I've been really frustrated with their service. The prices aren't always the best and there have been too many issues with third-party sellers. Returns have become a hassle and the customer support doesn't always help. They definitely slipped in terms of quality and service.
I'm starting to get frustrated with Amazon. I ordered a flower vase and it arrived broken. Returning it was such a hassle. Their quality control has gone downhill.
Amazon is a fraud. Their reviews are false and misleading. Their customer service agents are from the lowest part of the barrel they can find. They read you a script from a card and do nothing to help.
Tgey delayed a package for 5 days with no justification and nothing letting me know.
Then when I try to get a refund they lie to you and either say it shipped or tgey can't give you a refund because it posted already.
FALSE ADVERTISMENT, FAKE REVIEWS, AND INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE RECIPT FOR DISASTER.
SEE YOU IN COURT AMAZON!

Date of experience: October 22,2024
Have lost so many packages of mine and when they don't follow simple delivery instructions my package was stollen twice and they closed my account. ππΌππΌππΌ
Amazon has lost my package, now I must do review and another month after investigation they will only come back to me. NO refund or even resending of Item. Absolutely unacceptable! I have not even received the email to compile my report!
Order placed with Amazon on Friday Sept 27. On Sept 28 I received an email from Amazon stating that my order will be delivered on Oct 2nd. Sept 30th I received an email stating that my order was now going to be delivered on October 3rd. Well today is October 7th and still no order. It takes two weeks to ship and receive a 4 item (USA based products)?
I spent two days searching and have found 2 companies that can deliver in just 4 days, & one company as all four products and for less. So Bye Bye Amazon
Paid good extra money for next day delivery. Amazon said it was coming on time. Late in the day I called to inquire about order, I was told it was sitting on the line in the distribution center, not moving, and unknown when I would get it. This morning, another day later, still not shipped, no delivery time listed on a next day delivery. I should have checked elsewhere first for my item, Ebay, Walmart, Direct from a seller, maybe even Temu. This is a part for a heating system, starting to get some cold nights here in the northeast.
Amazon will never deliver your package on time because they do not care about there customers. They have so many people hooked on them to care what people think. Customer service is a joke to them. The only way they will listen to anyone is for everyone to stop buying which WILL NEVER HAPPEN. SO I CIVE UP.
GOOD LUCK
We spend a fortune at Amazon. They have been pretty great as far as ordering stuff. One MONTH and one week, so 5 WEEKS AGO, My husband got locked out of his Amazon account. He has called every single department, every single day to get them to fix this. I've never seen so many ignorant people working for such a great company, in my life. Now he has all Perscriptions with Amazon pharmacy, he is our of all Perscriptions and after 5 weeks of calling every department, fraud, corporate, HR, still nothing. They don't care and won't fix it. Anyone have any ideas what we should do or if has happened to others?
Amazon use to be one of the best places to go to for honest reviews of products. Now it has been flooded with 5 star fake reviews to the point that you can buy a 41/2 or 5 star product that is extremely poor- and absolute rip off. I have placed several honest reviews, and they never publish them yet tell me in email they have!
Heaven help us but Amazon IS a health hazard, I say this because on more than one occasion, has sent me skin care and cosmetics that have Obviously shown that they have been used, this hurts the seller and their business, Amazon has a way of tainting a great product due to their inability to separate used goods from the new. I received a great name blush today that was so obviously used. I can't even fathom why Amazon does this and it is done so often that it is not a mistake. I hope you can see the actual wear on the side of the blush itself and how dirty the compact isβ¦β¦and sold to me as new
I have been an Amazon buyer for six or seven years, I am a Prime member and buy quite often, because I changed the eBay platform to Amazon, and the pandemic taught me to buy everything online, which turned out to be very convenient. Recently, Amazon delivery has become worse and worse, trying to find out something from the support service is useless - this is the worst support service that can be, they do not solve anything, they say routine phrases, i.e. An absolutely useless sigmentn that can be used if did not return the money and then from the fifth time. And today an extraordinary incident happened... I made three orders on September 5, delivery should be on September 7. I receive a message that one of the items in the order (a box that I ordered as a gift to give for $109 it to her on September 8) will be delivered on September 12, as the support service said, USPS is to blame, to whom the delivery was transferred, but six other items will not be delivered either, although the delivery was supposed to be done by Amazon. The support service simply mumbled and talked some nonsense to this. Many things and all sorts of things have happened, but apparently there are so many clients that one more or one less - no one will notice. It is very convenient - to take money, and deliver not when promised, but when it is convenient for Amazon, and maybe never. Summary: completely unexpectedly, Amazon has quietly turned into the worst delivery service, it is not worth talking about the clowns from the support service - it's just a circus. If this continues, the owner of Amazon, thanks to his employees, will become a beggar. Who would want to order goods that are not delivered. It is clear that the owner himself does not read these reviews, which is a pity...
