerous promises and countless hours on the phone and we have yet to receive a call back from Google AdWords... the most insulting, degrading and humiliating experience ever! They treat their costumers like garbage. Stay away, save your money, and spend your marketing dollars where you can get results, be respected and treated like a valued costumer. What a disgrace.

My site views went down 50% after being on the phone with a google adwords "expert". This same "expert" told me i would not be charged and my credits would go through on the campaign 1st. I called again noticing the lack of viewers from this adwords campaign. They assured me i wasnt going to be charged and if i chose to cancel j would not be charged. After 3 clicks in 2 months, when i had 350 clicks from my own seo each month, I cancelled the campaign. After canceling the campaign, 2 days later i get charged. I called adwords to get this corrected and their manager said he reviewed the recordings (impossible since they were hours long calls and he was only absent from the phone a few minutes). The manager said nope, we are going to charge you anyways. Regardless of what other company representatives said, I will be charged. I have submitted this as fraud to my bank and will be doing all i can to make awerness of google adwords poor business practices and ethics.

Google Adwords decided to stop my campaign, apparently because I was misleading the potential customers. After modified 15 times my website according Mr Google Adwords advice, they keep telling me to wait 24 hours to check my website. Now is 4 months from the day the stop my campaign and still not solution after 25 phone calls and all my websites modifications. The Problem I can see on adwords my competitors website with the same problem that they point it to mine and they don't stop their campaign what is putting my business in real disadvantage. I only pride every day hoping that everybody will pay them with the same coin, and they loose this part of the business.

Google is a disgrace. And a thief. They are still taking $1000 from my bank account 2 months after my business closed. They lied when they said my account had been paused. They lied about a supervisor calling me - there was no missed call on my phone records. They lied when they said they would tweek the ad. They lied when they SAID i WOULD GET 2 WEEKS SUPPORT. They are refusing to refund me my money. The Indian call centre is a total lying scamming hell hole. Do not support this company.

10 years in business and I can safely say this was my biggest advertising failure by a long shot. The system is SO complicated that they assign you a personal rep at the outset. But what they don't tell you is that you could end up being on the hook for a ton more than you bargained for. The reps are completely incompetent and based out of India. They will refuse to offer you a refund on their own lack of action or mistakes. They also make result promises that are patently false. I got hit with a surprise $350 at the end of my first month with no warning and no apologies based on something I would have no way of knowing. In short - my advice is to stay well away from this product.

I was interested in creating a campaign with Google Adwords. Their site appears easy and user-friendly - you can create a campaign yourself, pay only when people click on your ad and set your own daily maximum budget. Seemed great... but this is so not the case.

It's impossible to set up a campaign on your own if you want to do anything other than buy an ad for google search results. If you want to do any image ad placement, it requires phone support - which they claim to provide if you commit to $10/day or more. Again, I thought great, as I was willing to spend $20/day ($600/month) on an image ad campaign.

HOWEVER, when you call the number for this "support" they direct you every single time to the department that only handles campaigns of $50/per day... and that person will try to sell you on a campaign of that scope. I started to brace myself before I would call, deciding to be abundantly clear the next time I reached the reception desk, I would tell them that I know I need to speak to someone in support and not a "campaign strategist." They assured me that they'd send me to the right place, and EVERY TIME I'd end up in the same department with a man up selling me on a $50/day campaign.

Bottom Line: The "reception desk" is trained to only send your call to a campaign strategist. After much time lost with said strategist explaining that this is your 5th call and you know you just want to be transferred to support, when you finally get to the "support" center, it is to a place rerouted overseas. I did speak with some nice folks over there in "support" but they're not ultimately very helpful and it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach that department directly.

I will not be doing business with Google.

I can't believe I spoke with Google Adwords Support. Being such a profitable business they have such a poor support. Here are some notable points:

1. You are connected to first operator who determines where to route a call. Before connected to him I was asked for Customer ID which I keyed in to the system, but yet this operator still asks for all the information again as it was not passed to him.

2. I was promised a call back in regards to my ad which was disapproved as I had no clue why it was disapproved. The agent never called me back - This is very BAD reputation. I called on July 06,2016 and on July 14th still no response.

3. Called again and was told the 1st agent would call me back. Seriously?

I mean common guys we want to do business or play these phone tags which are super long and annoying.

BingAds doesn't have as much traffic but at least they have very decent Customer Support which is in US by the way.
