We purchased a $250 framed poster and it arrived via FedEx in an unsecured, unprotected, flimsy box, with no internal foam protection or any other packaging norms, and as a result, the box and it's contents were severely damaged; frame split, glass cracked, etc. Just a bunch of inept, capitalist fools, that should do the American consumer a favor, and get the hell outta business! GO already, you incompetent jack-asses!
I ordered four large vintage style posters for a gift. They came separately, but all within a week. The images are beautiful, fit the frames well, and have great color. I will definitely order from them again!
Ordered a large canvas print as a statement piece. It was thrown onto the stretcher bars crookedly with bits of another print showing on the sides. Just shoddy work, and it's so big it won't be easy or cheap to return it.
I've ordered more than a dozen posters from them, each beautifully mounted on a board. They are reasonably priced, well-done, arrived promptly by Fedex. I highly recommend them. I have never had a problem with any of their posters. The only thing to mention is that it is easy to obtain a 50% discount and I would not order at full price. They have a related company art.com that sells pretty similar items, sometimes at different prices. It pays to compare. I have not had things framed by them so that I can only comment on the prints mounted on boards, a process which I really like.
For 130 USD quite disappointing. Poor quality canvas had two knots in it that didn't take the color and looks like 2 giant pieces of white lint on the print. The edges are cut not folded and the canvas is loose and had a large divet in it as if it was left against the edge of a work bench.
I like All posters selection very much. However, their shipping times take forever (even before COVID) and makes me want to use another site. I know they are not Amazon but when you order on the first of the month and don't get your shipment until almost 20 days later (?!?), that just takes too long!
All posters staff - please figure out a way to get the orders processed sooner and the shipments out the door much faster. This delay will probably cost you business if it hasn't already.

I ordered 2 posters almost a month ago. The took my payment immediately but I had to wait three week for delivery of just one of the posters I order and am still waiting for the other. They only offer a weak response and said they would not refund money. If you are looking for poster art, rethink ordering from here.
The canvas artwork that was sent to us was of very poor quality. The canvas was put on the frame poorly and had damage to all the corners and in other areas.
Its been a month since ordering my canvas from here. I contacted their support and was told it would ship out in 3 days. It never did. 4 days after that I messaged them again asking why it did not ship when it was supposed to. All I got was a canned response saying "We are experiencing production delays." They have no issues taking your money and processing your payment, but after that they could care less. In 2021 I'm shocked this company is able to survive, especially since my story seems to be what 90% of all customers face. Thanks for nothing Allposters, I'll be waiting for your chapter 7.
I am extremely appalled by the lack of customer service from your company. I placed an order on September 1st. I have contacted you three times and have been told that the order is being processed yet I was billed the day the order was placed. Your shipping policy is complete bull$#*!. The last time I spoke to your customer service rep. I was told there was delay with my order and that the order would be processed in three days. It is now Sept. 15th and the order still has not been shipped. I will never order anything from you people again and will never ever recommend you.
We were disappointed that the print we bought began to ripple inside its frame. This happened after having it for 5 months. They would not give us a refund because it was after 90 days. I certainly expected this print to last longer than 5 months.
I decorated several rooms with oversized posters from AP over the years and was always very pleased with both the quality of the posters and the transaction. They have an amazing selection. Just placed a new order for the new Basecamp.

I get it... it's a poster company probably with inadequate staff and poor management who seemingly want to sell posters with their abundant adds, etc. However, it takes forever for them to just ship it out and when it goes out, your shipping is the slowest I've ever seen. I could have driven there, picked it up and driven back before it even came close to a delivery. Once that poster is shipped then that's when the umbilical cord is cut and they no longer care. If you have issues, that's when you find out that they REALLY don't care. I will not purchase anything else from them again.
I ordered ONE poster. My bank statement showed 5 duplicate charges from this company. I contacted them to ask why I was charged FIVE times for ONE order and they basically said "to make sure you have money in your account" and "it should be cleared" when your item ships. Well, here we are a week later and my item still hasn't been shipped.
It's taken over a month to get a poster. Large furniture ships faster. Every time I chat with their customer service I get "There's a delay at our warehouse, it will ship as soon as possible." No firm dates, no tracking information. Most recently they did me the kindness of changing to overnight shipping... but then could not provide an estimated shipping date. Kind of think this site is a scam.
I ordered a poster over five weeks ago and still have not received it. After calling continuously for days, I was told that they would escalate my order and would be overnighted! Never happened! Customer Service advised that they did a "reshipment" and I would receive the order in 2-3 business days. To date, no poster! Horrible customer service. Everyone you deal with are total morons!
The product was very nice as described. I will not order from them again. It Took over 6 weeks to get my product. I contacted customer service twice with not much help at all. They just told me that they see the order but don't know when it will ship. Not worth the hassle even with a coupon.

Very sorry I did not read the other reviews before ordering, Prices are a ripoff, because they are in USD even though they say you are on the Canadian site. Then ridiculous shipping fees, but I thought ok, just this once. Then I had to pay duties at the border, and only 1 of the items I ordered arrived, 2 weeks late. When I called I found that they planned to charge me shipping again! They have already charged me for the entire order, even though they have no idea when I might receive my second item. Total ripoff. Don't waste your money