P.S. After the stress of yesterday, Amazon delivered food for my pet, and today USPS brought a box for jeverly. I'm just wondering, is it really necessary to spend half a day finding out and proving something in order to get what you paid for within the time specified by the company!? Where is the world heading...
I purchased an item from Amazon and returned it on Aug 7th. When I called to check on my refund they ask me to send my ID. I was very uncomfortable with doing this and was told if I didn't I could not get my $159 dollars back. The representative was extremely rude and so was her supervisor. I feel this is unfair treatment and an act of theft for a company not to refund a person when the item was sent back. I need assistance with this matter, to stop this fraudulent behavior.
The 7-IN-1 Skin Care Massager is a must-have for anyone serious about skincare. With 7 LED light modes and 3 massage modes, it offers everything from deep cleansing to enhanced product absorption and soothing heat therapy. The ergonomic dolphin-shaped design fits perfectly on the face and neck, making it easy and comfortable to use. After just a few weeks, my skin feels cleaner, firmer, and more radiant. It's compact enough for travel and a fantastic addition to any skincare routine. Highly recommended!
Amazon is beginning to fall downhill. They are selling bad parts on their site. You have to get insurance with EVERYTHING you buy. Cause customer service is HORRIBLE. If you buy something from their site and the product is no good. They will do nothing to fix the situation. They will tell you to file a complaint with the Attorney General. Tread lightly with them. I would never recommend Amazon to anyone. Shopping on Amazon is like a gamble now.
A few weeks ago I was dropping someone off at 549 Howe St in Vancouver, BC.
I was stopped in a loading zone which ad a business vehicle I have the right to do so as I was conducting business at the time.
This dumbass driver pulled up behind me and started knocking on my window and basically being an idiot.
I told him that I had the right to use the loading zone and like a moron he just kept knocking on my window thinking I would just move.
I told him to get lost and I wasn't moving.
I told him that he can either park in the bus zone or find different parking.
I then got out of my vehicle and took pictures of his.
I then tried with absolutely no success to file a complaint to the owner or the company itself.
Guess what apparently Amazon doesn't accept complaints about the idiots that they hire as drivers.
Unless you have a complaint about a product you ordered, good luck filling a complaint.
I got an offer today to join prime for FREE for 30 days, I clicked on the offer, nothing happened. I've been trying to redeem this offer for 45 MINUTES via chat with 3 agents, then on the phone for 32 MINUTES and still absolutely ZERO help. I submitted a screenshot of the offer 4x to JOWI via email (as he told me to do 2x) and then via the link he sent me - also 2x. After ALL that, he says he can't help me! Disgusting to waste 45 minutes for absolutely nothing!
Quick delivery that met expectations. I will be using this particular brand again for future purchases. I encourage others to explore this company for all that it has to offer!
A couple of months ago, I placed an order, then had to change my schedule because it was delivered a day early. Since I don't have Prime, Amazon seems to think it did a great job - holding the order for two days (before processing) then rushing it out a day early.
Last month, same issue - had to change my schedule because they decided to ship a day early.
This month, I place an order on July 5th for delivery on July 10th... and they held the order from processing a couple of days, then Alexa told me the night of 9th package would be delivered on July 10th by 10PM... then July 10th says delivery July 11th by 10PM... now it's saying delivery on July 12th - AND NOT A SINGLE ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME (email or through account) ABOUT THE DELAYS.
It wouldn't be quite so bad if Amazon ("the most customer concentric company in the world") hadn't gotten rid of "feedback" on the website, hadn't changed from "chat" with customer support to a phone number almost impossible to find on the website, and hadn't changed to "delivery report" options to 'canned' answers.
Amazon is ONLY interested in your money, NOT your satisfaction.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
