This is the most frustrating site I have ever been on. SLOW is not even the word I'd use, torturous pain, waiting for the freaking thing to go from on page to the next is enough to make me watch and avoid any of their "information".
As said by many reviewers, before the bogus 5 star reviews, SLOOOOOOW is a major problem for this site. I've started watching for the site name on FB posts. They have a bunch of photo collections that pop up all the time and some sound interesting but I found that if you open these you will wait for ridiculous lengths of time between pictures. Each picture shows then a click is required to get the narrative under the picture, WAIT again. Often it takes several clicks before there is an actual response because the "next" button won't work until all of the numerous ads are loaded and displayed. Although they might have some entertaining material, I no longer click their posts as I become too frustrated with the delays at every turn.
This site is horrible. So many ads that you cannot even read about what you intended without it taking forever to load. If you need that many ads to stay up and running, maybe you shouldn't have a web page.
Cha Cha is actually much easier to get answers from. Now every time I see an article but I have to go to answers.com to read it, I just Google it and read it somewhere else. It also gives you better, more up to date info.
It should be a crime to say these people answer anything, its all incredibly vague and general information. And 9 ads on the same page! Yes 9, motion advertisements were on the page. Answers.com needs to answer why their so full of crap, figure with all that ad revenue you could improve something
This site absolutely sucks! There are often times where someone shares something from the site that I am very interested in reading but can't even get half way through it because there are so many ads that the page takes 5 minutes to load every time you click the arrow to get to the next thing and half the time is freezes and doesn't respond and I have 57 mbps of speed so that should absolutely not be happening. This site is a piece of $#*!!
My problem with this website is navigating through all the pop-up and advertisements on their page. Man it was horrible. I just went back to google and googled my request... lol. No one has time for that many advertisements!
One of the best places to exchange knowledge with others. Unlike Yahoo! Answers, answers can be changed and edited.
This site provides helpful answers in a large number of categories, and many are well-researched and accurate. However, it is user-provided and some answers are not helpful at all. The wiki concept means that they can be improved over time, and updated if they receive enough interest - they will not always remain static, outdated, or completely wrong, as is the case on other sites.
This site is full of crap because I got blocked for changing an answer to sound along the lines of someone actually doing research most of the answers on there are copied from websites and according to them copyrighted material is prohibited and yet the supervisors are pricks especially this one called Kluss. Whoever that person is got Site jabbed and I stand behind my review. I wouldnt bother going here because all you're getting is regurgetated information that you can easily find on Google or any search engine and not waste your time getting fed stuff that someone copied off a website and fed it to you. A good majority of those people are not experts and some of the categories are ones I have experience in, but then again your answer will be seen as wrong by the supervisors who live on that site day in and day out changing people's answers especially the ones who know what they're talking about. A complete waste of time I've had more success with Yahoo Answers than this BS nonsense.
U should not go on this site trust me people just go on an give their perspective or their answer they might be wrong

I love answers.com because it provides one with the ability to (1) Ask questions that others out there can answer (2) Answer questions that others have asked and are looking to be answered.
I have found it to be at times a great research tool and an informational site because the answers that some do provide have been known to be extremely helpful to others.

Answer: The content is meaningless fluff, so don't worry about reading any articles from Answers.com as their site has anything but answers. It's a clicklbait site designed to draw the curious in and lock their computers so they stare at the ads waiting indeterminable amounts of time for the next slide to load. Stay away, it's a trap.
