I purchased 3 items. 2 dresses and a lace teddy. 2 dresses are ok nothing special, very see through and one is cut weird. Lace teddy looks nothing like the picture and when I put it on I'm scared the lace will tear that's how cheap it is and it's COMPLETELY different to the picture. Spent $100 and waited over a month for items I won't wear. They don't even have company name tag or Washing instructions that's how cheap they are. Not cool AMIClubwear. Will post pic of lace teddy. What I ordered to what I got. Much better companies out there. Never again
On 03/25 I ordered 2 swimsuits for a trip I have coming up and they shipped my order with FedEx and they claim to have delivered it on 04/05! I have 2 cameras in my windows and there's no footage of a FedEx driver at all! I contacted FedEx and they can care less about the issue and I also contacted amiclubwear and they can care less too! I left a review on their INSTAGRAM account and they deleted both comments and decided to message me then blocked me! All this could have been resolved by sending my items or giving me my money back! This was my first time ordering from them and will definitely be my last!

11/29/2020 big Black Friday sale... whenever there is a sale the sizes are limited.
Sure the 65% off is including clearance but... no matter how much you buy - you could buy $500 worth of items they will charge shipping by weight not flat fee like most other sites. I added 5 items to the cart and it was $40 to ship a 2 pairs of shoes and 2 dresses? What?! You can't add the free shipping coupon with any other coupon. So yes you are getting $15 shoes/dresses (or less) but shipping is almost as much!
100% of what you see advertised on the front page of the website and in the email is for the small tiny gals. Their plus size selection doesn't have all the blingy sexy dresses - they just have rough looking dresses.
So what starts out as a decent deal you end up paying double in end... and the level of quality is the same as ordering direct from China... actually all of their merchandise is from China Except ordering direct is cheaper with places like aliexpress (you may need to buy a few items to get idea on sizing though).
Its good enough to have fun in the bedroom with but not something you could trust wearing in public. I like they trashy shoes AMI sells but they are not $8-$15 they will be double with shipping - its not a good deal at all.
This brand handles a wide variety of fashionable clothes, of excellent quality and good prices. I recommend it.
I placed my order on Oct 14th for 3 Halloween items and I never received any shipping confirmation even after multiple emails and repeated phone calls for which I was met with no response. I had to comment on their Instagram page complaining about the situation before I received a half hearted response which simply said they would follow up on Monday since it was Friday that I commented. Monday came and I received no message from the company so I messaged them again on Instagram and again I was told that they would follow up. I replied that I was told that before and I demanded to know if my order had shipped or not and I was met with no reply. I finally received a shipping confirmation on Oct 26th through email that my package would arrive on the night on the 30th. I already had a ticket booked to travel on the 26th so at that point I began to look for costumes elsewhere since that costume was of no use to me. I messaged them through Instagram on Oct 30th that I wanted a refund since I am returning this package (that is unopened) today, Nov 3rd, and I have been met with no response.
I cannot get through to customer service, it took 3 weeks to get an email response which basically just told me I should've called. I called multiple times but it never goes through. Now I have a package I never received and money I'm not getting back.
I would give them 0 stars. I order several items halloween. I ordered a week in advanced.My order still says processing. So it wont be here by halloween. Im currenty trying to cancel my order and ive been unsuccesful. Ive called customer service several times and havent gotten anywhere. Ive been on hold for over any hour now. I am very upset. Sometimes the size is hard to figure out. However the designs are really cute. Have been shopping from them for 10+ years. Great deals.
They say you get what you pay for but here generally you can always find something worth your money. The clothes are usually true to fit. I think I've had one outfit that was entirely off from the size chart. Otherwise I would definitely recommend.

I am first time customer for this site. My first hurdle was the significant amount of time it took for my items to shipped. I placed an order on 6/25/20, and received my items on 7/2/20. I went back the following day, 6/26/20, and placed another order. As of today, 7/15/20, I have to yet received a shipping number nor what I've paid for. A shipment coming from California should NOT take this long. My second hurdle was the size of the swimsuits, I ordered a large and they completely fit like a small. Third hurdle, customer service doesn't exist, after multiple days, multiple calls... they do not answer phones!

I order xtra small for 5pair of swimsuits I ordered and they all came in small. They don't even fit like they are supposed to expect for one. And their swims suits and the print of the swimsuits are cheaply made. Very upset with how they handle business you can't contact anyone over the phone and if you email someone they will not respond until a week later. I give it two stars because my things came on time and the shoes I order were cute.
I have mainly been ordering cute swimwear from them. So far I have been very happy with the product they delivered and the quality there of. Have yet to have a suit malfunction at the beach or in the ocean in general.
Everything I ordered arrived - no it did not arrive like Amazon fast but I knew that when I ordered. I still received my order inside of about 14 days so it's not that bad.
I did get one suit that didnt fit quite right but that was my fault for the cut just didnt fit my body type. However it was not a loss for my friends daughter liked the suit and it fit her perfectly.
All in all Id give them 4.5 out of 5
(purchased 5 bikinis so far and will purchase more)
AMI has the best styles in bathing suits! I absolutely love the way they fit around my curves. Makes me feel super cute and sexy! The shoes are nice aswell.
I ordered 2 bathing suits from this site for my upcoming vacation. Based on the shipping info listed I thought i had plenty of time to receive them before I left. Needless to say I had to stop at a local Wal-Mart in town to get a suit. Once I returned home from my trip they were in the mailbox. I ordered Medium and usually wear a small and they fit like a toddler suit. I couldn't even get them over my knees! I was so upset. Worst of all I couldn't get a refund cuz they are final sale n non refundable. I learned my lesson. I'm not shopping with them anymore.
